Abstract

Abstract: From this research, we will see how students understand the concept of the Pythagorean theorem. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA I and IPA II SMA Sinar Kasih Nanga Pinoh, with a total of 36 students. Furthermore, to obtain the data used are tests and interviews. Data analysis followed the model of Miles and Huberman, and the results showed that students still did not understand the concept.Keywords: Concept Understanding, Pythagorean Theorem Abstrak: Dari penelitian ini, kita akan melihat bagaimana siswa memahami konsep teorema Pythagoras. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X IPA I dan IPA II SMA Sinar Kasih Nanga Pinoh, dengan total 36 siswa. Selanjutnya, untuk meperoleh data yang digunakan adalah tes dan wawancara. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, dan hasilnya menunjukkan siswa masih kurang memahami konsep. Kata Kunci : Pemahaman Konsep , Teorema Pythagoras
