Abstract

Negara Indonesia adalah Negara Hukum yang dalam setiap interaksi masyarakat dan negara senantiasa didasarkan kepada hukum. Terciptanya kepastian hukum adalah merupakan salah satu tujuan dari negara hukum. Pengesahan atau legalisasi atas pengikatan-pengkatan hukum oleh masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh notaris juga merupakan bentuk pengukuhan untuk adanya kepastian hukum. UU No. 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris yang diubah dengan UU No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan UU No. 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris, telah memberikan kewenangan kepada notaris untuk melakukan pembuatan akta-akta otentik tentang pengikatan hukum.  Dalam praktik bank syariah, akad tersebut dituliskan dengan menggunakan dua bentuk akta. Salah satunya dibuat dengan menggunakan akta notaris.Mengingat urgensi dari akad yang dituangkan dalam bentuk akta notaris sebagai konkretisasi dari adanya hubungan hukum antara bank syariah dengan nasabah. maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perumusan akad produk pembiayaan yang berbentuk akta notaris dan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip syariah pada akad produk pembiayaan dalam bentuk akta notaris.Perumusan akad produk pembiayaan yang berbentuk akta notaris didasarkan pada UUJN 2014 Pasal 1 angka (1) menyebutkan, Notaris adalah pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta otentik dan memiliki kewenangan lainnya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-undang ini atau undang-undang lainnya.Terkait pemenuhan prinsip syariah pada akad produk pembiayaan dalam bentuk akta notaris belum sepenuhnya ditaati sehingga berpotensi tidak sah berdasarkan ketentuan hukum Islam.Kata Kunci : Prinsip Syariah, Akta Notaris, status akta.

Abstract

The Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is an important instrument in regional development planning that aims to direct development policies for five years. The 2019-2024 RPJMD of Ciamis Regency is a strategic foundation for the Regional Government. This document not only regulates development priorities but also sets performance indicators to measure the achievement of development goals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the implementation of the RPJMD by the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Ciamis Regency. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with Bappeda officials and staff directly involved in the implementation of the RPJMD. The evaluation results show very significant achievements in Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as the increase in the Percentage of Independent Village Improvement by the Village Community Empowerment Office (DPMD).

Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Poris Jaya masih tergolong rendah, sehingga berpotensi menghambat kemandirian finansial mereka di masa depan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan santriwati dalam manajemen keuangan dan risiko berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dengan meneladani Khadijah dan Aisyah R.A. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 27 Juni 2025 dengan melibatkan 82 peserta, menggunakan metode psikoedukasi melalui penyuluhan, studi kasus, simulasi penyusunan anggaran, dan diskusi kelompok. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 42% dalam literasi keuangan dan 38% dalam manajemen risiko keuangan. Santriwati juga menunjukkan keterampilan baru dalam menyusun anggaran, menabung, dan mengantisipasi risiko keuangan sehari-hari. Program ini efektif dalam memperkuat literasi keuangan syariah dan layak dijadikan model edukasi di pesantren lain untuk mempersiapkan generasi santri yang mandiri secara finansial.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of financial management strategies and financial risk management on the financial condition of housewives in daily life. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was used, implemented through a financial literacy-based educational training involving 40 housewives as respondents. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that financial risk management strategies (X2) have a significant influence on the financial condition (Y), both before and after the training. In contrast, financial management strategies (X1) do not show a statistically significant effect, although there was an increase in the average score. However, when tested simultaneously, the combination of strategies X1 and X2 has a positive and significant influence on the respondents' financial condition. These findings emphasize the importance of synergy between financial planning and risk mitigation in strengthening household financial resilience.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the winning strategy implemented by Nur Muttaqin as a legislative candidate from the Democratic Party in the 2024 election in Ciamis Regency. Using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, documentation, and digital observation, this study found that the winning strategy is built through two main approaches: internal strategies in the form of party structure consolidation and political education; and external strategies through community aspiration services and locality-based symbolic communication. The findings are reinforced by political mobilization theory (Verba et al., 2020) and contextual political communication (Canel & Voltmer, 2020). The results show that figurative and relational approaches are the main keys to gaining the most votes within the party, with Nur Muttaqin receiving 7,054 valid votes. This research contributes significantly to the understanding of campaign strategies in the context of local politics and open proportional systems.  Keywords: Political Strategy, 2024 Elections, Party Mobilization, Political Communication, Nur Muttaqin, Ciamis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing dan brand awareness terhadap engagement konsumen produk skincare di media sosial TikTok. Fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan TikTok sebagai platform pemasaran digital, khususnya untuk produk kecantikan, mendorong pentingnya memahami dinamika interaksi antara strategi influencer marketing, kesadaran merek, dan keterlibatan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kepada 80 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement dengan nilai t-hitung 4,781 > t-tabel 1,991 (sig. 0,000). Brand awareness juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement dengan t-hitung 5,172 > t-tabel 1,991 (sig. 0,000). Uji simultan menghasilkan F-hitung 240,442 > F-tabel 3,11 (sig. 0,000). Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R Square sebesar 0,862, yang berarti 86,2% variasi engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh influencer marketing dan brand awareness. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku industri skincare untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital melalui kolaborasi dengan influencer yang tepat dan membangun brand awareness yang kuat guna meningkatkan engagement konsumen secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution mechanism and sharia compliance of the Solusi Emas Hijrah (SOLEH) product at Bank Muamalat in the digital era. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the gold financing mechanism through SOLEH is conducted using murabaha and rahn contracts, both manually and digitally through the Muamalat DIN application. From a sharia perspective, the implementation has complied with the principles set by DSN-MUI and international standards, including asset ownership, price transparency, and contract clarity. The use of digital systems in this product also reflects the concept of constructive possession (qabd hukmi). However, continuous supervision is required to minimize potential uncertainty risks. This study contributes to the development of digital Islamic financial services while maintaining sharia compliance.

Abstract

Kawali Village in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency, has great potential as a tourism village based on history, culture, culinary, and the creative economy. The existence of the Astana Gede site as a legacy of the Sunda Galuh Kingdom, Kampung Nila, the Ki Bawong Cultural Studio, and creative economic activities in four hamlets are the main attractions of the tourism village. However, the management of this potential still faces various challenges, especially in the institutional aspects, human resources, and coordination between destination managers. This study aims to analyze the institutional conditions of Kawali Tourism Village and formulate strategies to strengthen institutional capacity to support integrated and sustainable tourism village management. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, coordination, and discussions with tourism managers, the village government, and the local community. The results show that tourism destination management is still partial, not yet integrated within a single tourism village management institution, and supported by limited human resource capacity and funding. This condition has an impact on less than optimal promotion, tourism services, and the development of integrated tourism packages. The discussion emphasized that institutional strengthening through the establishment of a tourism village management body, increasing human resource capacity, utilizing information technology, and strengthening cross-sectoral collaboration networks are key to the development of Kawali Tourism Village. In conclusion, strengthening institutional capacity is a crucial pillar in realizing an integrated, competitive, and sustainable Kawali Tourism Village. Therefore, a joint commitment between the village government, the community, and other stakeholders is required to support the optimal implementation of tourism village management.
