Abstract

Desa Wanagiri adalah salah satu desa yang terdapat di kecamatan Sukasada, kabupaten Buleleng. Posisi yang berada di bagian hulu dari kabupaten Buleleng menempatkan desa Wanagiri sebagai kawasan perlidungan alam dan Kawasan suci di Bali. Sekitar 70,95% penduduknya bekerja  di sektor pertanian, sekitar 4,23% bekerja di sektor pariwisata, dan selebihnya berusaha di sektor lainnya. Sesuai dengan kondisi geografisnya umumnya penduduk sebagai petani lebih banyak menjadi petani kopi Arabika yang hanya cocok tumbuh pada ketinggan 900-1400 mdpl. Kelompok tani yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat Rainforest untuk kopi Arabikanya adalah Kelompok Tani Leket Sari. Namun permasalahan yang muncul selanjutnya adalah mulai menurunnya produktivitas kopi Wanagiri sedangkan BUM Desa Eka Giri Karya Utama sebagai badan yang mengelola kelompok tani kopi berencana akan membentuk sebuah Agrowisata Kopi Wanagiri. Sehingga dipandang perlu dilaksanakan kegiatan identifikasi dan karakterisasi varietas kopi Arabika di desa Wanagiri sebagai bahan edukasi petani. Metode yang digunakan: pelatihan partisipatif dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Target yang ingin dicapai: anggota kelompok tani mampu memahami perbedaan jenis, keunggulan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing varietas kopi Arabika yang dibudidayakan. Hasilnya adalah seminar dan sosialisasi pada kelompok tani Leket Sari dan peningkatan pemahaman anggota kelompok tani tentang kopi Arabika.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of cow manure and cow biourine on the growth and yield of shallots. This experiment used a factorial experiment with a Randomized Group Design (RAK). The treatment tried consisted of two factors, namely the first factor was the dose of solid manure (O) with 4 levels, namely O0: without manure (control), O1: dose of 5 tons.ha-1 (0.5 kg of solid manure.petak- 1), O2: dose 10 ton.ha-1 (1.0 kg solid manure.plot-1), O3: dose 15 ton.ha-1 (1.5 kg solid manure.plot-1). The second factor is the concentration of cow biourine (U) with 4 levels, namely U0: without cow biourine (control), U1: 10% concentration or 100 ml.l-1 cow biourine, U2: 20% concentration or 200 ml.l-1 cow biourine , and U3: 30% concentration or 300 ml.l-1 bovine biourine. Each combination treatment was repeated 3 times. The treatment dose of solid cow manure had a very significant effect on the wet weight of the crown per hill and the wet weight of the tubers per hill. A dose of solid manure of 10 tons.ha-1 gave the highest wet weight of tubers per hill, namely 146.30 g. The cow biourine concentration treatment had a very significant effect on the oven dry weight of the canopy per hill, the wet weight of the canopy per hill and the number of leaves per hill at the age of 56 days after planting, 42 days after planting. A cow biourine concentration of 20% or 200 ml.l-1 gave the highest wet weight of tubers per hill, namely 127.50. The interaction between solid manure dose and cow biourine concentration had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

Papaya propagation from seeds has a major problem, namely seed germination takes a relatively long time. Experiments to determine the effect of gibberellin and cow bio urine concentrations on the growth of papaya seedlings were carried out at the Main Horticultural Seed Center of the Agriculture and Livestock Service Office of Buleleng Regency with an altitude of ± 200 m above sea level. The experiment used a factorial randomized block design consisting of two factors, namely the concentration of gibberellin and the concentration of bovine bio urine. Application of gibberellin significantly affected plant height, root length, root wet weight, root oven-dry weight, leaf wet weight, leaf oven-dry weight, total fresh weight, and total oven-dry weight. Gibberellin with a concentration of 150 ppm gave the highest total fresh weight and oven-dry weight, namely 14.63 g and 1.44 g respectively compared to other treatments. The concentration of cow bio urine had a significant effect on root length, very significantly on plant height 40 DST and 47 dd, stem oven-dry weight, leaf wet weight, leaf oven-dry weight, total fresh weight, and total oven-dry weight. Biourine with a concentration of 200 ml.l-1 gave the highest yield in total oven-dry weight per plant, namely 1.19 g. The combination of the concentration of gibberellin and bovine bio urine significantly affected the root length of the plant.
