Abstract

Make-Up of education quality in college represent urgency insisting on to is immediately conducted by repair. MakeUp of that quality basically can be conducted with fox strategy of one of the subsistem : human being, structure, technological, and the organizational process. Its bearing with certifiable grad improvement strategy study in college, that change is conducted at subsistem of human being of technology and, covering : (1) student which is educating; (2) lecturer as instructor and educator; and (3) facilities and basic facilities. To get student with best seed, can be conducted with selection system which is only considering quality, non goals of amount of student so that output yielded can be enthused by the stock exchange labour. Lecturer of besides as instructor, at the same time as educator educating candidate ekonom become human being which with good moral as is intention of education. To execute that function, lecturer have to have functional position and improve its ability through education to ladder S2 and or S3 and also various seminar activity and or training. So with facilities and basic facilities, covering practice student in laboratory and or the adequate computerization

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) is a form of tax that is imposed based on the type of object being taxed. The objects on which PBB is based include land and buildings. This means that in the PBB imposition process, the focus is given to the land and buildings themselves, without considering the situation or identity of the subject or individual being taxed. One form of innovation that has been implemented in the provision of tax payment services, especially land and building tax, is through the PBB online payment system via the Tangerang Live platform. This innovation is regulated in Regional Regulations (Perda) relating to the Land and Building Tax Payment process. The Tangerang City Government, through the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency, continuously strives to provide convenience in services to taxpayers who have the obligation to pay taxes on land and buildings in the Tangerang City area. This step was realized with the launch of the Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) online service in 2018. Through this online PBB-P2 service system, taxpayers are given the convenience of submitting requests for PBB-P2 related services without being limited by location. and time. This service can be accessed easily via the official PBB-P2 Tangerang City service website at pbb.tangerangkota.go.id. The approach taken in this research is qualitative, using data collection methods through in-depth interviews. The aim of this research is to analyze the Governance of online Land and Building Tax Services at the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency. In this research, the principles of good governance, as defined by UNDP in Mas'ud (2012), namely transparency, participation and accountability, are used as a guide in assessing and understanding the management of online PBB services in the Tangerang City Bapenda. The management of Online Land and Building Tax (PBB) services at the Tangerang City Bapenda provides convenience and efficiency in the tax administration process for taxpayers. With this service, people can make payments, view information and manage tax data online, reducing dependence on manual processes. The Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) has taken a strong commitment to continue to improve and perfect online PBB services. The aim is that this service can provide optimal benefits for the community and at the same time also strengthen regional income.

Abstract

This research focuses on problems where in the era of digitalization where technology is growing more rapidly. Therefore, the community demands acceleration in terms of public services. So that people can carry out public services easily online without having to come directly to the relevant office. As well as the process carried out can be more effective and does not require a long time. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of online-based public services at the tangerang city communication and information service. And to find out the obstacles faced by the tangerang city communication and information service in providing online-based public services. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and analyzes the theory of electronic services (service quality) from zeitahml and parasuraman. The results of research on online-based public services at the tangerang city communication and informatics office are good because the tangerang city communication and informatics office has utilized and optimized information technology to provide public services by developing online-based services that can be easily accessed from anywhere and at any time. However, there are obstacles that come from the community, namely online-based public services that have not been utilized by the whole community. And constraints on several websites and also application features that cannot be accessed so that it can become an obstacle in providing public services online.
