Abstract

Berlatar belakang masalah tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh maupun hubungan-hubungan lain yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kinerja dosen Di STIT Pringsewu. Adapun jenis penelitian ini aadalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik populasi dari seluruh dosen STIT pringsewu yang berjumlah 30 orang. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel (X) dalam hal ini Gaya Kepimimpinan (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) terhadap variabel (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar - 1,320 untuk gaya kepemimpinan dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,198 kurang dari 0,5, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan untuk variabel kompensasi dengan t hitung sebesar 3,256 dengan probabilitas 0,003 kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Nilai stimultan terlihat bahwa Fhitung = 7,333 dengan tingkat signifikansi atau probabilitas 0,003 kurang dari 0,05, maka regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi kinerja dosen. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) pada model (1) sebesar 0,352, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi) terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja dosen) adalah sebesar 35% .

Abstract

Mobile device users are estimated to reach 4 billion in 2018 and 6 billions users in 2023. These mobile devices have changed how individuals and organizations carry out their activities. Increasing smartphone efficiency is changing how companies collaborate with their suppliers and distributors. Blockchain technology, which was first created for Bitcoin, is generating disruption in other industries. Even if the long-term forecasts for Bitcoin and the economy remain uncertain, it is increasingly evident that Blockchain technology can cause enormous disruption. However, because it poses a threat to the existing order of the modern world's prominent organizations, institutions, and power structures, its potential may never be fully realized. This article will introduce you to Blockchain technology and its potential use in the logistics and supply chain. If maintained on the Blockchain, data about supply chains and logistics can be sent across the network in a reliable, secure, and auditable manner. In some supply chain implementations, Blockchain is being replaced by distributed ledger technology, which offers several benefits. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and transfer on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the KSOP Kelas I Panjang Office in Bandar Lampung. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of inconsistencies in previous research results as well as the problems of employee performance influenced by leadership, transfer, and work motivation factors. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 101 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The research results show that leadership style does not have a significant effect on work motivation, but it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transfers have a positive and significant effect on both work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In mediation testing, motivation is unable to mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance, but it is able to mediate the effect of transfers on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Culture and Employee Information Systems on Employee Performance at KSOP Kelas I Panjang. The research problem is the digital gap among employees, which causes some employees to lag behind in utilizing technology-based systems. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires from 101 respondents selected using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique is carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26.0 statistical software. The research results show that partially, digital culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the Employee Information System (SIM Kepegawaian) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KSOP Kelas I Panjang employees. Simultaneous testing results indicate that Digital Culture and the Employee Information System have a positive and significant effect on the performance of KSOP Kelas I Panjang employees. These findings suggest that when the digital culture is strong and the personnel information system is easy to use and beneficial, the level of technology acceptance among employees becomes high, thereby directly impacting performance improvement.
