Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of subconscious mind programming and suppressed energy releasing through ego dissolving and brain unlocking on the entrepreneurship character building of Students at Institutes of Economics IPWIJA.The model proposed in this study were tested using structural equation modeling. Data were collected from 310 samples students in institute of economics IPWIJA.The findings in this study, that brain unlocking, which has direct influence on the entrepreneurship character building of students. Subconscious mind programming directly influence suppressed energy releasing and positive thinking. The influence of subconscious mind programming on ego dissolving is mediated by suppressed energy releasing, while the effect on the suppressed energy releasing, positive thinking with ego dissolving. Ego dissolving and positive thinking directly influence the brain unlocking. The results of this study can be used as a useful tool for university leaders to strengthen decision-making aimed at improving the entrepreneurship character building of the students through subconscious mind programming, suppressed energy releasing, ego dissolving, positive thinking, and brain unlocking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and location access on the guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, either partially or simultaneously. The population is all potential tourists in the city of Sukabumi whose number cannot be known with certainty. A sample of 99 people was taken. Determination of the sample size using the Cochran formula. The sampling technique chosen is incidental sampling. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires within one month (cross section). The collected primary data was processed by multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that brand image partially has a significant effect on guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, location access partially does not have a significant effect on guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi, brand image and location access simultaneously have a significant influence on the guest visiting intention at Hotel Santika Sukabumi where 52.5% of variations in guest visiting interest at Hotel Santika Sukabumi can be explained by variations in brand image and location access.

Abstract

The speed of access to digital information is essential in making decisions, and Google Development requires a data access limit of no more than three seconds. This study analyzes performance, security, and other measurements among three frameworks: CodeIgniter, Laravel, and Ktupad. This research methodology uses digital forensics as a framework for the collection of functions, classes, and rules. In contrast to libraries that are only for a specific purpose, the framework comprehensively regulates how we build applications. Frameworks allow us to build applications faster because we will focus more on the subject matter as developers. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) consists of 3 stages: Framework Testing, Framework Analysis, and Framework Evaluation. The case study of this research is an Online Exam at Junior High School 242 Jakarta, which was built using CodeIgniter Web Framework, Boostrap, JQuery, Laravel, and Ktupad Web Framework and then compares the three using the Research and Development method with the Extreme Programming (XP) approach. Comparison tool using Web Dev, Apache JMeter, and ZAP OWASP. The results of this study show that the performance values are 1-100 from CodeIgniter 77, Laravel 75, and Ktupad 99, and security values from CodeIgniter Medium, Laravel Medium, and Ktupad Low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetuahui Strategi Mobilisasi Laboratorium Lingkungan Dalamm Menghadapi Era Volatility, Uncertanty, Complexity dan Ambiguity ( VUCA) untuk meningkatkan penjualan PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna. Sampel penelitian ini karyawan penjualan PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna dengan menggunakan metode sampel purposive yaitu dengan mengunakan sebagian pegawai PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna khususnya bagian Surveyor atau pengambil data lapangan yang berjumlah 56 orang serta bagian pemasaran yang berjumlah 15 Orang dengan total jumlah sampel 71 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dengan lima skala penilaian yaitu, tidak berpengaruh sampai dengan sangat berpengaruh. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif, yaitu dengan cara mendeskripsikan data-data penelitian dan melakukan analisis dengan analisis PLAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Volatility berpengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Penjulan pada PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna. Uncertainty (X2) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Volatility berpengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Penjulan pada PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna. Complecity (X3) penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Complexity berpengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Penjualan pada PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna, Ambiguity (X4) ) penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ambiguity berpengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Penjualan pada PT. Anugrah Analisis Sempurna dan 5. Abstract

Transportation is one of the people's needs in community activities in the digital era, especially in Jakarta. One of the public transport available is Transjakarta, which is operated by PT Transportasi Jakarta. This study aims to determine the performance that is affected by the problem of bus operation officers who lack the initiative to involve themselves in the task. There is still no close cooperation between various lines in completing the work. In this study, the population was bus operations officer 1 PT Transportasi Jakarta, as many as 420 people. The sample used in this study was 200 samples with a significance of 5% with a simple random sampling method. Statistical multiple regression analysis was used to measure the effect of work involvement, work loyalty and teamwork on the performance of operator officers at PT Transportasi Jakarta. The results of the partial study for work involvement have no effect on performance, while work loyalty and teamwork have an effect on performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously (simultaneously) work involvement, work loyalty and teamwork will affect performance with a coefficient of determination of 68.1%, while 31.9% of other variables are not included in this study. This research is expected for officers to increase loyalty along with increase teamwork. For further researchers to add other variables so that the results obtained are more realistic. For PT Transportasi Jakarta to immediately change the performance appraisal component which has been emphasizing group values to personal-oriented values.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bagaimana cara untuk mencapai pembangunan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan yang ada pada RW 28 Desa Tlajung Udik Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor, maka diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Dalam jangka panjang, pemberdayaan ekonomi ini akan berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. LSM, melalui peningkatan kapasitas, mengembangkan kapasitas masyarakat seperti kemampuan, keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam memobilisasi sumber daya, merencanakan dan mengevaluasi inisiatif masyarakat dan memecahkan masalah untuk memperoleh penguasaan atas kehidupan mereka. Hal ini juga memotivasi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam proyek dan membantu mereka untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa semua program dan fungsi LSM tersebut dapat berkontribusi terhadap terwujudnya pembangunan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pemahaman regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 Tahun 2021, harga dan kuliatas produk untuk meyakinkan keputusan pembelian merupakan faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam mempengaruhi Pembelian ke PT Glosamani Distributor Produk Alat Pengolah Limbah B3 Medis Merek Ox3med Di Seluruh Indonesia. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penelitinan ini. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. GLOBAL NUANSA MANDIRI INVESTASI (GLOSAMANI) dengan mengambil 120 Costumer dan calon Costumer sebagai sampel penelitian, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup, lima skala penilaian dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju, dengan skala ordinal. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, sebagai alat analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan 4 (Empat) temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu Pemahaman regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 Tahun 2021, harga dan kuliatas produk untuk meyakinkan keputusan pembelian ke PT Glosamani Distributor Alat Pengolah LImbah

Abstract

This qualitative research delves into Indonesia's Halal Fashion industry, employing a descriptive approach and relying on extensive secondary data collected from diverse sources such as scientific articles, publications, reports, and industry papers. Utilizing the Hexa Helix Stakeholder Concept as a guiding framework, the study aims to unravel the industry's nature, challenges, and potential while analyzing the roles and interactions of stakeholders—government institutions, affected communities, NGOs, businesses, mass media, and universities. Employing thematic and content analysis, the research seeks to unearth recurring patterns and stakeholder dynamics, offering insights into the complexities of the Halal Fashion landscape in Indonesia. Ultimately, this study advocates for collaborative stakeholder efforts, emphasizing the interdependence among these sectors for the industry's growth, ethical practices, and innovation within Indonesia's evolving market setting. The study's findings underscore the importance of addressing multifaceted challenges both externally and internally through collective stakeholder efforts among government, industry, academia, civil society, media, and culture, essential in navigating the industry towards sustained growth and viability.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, it is important for organizations to develop the competencies of their employees so they can compete and achieve organizational goals more effectively. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has a Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) which is responsible for the task of developing employee competency through competency development programs that are effective and relevant to employee needs, so that employees are expected to have adequate competency. as expected. This research aims to explore the influence of the competency development program on the self-confidence of PPSDM Ministry ATR/BPN employees, as well as its impact on their job satisfaction. In addition, this research will also examine whether work culture moderates the relationship between competency development and self-confidence, as well as its impact on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Center for Human Resources Development (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) with the research sample using the entire population of PPSDM Ministry of ATR/BPN civil servant employees totaling 55 people. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire, four rating scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The research was conducted quantitatively with the analytical methods used were descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, the t test and Sobel test were carried out. The research results show that work culture and competency development have a direct and indirect effect on self-confidence and job satisfaction. So that self-confidence is able to mediate the influence of work culture and competency development on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang besar pada Kinerja pegawai Yayasan Almurqoniah. Dari keempat variable tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai variabel moderating di Yayasan Almurqoniah Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Yayasan Almurqoniah kabupaten Bogor, melalui sampel penelitian terhadap 52 pegawai, menggunakan rumus persamaan melalui uji interaksi atau kata lainnya Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan total populasi 52 pegawai pada margin error 5%. Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik metode wawancara, kuisioner, juga observasi. Dalam pengolahan data digunakan aplikasi SPSS, untuk uji data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji statistik dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Motivasi, dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Sementara itu Budaya Organisasi dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Motivasi, dengan Kinerja. Sedangkan Budaya Organisasi dapat memoderasi antara hubungan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja.
