Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of subconscious mind programming and suppressed energy releasing through ego dissolving and brain unlocking on the entrepreneurship character building of Students at Institutes of Economics IPWIJA.The model proposed in this study were tested using structural equation modeling. Data were collected from 310 samples students in institute of economics IPWIJA.The findings in this study, that brain unlocking, which has direct influence on the entrepreneurship character building of students. Subconscious mind programming directly influence suppressed energy releasing and positive thinking. The influence of subconscious mind programming on ego dissolving is mediated by suppressed energy releasing, while the effect on the suppressed energy releasing, positive thinking with ego dissolving. Ego dissolving and positive thinking directly influence the brain unlocking. The results of this study can be used as a useful tool for university leaders to strengthen decision-making aimed at improving the entrepreneurship character building of the students through subconscious mind programming, suppressed energy releasing, ego dissolving, positive thinking, and brain unlocking.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi menjadi sentra pilar perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, serta penggerak perubahan sosial ke arah demokratis. Kebutuhan akan perguruan tinggi meningkat dengan semakin tingginya penduduk Indonesia. Saat ini, banyaknya perguruan tinggi menjadikan persaingan diantara perguruan tinggi makin ketat dan mau tidak mau perguruan tinggi wajib memfokuskan kinerjanya untuk unggul dalam persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kajian kinerja di Universitas Mercu Buana khususnya pengaruh lingkungan, budaya, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 71 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan dan budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu adanya pemberian apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada karyawan agar lebih giat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Higher education is the center of the pillars of the development of science, as well as the driving force of social change towards a democratic. The need for higher education increases with the increasing population of Indonesia. Currently, the number of universities in Indonesia makes competition between universities increasingly fierce and inevitably universities must focus their performance to win the competition. The purpose of this study was to obtain a performance study at Mercu Buana University, especially the influence of work environment, culture, and motivation on employee performance. The number of samples were 71 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work environment and culture had no effect on employee performance, while work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results, it is necessary to give appreciation and appreciation to employees so that they are more active in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The speed of access to digital information is essential in making decisions, and Google Development requires a data access limit of no more than three seconds. This study analyzes performance, security, and other measurements among three frameworks: CodeIgniter, Laravel, and Ktupad. This research methodology uses digital forensics as a framework for the collection of functions, classes, and rules. In contrast to libraries that are only for a specific purpose, the framework comprehensively regulates how we build applications. Frameworks allow us to build applications faster because we will focus more on the subject matter as developers. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) consists of 3 stages: Framework Testing, Framework Analysis, and Framework Evaluation. The case study of this research is an Online Exam at Junior High School 242 Jakarta, which was built using CodeIgniter Web Framework, Boostrap, JQuery, Laravel, and Ktupad Web Framework and then compares the three using the Research and Development method with the Extreme Programming (XP) approach. Comparison tool using Web Dev, Apache JMeter, and ZAP OWASP. The results of this study show that the performance values are 1-100 from CodeIgniter 77, Laravel 75, and Ktupad 99, and security values from CodeIgniter Medium, Laravel Medium, and Ktupad Low.

Abstract

Business competition in the era of increasingly fierce globalization and along with increasingly rapid technological advances, requires companies to immediately adapt to environmental changes that occur in the business environment. Whether or not a company succeeds in competition depends on how the company can adapt in the face of change and produce a performance that matches customer expectations. There are many ways that companies can create competitive advantage, but basically the main key to competitive advantage lies in the quality of human resources. As a Private Company engaged in export import licensing, Spi, Iron, Steel, Forestry and others face tight competition against similar companies. The current condition of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS) is felt to be not optimal, this can be seen from the performance achievements of the company PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS) still needs improvement. Based on the above phenomenon, the author tries to research the Impact of Discipline in Mediating the Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance (Case Study: PT. Tata Indah Sarana). The research was conducted at PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), with a research population of 35 employees, due to population constraints, the sample taken was saturated as 32 respondents, because leaders and researchers were not used as responses to data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the H1 study: Transformational leadership has a partial effect on the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H2: Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H3: Transformational leadership has a partial effect on the work discipline of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H4: Organizational culture has a partial effect on the work discipline of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H5: Discipline affects the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H6: Discipline mediates transformational leadership towards the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H7: Discipline mediates organizational culture on the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini apakah promosi jabatan yang diberikan direktorat menjadi salah satu tujuan dari pada personil, maka diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Untuk itu penulis akan meneliti 4 aspek yaitu disiplin, reward, dan punishment terhadap promosi jabatan pada Direktorat Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 responden. Pengumpulan data dari responden adalah menggunakan formulir kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 20 dengan alat ukur analisa regresi berganda statistik. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dari aspek disiplin terhadap promosi jabatan, reward terhadap promosi jabatan, dan punishment terhadap promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan direktorat dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja personil demi tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran direktorat . Untuk itu penulis akan meneliti 4 aspek yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja personil pada Direktorat Polisi Satwa Korsabhara Baharkam Polri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Pengumpulan data dari responden adalah menggunakan formulir kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 20 dengan alat ukur analisa regresi berganda statistik. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dari aspek gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personil, motivasi terhadap kinerja personil, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja personil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini apakah Turnover Intention pegawai yang diada pada Rumah Sakit Olahraga Nasional Kemenpora, maka diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Untuk itu penulis akan meneliti 4 aspek yaitu Pelatihan, Intensif, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Rumah Sakit Olahraga Nasional Kemenpora. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Pengumpulan data dari responden adalah menggunakan formulir kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 20 dengan alat ukur analisa regresi berganda statistik. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dari aspek pelatihan terhadap turnover intention, insentif terhadap turnover intention, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengetahui dan mengembangkan kinerja perusahaan dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dari aspek kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan komitmen pada PT. Trans Logistics di Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden yang terdiri dari level staff dan supervisor. Pengumpulan data dari responden adalah menggunakan formulir kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 20 dengan alat ukur analisa regresi berganda statistik. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dari aspek kompensasi pada kepuasan kerja, terdapat dampak positif dari aspek kepemimpinan pada kepuasan kerja, dan terdapat dampak positif dari aspek komitmen K3 pada Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja  karyawan. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana yang berjumlah 357 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel random dimana didapat 100 orang yang dijadikan sampel.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 25. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui variable Kepemimpinan tidak terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap  Motivasi Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja. Kompensasi tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

The current condition of employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office is felt to be not optimal. The problems encountered by the author during direct observation during the author's work at the Old Town Area Management Unit, DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office, were encountered by several employees who in the morning were enthusiastic about working and after entering the afternoon some employees began to relax at work, sometimes even some employees were just busy playing social media. The research was carried out at the Old Town Area Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office with a research population of 183 employees, sampled based on the slovin formula so that a sample of 126 respondents was obtained, for data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumption tests. There is a positive and significant influence of Promotion on performance. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on employee motivation. There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance.There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on work motivation. There is no effect of Supervision on performance. There is no effect of supervision on work motivation. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate Promotion to Employee Performance positively and significantly. Work motivation has not been able to mediate the work environment on employee performance positively Work motivation has not been able to mediate supervision of employee performance.
