Abstract

Rumah sakit berfungsi sebagai pusat kesehatan masyarakat dengan fitur unik yang dibentuk oleh penelitian medis, kemajuan teknologi, dan faktor sosial ekonomi. Untuk mencapai kesehatan yang optimal, rumah sakit harus mampu menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas tinggi dengan harga terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana motivasi, budaya perusahaan, dan kepemimpinan transformatif berdampak pada kinerja pekerja. Serta mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator yang diharapkan dapat mengubah dinamika tersebut. Personil RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta secara keseluruhan merupakan populasi sasaran penelitian, yang berjumlah 1756 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hanya variabel Motivasi yang diketahui tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lebih lanjut, Kepuasan Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Namun Kepuasan Kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine partially the effect of individual characteristics on training and supervision of work behavior in the operational department of environmental management companies in Bogor. Based on the findings of individual characteristics, training, and monitoring aspects that affect the work behavior of Bogor's environmental management company, the results of regression equation Y = 9.369 + 0.268 X1 + 0.454 X2 + 0.211 X3 and R² = 0.764 It's a useful model. As a predictor, we can conclude that: First, there are the effects of individual traits that have a positive and significant positive impact on work behavior. Second, there is the impact of education, which has a positive and significant impact on work behavior. Third, there is the influence of the director, which has a positive and important influence on the behavior of work

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables such as work experience, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at Nur Al Hiraa Character School. The type of research used in this study is explanatory type causal research which examines the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of this study show that work experience, competence, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on teacher performance in the f test (simultaneous). It can be concluded that the higher the level of work experience, competence, work discipline, and motivation, the higher the level of teacher performance felt by each teacher.

Abstract

Islamic banks provide financing that complies with Sharia principles and do not impose interest payments, as only goods or services are allowed to bear prices. Speculation is not permitted, and funding for illegal activities is prohibited. This study aims to examine the influence of Sharia financial literacy and family environment on public interest in saving at Islamic banks through trust in Islamic banks. The research method employed is quantitative.  The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The population consists of individuals who are customers of Islamic banks in Depok. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling, with a total of 84 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. From the results of the research, the limited results of proving the theory of the relationship between the variables Sharia Banking Literacy, family environment on people's interest in saving in Bank Syariah (Y) and also trust in sharia banking are interesting findings, the results of the independent and intervening variables are positive and significant and also have an effect. Directly or indirectly, this can happen because the results of data processing fully reflect the existing reality.  The research results prove that literacy in sharia banking and the family environment, mediated by public trust in sharia banking, can create significant results in people's interest in saving. The potential of Indonesian society, which is 80% Muslim, is the strength of Bank Mega Syariah to get closer to society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which competitive strategy and distribution channels affect the cement distribution strategy of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the Bogor Regency distribution area through innovation. This is a quantitative study employing a saturated sample approach and using primary data collected through questionnaires. A total of 93 respondents, consisting of partner stores of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk , were involved, with the sampling technique being a saturated sample. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods, supported by the Smart PLS program. The findings indicate that the Competitive Strategy variable has a significant positive effect on the cement distribution strategy in the Bogor Regency distribution area. Meanwhile, the Distribution Channel and Innovation variables also have a significant positive effect on the cement delivery distribution strategy of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the Bogor Regency distribution area.

Abstract

Training, motivation, and discipline are Three factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Unlock Main Techniques. to prove the influence of the three, and this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Training, Motivation, and Discipline on the work environment as an interference at PT. Main Bukaka Engineering Tbk. This research was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. Located on Jl. Raya Narogong. took 84 students as a research sample, calculated using the Slovin Formula from a total population of 630 employees at 10% margin error. Data was collected using an online questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The research was conducted by analyzing data assisted by statistics (SPSS Version 25). Quantitative, namely by describing research data and conducting inference analysis. Instrument variables include validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression analysis methods is used as an analysis tool while the hypothesis is made by t-test and F-test. The research yielded two main findings per the proposed hypothesis: 1) Training has an effect on employee performance 2) Motivation has an effect on Voting Decisions 3) Discipline influences impressions on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve Training, Motivation, Discipline, and Employee Performance to improve Voting Decisions

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik menjadi harapan dari setiap perusahaan, termasuk PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero) yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang didirikan pada 07 Mei 1947. Bergerak dibidang Jasa Logistik. Adapun kondisi perusahaan PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero) pada semester awal tahun 2023 dinilai masih belum stabil, dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti belum tertagihnya piutang kerja, belum terbayarkan beberapa utang usaha & manajemen pada tahun tahun sebelumnya, belum jalannya manajemen resiko, dan perencanaan tenga kerja yang efektif dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manpower planning terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian merupakan karyawan di PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero) tahun 2023, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 34 karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang telah memenuhi ketentuan validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square . Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari Pengadaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari pengadaan terhadap disiplin. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari pengembangan pengiriman terhadap disiplin. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari kompensasi terhadap disiplin. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari pemeliharaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari pemeliharaan terhadap disiplin. Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara langsung dari Disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan.
