Abstract

Abstrak : Puskesmas merupakan bagian dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan pada masyarakat, dalam hal ini pelayanan Rawat Inap diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu dan menyeluruh berdasarkan dengan standar dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan pendekatan sistem dalam menjaga mutu pelayanan pada Rawat Inap Sampuria Puenya Puskesmas Pandauke Kecamatan Mamosalato Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif- deskriptif yakni mengetahui, menjelaskan, dan mendiskripsikan mutu pelayanan Rawat Inap Sampuria Puenya. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebagian petugas dan pasien pada Rawat Inap Sampuria Puenya Puskesmas Pandauke dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 9 informan terdiri dari 6 informan petugas dan 3 orang informan pasien dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Pengolahan data diambil dari data primer yang bersumber dari wawancara, data sekunder melalui analisis teoritis yang bersumber dari buku, laporan, dan foto-foto, dan hasil observasi melalui reduction, display, dan conclusion drawing verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan sistem dalam menjaga mutu pelayanan pada Rawat Inap Sampuria Puenya Puskesmas Mamosalato Kabupaten Morowali Utara dilihat dari aspek masukan (input), aspek proses (process), dan aspek hasil (outcome) belum maksimal.Kata kunci : mutu pelayanan, pendekatan sistem, rawat inap, puskesmas, Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Abstract : Public Health Centre is part of the health care system provided to the community, in this case Inpatient services that are capable to provide quality services and full services, based on standards and procedures that have been set. The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the systems approach in maintaining the quality of services for Inpatients in Sampuria Puenya Pandauke Health Centre of Mamosalato Sub District at North Morowali Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research method of knowing, explaining and describing quality of Inpatient Services at Sampuria Puenya Pandauke Public Health Centre. Samples are some officers and Inpatients of Sampuria Puenya Pandauke Public Health Centre with a number of informants as much as 9 informants which consists of 6 officers and 3 inpatients. Technique of collecting data is observation, interviews and document analysis. Data is presented by processing primary data through interviews and secondary data processing through theoretical analysis from books, reports, photographs, data and observations and analysis of data through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing verification. The results show that the system approach in maintaining the quality of services in Inpatient Sampuria Puenya Panauke Health Center at Mamosalato Sub District of North Morowali Regency can be seen from: (a) Aspects of the inputs, Aspects of the processes, and the aspect of the results (outcome) that have not been maximized.Keywords : Services Quality, System Approach, Inpatient, Public Health Centre, Morowali Regency

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun model berfikir yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui lima dimensi yaitu kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi, telaah dokumen dengan informan sebanyak 92 dua orang pasien, satu orang petugas loket, tiga orang radiografer dan satu orang dokter ahli radiologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa  diukur dari kelima dimensi yaitu realibility (keandalan) dengan jumlah rata-rata 4,6 responsiveness (daya tanggap) dengan capaian rata-rata 4,52, assurance (jaminan) dengan capaian jumlah rata-rata 4,53, empathy (empati) dengan jumlah rata-tata 4,43, tangibles (bukti fisik) dengan jumlah capaian rata-rata 4,65, dan secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di instalsi Radiologi dapat dikatakan sudah berkualitas. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit dan seluruh staf Radiologi RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa agar kualitas pelayanan lebih di tingkatkan lagi.

Abstract

Kegiatan  Pemeriksaan  kesehatan pada tenaga kerja masih menjadi kendala dalam penerapannya karna tidak dilakukanya pemeriksaan kesehatan awal dan kesehatan khusus pada tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengevaluasi Penerapan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Tenaga Kerja di Balai Balai Besar Pengembangan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, Sesuai Permenakertrans No. 02 tahun 1980 tentang pemeriksaan kesehatan dan Penyeleggaraan keseselamatan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang menggambarkan serta mengamati secara mendalam tentang evaluasi penerapan pemeriksaan kesehatan tenaga kerja di Balai Besar Pengembangan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja . Sumber data yang dianalisis adalah hasil wawancara, Pengamatan langsung pada Bidang Pelayanan,Bidang Umum Tenaga Kerja serta telaah dokumen di Balai Besar Pengembangan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja makassar. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada tenaga kerja pada perusahaan masih belum efektif karena belum diterapkan pemeriksaan kesehatan awal dan khusus, rekomendasi yang ditawarkan peneliti kepada BBPK3 untuk merevisi atau amandemen undang-undang no.1 tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja dan penerapan ISO 15189 tentang akreditasi laboratorium klinik Agar perusahaan dapat menerapkan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan kerja Awal,berkala dan khusus, supaya Pemeriksaaan Kesehatan Tenaga Kerja semakin sempurna guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan pencapaian tingkat kinerja tenaga kerja lebih tinggi.     Kata Kunci :  Pemeriksaan Kesehatan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja

Abstract

The implementation of fire fighting performance at the Makassar City Fire Department is considered not optimal in carrying out its duties as a public service provider. There are still complaints from the public about the service quality of the Makassar City Fire Department. Based on these problems, this study aims to examine and analyze the service quality of firefighters at the Makassar City Fire Department. In this study, to determine the service quality of firefighters, it was analyzed using five aspects, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document review. The results of the study indicate that from the analysis of five aspects above, as well as with the increasingly complex development in the Makassar City area, it takes speed and alertness from firefighters to always be responsive and alert to all information related to fire disasters. In addition, community participation is also required to be active and able to synergize with officers in carrying out fire fighting duties, so that officers do not experience difficulties in carrying out their duties in the field. It is recommended that the government, in this case the Makassar City Fire Department, provide education to the public about the synergy of performance as well as strengthen the competence and infrastructure of officers so that they can be optimal in carrying out their duties in the field related to handling fire disasters.

Abstract

Promotion is a strategy that is implemented to spread information and encourage prospective consumers to buy the products that are being offered. The primary goal of promotion is to disseminate information, which in turn attracts attention and subsequently influences sales. The emergence of social media has transformed it into a powerful promotional tool that is utilized for the dissemination of information. Almost all social media platforms offer product promotional activities that are presented in visually appealing advertisements. However, the primary challenge for MSMEs in operating a business that utilizes digital technology is the absence of additional knowledge regarding digital marketing. Therefore, in order to increase the awareness of the products offered, KWP Bulu Batu requires a social media account as a promotional tool The objective of this study was to create a social media account as a product promotion media at KWP Bulu Batu in order to spread knowledge about its products. This study was conducted at the Bulu Batu Youth Entrepreneurship Group (KWP) in Bulu Batu, Umpungeng Village Soppeng Regency. This study applied a qualitative descriptive approach. In order to accumulate the necessary information, questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observations were implemented. The result of this study presented in an Instagram account with 12 posts named “sarabba__instant”. The evaluation is conducted using data from questionnaires and monthly sales change data. The expectation is that the public will be able to acquire valuable information by reading or simply viewing Instagram social media as a promotional media.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the sectors that make a major contribution to the Indonesian economy both in the form of gross domestic product, employment, and support for the stability of the financial system and the country's economy. Thus, MSME development is a necessary condition for driving Indonesia's economic growth. Warung Coko-Cokko (WARCOK) is one of the SMEs engaged in the food industry. WARCOK SMEs in marketing their products use polypropylene plastic packaging and plastic-coated oil paper. However, the use of this packaging still has some drawbacks, namely not displaying ordering information, difficulty opening the package because it uses staples, and the packaging also cannot hold oily and runny food so it tears more easily and causes leaks. This research aims to provide solutions for the development of new packaging designs for WARCOK MSME products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. A qualitative descriptive approach uses data collection and collection through observation and interviews by asking questions to several parties involved in the research process. The results of this study indicate that the design of new packaging designs at WARCOK SMEs is carried out through five stages of product development, namely the idea creation stage, idea screening, concept development, and product packaging design to the commercialization stage. After going through these stages, the results show that both business owners and consumers are more likely to choose styrofoam packaging made from polystyrene and paper bowl packaging made from environmentally friendly paper as good packaging and suitable for use by WARCOK SMEs. Both types of packaging materials can prevent food leakage, maintain food integrity, and are practical and ergonomic for use by business owners and consumers.
