Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, terutama teknologi informasi yang dilakukan melalui media internet, Dengan adanya komputerisasi sebagai alat bantu yang mampu menyimpan dan mengelola berbagai macam data secara cepat dan tepat Sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan Metode Waterfall serta menggunakan MySQL dan PHP  sebagai web server. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Puskesmas pekkabata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dari bulan februari hingga maret 2020.

Abstract

Dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku pihak pengelola perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pomalaa mencatat seluruh transaksi menggunakan buku. Dengan masih menggunakan cara konvensional ini, pengelola perpustakaan menghadapi kesulitan antara lain sulitnya memonitor jumlah buku yang masih tersedia diperpustakaan, sulitnya memonitor jumlah buku yang sedang dipinjam, serta sulitnya memonitor buku yang sudah dikembalikan. Hal ini tentunya dapat diminimalisir dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses manajemen perpustakaan. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi secara langsung proses pendataan buku, proses pencatatan transaksi peminjaman dan pngembalian di perpustakaan SMAN 1. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi manajemen perpustakaan dimana terdapat dua pengguna yaitu admin dan user. Adamin dapat menambahkan data buku, data pengguna, mengolah data transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian. Sedangakan user dapat melihat data buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan dan dapat melihat riwayat peminjaman buku serta dapat mencetak kartu anggota. setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan blackbox maka disimpulkan bahwa semua fungsi yang ada di aplikasi manajemen perpustakaan telah berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya sehingga dapat diimplementasikan di perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pomalaa.

Abstract

This paper aims to fill the gap in the literature by studying the effects of globalization on PA and the policy-making process, with specific reference to the role of IOs, technology, TAs and other actors. This research explored the nature of global public administration through the use of multiple case studies, semi-structured interviews of policymakers and practitioners, and document review. The study also shows that transnational actors including and especially the UN and the IMF are powerful political actors that can shift national policies in developing countries by offering loans, advice, and policy prescriptions. Additionally, technology takes the central position as a driver of change making processes in PAS, e-government initiatives such as online public services increase transparency, efficiency and citizens’ participation. Furthermore, the study reveals trends and patterns of networked governance that refers to collective efforts of governments, organizations, companies, and civil society in managing multifaceted global challenges. When embodying these ideas, these observations compensate for the existing shortages in the literature by providing a systematic understanding of how different globalization presupposes governance adaptability and inclusiveness. As a result, it is argued that public administration in the conditions of the modern globalization process needs innovative leadership, diverse stakeholders’ cooperation, and focus on ethical sense in terms of uncertainty and variety of the global world. The findings of this study are important to policy makers concerned with building strong and adequate public administration for responding to the challenges arising from globalization.

Abstract

The background of this activity is the need to address the issue of goat manure and wild plant waste, which pose environmental problems in the village. The objective of this activity is to provide an environmentally friendly solution in the form of solid and liquid organic fertilizers to support sustainable agriculture. The methods of this activity include socialization, training, and distribution of plant seedlings using organic fertilizer-based planting media. The results show that solid organic fertilizer provides a balanced supply of macro and micronutrients, while liquid fertilizer enhances plant nutrient absorption efficiency. This program has economic, social, and environmental impacts by improving soil fertility, reducing dependency on chemical fertilizers, and creating business opportunities. The conclusion indicates that this initiative offers an innovative and sustainable solution for rural communities.
