Abstract

Parents are children's primary teachers when it comes to their physical and psychological growth. Many children in the neighborhood who have reached puberty but are still unable to pray served as the inspiration for the research in this thesis. The issue addressed in this study is how parents should encourage their kids to pray five times a day in the Krajan, Tuban. This study focuses on three key questions: (1) What activities are being held for five days for children in Krajan, Tuban? (2) What part do parents play in teaching kids in Krajan, Tuban to pray five times a day? (3) What challenges do parents in Krajan, Tuban, face as they try to teach their kids to pray five times every day ?. Observation, interviews, and documentation are utilized as data gathering methods in the qualitative research methodology.  Analysis is done after the data has been gathered. The study's conclusion was that parents had played a role in teaching children to offer the five daily prayers, but not always effectively. Because they still enjoy playing and no one reminds them of prayer times, there are still many kids who do not pray five times every day.

Abstract

This study discusses the renewal of Islamic higher education from the perspective of Prof. Dr. H. Masykuri Bakri M.Si at the Islamic University of Malang. This research is motivated by the low quality of education in Indonesia when compared to education abroad, especially in Islamic education. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The method used in this study uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to collect data through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions of this study are: The planning at Unisma is divided into five stages, namely, stage I being the Good University Governence, (2011-2015), stage II Teaching University (2015-2019, stage III Research University (2019-2023), stage IV Entrepreneur University (2023-2019). 2027), stage V World Class University (2027-2031). In its implementation, Unisma has now entered the stage of becoming a Research University.  Innovations made by Unisma under the leadership of Prof. Dr. H. Masykuri Bakri, M.Si are making Unisma To get to a world-class campus.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association & Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association, commonly known as IPNU-IPPNU which is under the auspices of Autonomous Body Nahdlatul Ulama, IPNU-IPPNU Organization itself is at the level of coverage in society. Therefore, it can be reviewed here that the organization can provide Islamic religious education outside of formal schools. There is a lot of religious knowledge that is not obtained from school, but in organizations it can be easily obtained, even more. In this study using a qualitative approach. The data comes from words and actions using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data obtained from reduction, presented and then drawn conclusions according to the purpose of this study. The results of this study are first, the implementation of the application of the values of Islamic religious education through activities such as routine reading of tahlil and istighosah, reading of the Prophet's birthday, and social service. Second, the value of Islamic religious education that is instilled such as the value of Aswaja (Ajlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah), the value of aqidah which is about belief in God Almighty, the value of Amaliyah, namely the value of worship or the implementation of the values of faith and morals. Third, the results of the application of Islamic religious education values carried out by the IPNU-IPPNU Lowokwaru organization can be seen from the personality attitudes of each member who are able to maintain ethics and socialize.

Abstract

First class or superior institution, urgency of doing this research is closely related to Madrasah Leaders who are in direct contact with supporting factors, the concept of leadership at MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah Mojowarno Jombang. The method used by  researcher a qualitative approach. This research refers to primary and secondary data sources, namely, primary data which includes the head of the madrasa, leadership of the head of the madrasa, secondary apparatus and teachers. Interview, documentation, and observation, the method will provide  process according to facts , this research is intended to describe concept of Islamic education in relation to the leadership, quality of the leadership’s head of the madrasa in developing Islamic education institutions in the Aliyah Madrasah Darul Faizin Assalafiyah Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the Head of Madrasah Leadership in the Development of Islamic Educational Institutions, Efforts of the Head of Madrasah Leadership in the Development of Islamic Educational Institutions. This research intends to optimize Islamic Educational Institutions. Concept  research found deficiencies or inhibiting factors, namely facilities and infrastructure, quality of teachers, funding and the minimal role of the community in the importance of Islamic religious education forming aqla 'and not  based on formal education.

Abstract

The Yanbu'a method is a method of reading and writing the Qur'an which is arranged based on the level of learning that begins with knowing, reading, writing hijaiyah letters, and understanding the rules of reading the Qur'an properly and correctly. In the era of globalization which is also known as the development of the times, it is still found in various formal and non-formal institutions that use classical methods in the process of learning to read and write the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of effectiveness of the application of the yanbu'a method, to determine the level of efficiency in reading and writing the Qur'an and the effect of the yanbu'a method on the ability to read and write the Qur'an of class X students in the subjects of the Qur'an. Science at the Bayt Alhikmah Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan. The type of research used is quantitative correlation research. The results of the hypothesis research show that the value of tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence between the yanbu'a method partially on reading and writing skills of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Moral values or commonly referred to as morals have an important role in the survival of human life in the development of modernization. The phenomenon of the development of modernization has penetrated into religious values which should reflect a good attitude in religious learning. Islamic boarding schools have an important role in the process of moral development for students so that they become human beings with noble character, knowledge, and independence in the daily behavior of students. The intended target is to form and develop the potential of students, so that they become human beings who are knowledgeable, have noble character, and have independence. Through the process of improving morals or good character, respecting spiritual and human values, teaching honest and moral attitudes and behavior. Therefore, the Islamic boarding school is a place to educate and foster students' morals. This phenomenon of moral degradation places Islamic boarding schools as alternatives that need to be studied and used as examples in the study of moral development and improvement. In the process of the success of the pesantren in educating its students, it has basic values. The basic values here are as a form of culture and as a basis for changes that occur in each individual and group. One of the coaching models designed by caregivers and administrators is able to overcome existing problems. It has been proven that the students of the Mathol`iul Anwar Islamic boarding school have achieved various achievements both in the spiritual and academic fields. It is on this basis that encourages researchers to study further with the title "Strategies for the Development of Santri Morals at the Matholi`ul Anwar Islamic Boarding School Lamongan"

Abstract

Kegiatan workshop bertajuk “Workshop Pengenalan dan Pembuatan Website serta Hosting dengan menggunakan WordPress di SMK Pustek Serpong” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menggarap konten digital berbasis web. Workshop ini akan membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan dasar tentang WordPress, dimulai dari pengenalan konsep sistem manajemen konten “CMS”, melalui proses instalasi, pengelolaan tema dan plugin, hingga implementasi website hosting Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan meliputi penjelasan teori, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktek mandiri. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada partisipasi aktif siswa yang tercermin dari pemahaman konsep website yang lebih baik dan pengetahuan teknis dalam pembuatan website yang fungsional. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk mendorong mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan digital yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri teknologi informasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis praktik dan penggunaan platform WordPress efektif meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen web siswa.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut transformasi operasional perusahaan, khususnya dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk mempertahankan relevansi dan daya saing. PT. Digital Angkasa Indonesia (Codelabs Indonesia) menghadapi tantangan inefisiensi signifikan akibat ketergantungan pada sistem SDM manual, yang mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu, risiko kesalahan data, masalah keamanan dan privasi, serta kesulitan dalam pengambilan data dan pelaporan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi sistem manajemen karyawan berbasis web yang terintegrasi, akurat, efisien, dan memiliki antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) yang intuitif. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengotomatisasi pengelolaan data karyawan, absensi harian via barcode, pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti, serta pengelolaan penggajian. Metodologi penelitian mengikuti pendekatan sistematis yang meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan mendalam, perancangan sistem menggunakan pemodelan UML (Activity Diagram, Use Case, Sequence Diagram), Normalisasi dan ERD untuk basis data, pengembangan sistem menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian fungsionalitas. Kata Kunci: Sistem Manajemen Karyawan, Aplikasi Berbasis Web, PHP, MySQL, UML   In the digital era, companies are required to transform their operations, especially in human resource management (HRM), to maintain relevance and competitiveness. PT. Digital Angkasa Indonesia (Codelabs Indonesia) faces significant inefficiencies due to reliance on a manual HR system, resulting in time wastage, data inaccuracies, security and privacy issues, and challenges in effective data retrieval and reporting. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee management system that is integrated, accurate, efficient, and features an intuitive user interface (UI/UX). The system is designed to automate employee data management, daily attendance via barcode, leave requests and approvals, and payroll processing. The research methodology follows a systematic approach that includes literature review, in-depth needs analysis, system design using UML modeling (Activity Diagram, Use Case, Sequence Diagram), database design through Normalization and ERD, system development using PHP and MySQL technologies, and functionality testing.  Keyword: Employee Management System, Web-Based Application, PHP, MySQL, UML
