Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find and analyze the effect of debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and times interest earned on the financial performance of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk and PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. This research was conducted through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at www.idx.co.id. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial statements for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique, namely data in the form of numbers which include financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements that describe real circumstances or events in the company. The results of the study using the debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and times interest earned shows that the financial condition of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk and PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the 2016-2020 period showed an unfavorable condition. This is evidenced by the company's inability to pay off debts to external parties and the analysis results do not meet the general industry average standards. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research in this study is associative with the form of a causal relationship, using this research approach with quantitative methods. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect and had a positive direction on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect and has a positive direction on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is known that the contribution given by work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 210 while the remaining 458 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. So disciplined motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance and have a positive relationship direction

Abstract

Astra Honda Motor Factory issued a Honda Scoopy in 2022 with product sophistication that makes the public interested in buying it. This research was conducted to determine the effect of product features and advertising attractiveness partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy in 2022. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection using questionnaires conducted from May to June with a sample of 366 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, t tests, f tests and determination tests (R2). The results of this study show that the product features variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision which is shown by the results of processing large calculated t value data from the t table (8,948>1.649) and the level of significance value smaller than alpha (0.00<0.05), which is shown by the results Processing large calculated t value data from the T table (10.852>1.649) and significance value levels smaller than Alpha (0.00<0.05), Product Features and Advertising Attractiveness variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision which is shown by the results of data processing Calculated F value greater than the F value of the table (310.283>2.630) and the large significance level of Alpha (0.00<0.05), R2 value of 0.643 which means that all independent variables can affect the dependent variable by 64.3% while the remaining 35.7% are influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

Stock splitting is a company strategy carried out in the capital market to attract potential investors. The more investors who make legal transactions, the trading volume of shares will increase. The population and sample in this study were companies that did split the sample listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was descriptive statistical test, normality, and hypothesis. The result of the research is that the first hypothesis, stock split, there is no significant difference to Trading Volume Activity in the second hypothesis, there is no significant difference to the Abnormal Return.

Abstract

TikTok has been widely known in Indonesia since 2018, especially among young people. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, TikTok's popularity has skyrocketed. Many people use TikTok to fill their free time, seek entertainment, and various activities. Until 2024 TikTok has become one of the most widely used social media applications in Indonesia with millions of daily active users. This study aims to identify the role of influencers, live streaming features, and electronic word of mouth that influence purchasing decisions for cosmetic products at TikTok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research method with data collection using a questionnaire conducted from February to April with a population of 2,176 respondents and a sample of 338 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Influencer Role, Live Streaming Features, and Electronic Word Of Mouth partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions of Career Women in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The R2 value is 0.568, which means that all independent variables can influence the dependent variable by 56.8% while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study.
