Abstract

Studi Ini bertujuan menganalisis pendidikan pada anak-anak pesisir pantai dengan memperhatikan latar belakang ekonomi yang rendah di pesisir pantai Desa Bagan Kuala, Kec. Tanjung Beringin. Kab, Serdang Bedagai. Pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk membantu jiwa anak-anak didik baik lahir maupun batin, dari sifat kodratinya menuju kearah peradaban manusiawi dan lebih baik. Pendidikan juga merupakan proses yang berkelanjutan dan tak pernah berakhir (never ending proces). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, Obsevasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa di pesisir pantai desa Bagan Kuala masih terdapat beberapa anak yang putus sekolah dan tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dikarenakan faktor perekonomian rendah.

Abstract

Currently the whole world is in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and there are many changes in lifestyle, especially in the world of education. There are many aspects of change in education. Teachers are required to modify learning methods to adapt to current circumstances. Moreover, the guidance and counseling teacher is famous for the up-to-date teacher regarding information that is currently viral. With the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools is carried out online. This is in accordance with the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020 with the term learning from home. To realize guidance and counseling services during the COVID-19 pandemic, BK teachers are required to use technology in carrying out their roles to carry out various BK services according to student needs. BK teachers can use a variety of media and communication platforms that are familiar to students. Because of this, guidance and counseling teachers make full efforts to learn how to make guidance and counseling services using application technology and social media that can be used to provide guidance and counseling services. The role of the guidance and counseling teacher must also think about how to continue to carry out various types of guidance and counseling services in order to remain effective according to the needs of students with limited direct interaction but by doing it online. Abstract

This study aims to reveal how counseling teachers or counselors can use instruments in schools, both test and non-test. From the data collected, it was obtained information that when providing services the Bk teacher only used the test instrument by giving several questions to determine the cognitive level but not the affective and psychomotor or so-called non-test instruments. This study uses a qualitative method, the data used for this research is using a Computer Questionnaire (Questionnaire via online/online). are in rural areas. The benefit of this research is that the counseling teacher or counselor can evaluate themselves and to be able to add insight to what is not yet known about test and non-test instruments. Abstract

Sociometry is a technique for gathering information about the structure and patterns of relationships between people in groups. This approach is based on the idea that groups have structures made up of complex interpersonal connections. Everyone's position and relationships within the group structure can be measured and evaluated qualitatively. The results of sociometry processing will provide an overview of the distribution of each person's score, the relationship structure, intensity, and position in the student group. Abstract

Home visits are very important if students' problems cannot be handled by the school. So this will make the counseling teacher to make home visits to students who do not obey or even carry out the warnings given by the guidance counselor and other teachers. This home visit was carried out to find out the causes of what happened so that students were late to come to school and also to find out the source of data from parents of students who had problems. In carrying out research in the Field Experience Practice (PPL-1) we used observation and interview methods as instrumental tools. During this research we found several cases that occurred at SMA YP UTAMA MEDAN. One of them is the delay of students to school. We also saw how the teacher's lack of attention to students at the school resulted in a lack of discipline in the time of the students. The teacher at SMA YP UTAMA MEDAN was also less assertive in reprimanding students who made trouble at school. As we know the attention of teachers in schools to students is needed. Because with the teacher's attention to students, students will feel comfortable and will be more obedient to the warnings given by these students. Abstract

Wali kelas dapat menjadi relasi utama konselor dalam menghadapi siswa bermasalah, karena wali kelas memiliki tanggung jawab penuh dalam menangani permasalahan siswa di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, peran wali kelas dalam penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap siswa bermasalah di kelas binaan. Kajian ini dapat menghasilkan model dan program pendidikan berbasis siswa bermasalah. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif, dengan key informan dalam penelitian ini adalah wali kelas MAS AL ULUM Medan Tanah Datar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran wali kelas dalam penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling masih lemah. Hal ini disebabkan: (1) kurangnya pemahaman tentang bimbingan dan konseling wali kelas, (2) kurangnya komunikasi fungsional antara konselor dan wali kelas, (3) kurangnya layanan publik bimbingan dan konseling, 4) tidak ada upaya pembinaan insentif dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan konseling, (5) tidak ada waktu kelas yang diberikan kepada pembimbing, dan (6) adanya referensi buku peraturan di sekolah sebagai acuan standar dalam menghadapi siswa bermasalah. Konsekuensinya, penanganan siswa bermasalah di sekolah cenderung menggunakan pendekatan disiplin dalam upaya yang diringankan. Kata kunci: Peran Wali Kelas, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Siswa Bermasalah

The moral and spiritual development of students at Mts Intelligent Pure is the moral development that is still low and not good which leads to negative things because there is juvenile delinquency such as dating cases. This is where the school's kids have struggled to keep the lines of demarcation between boys and girls.This can happen because of problematic families with sub-indicators of lack of attention, lack of affection, broken homes, authoritarian parents and over-affectionate parents as well as technological advancements such as the internet where children and adolescents easily access pornography, the curiosity of teenagers. The goal of this study was to learn more about the moral and spiritual growth of MTs Intelligent Pure pupils. Inductive reasoning techniques are applied in this study's qualitative research methodology. The purpose of this study is to identify the contributing causes to juvenile delinquency at MTS Smart Pure, Tembung. The results of the research conducted are to develop the moral and spiritual development of students at MTs Smart Pure in a better and positive direction and to open students' minds so they can think more broadly.
