Abstract

Public sector organizations are required to pay attention to Value for Money in carrying out their activities. The desired objective is to include accountability regarding the implementation of value for money, namely the economy in procurement and efficient resource allocation in the use of resources in the sense that their use is minimized and the results are maximized and effective in the sense of achieving goals and objectives. This research is the result of observations that show the facts and explain the nature that occurs in the object under study. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the LLDIKTI Region I North Sumatra Medan expenditure budget for the 2018-2021 period. In this study, it can be seen whether the implementation of the LLDIKTI Regional I North Sumatera Medan budget has been effective and efficient in it. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. The theory used to determine and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of budget implementation is the analysis and calculation of the level of effectiveness and efficiency. Based on the results of this study, it shows the level or criteria for budget effectiveness at LLDIKTI Region I North Sumatra Medan from 2018-2021. In its implementation, the 2018-2021 budget as a whole is effective. And in 2018, 2019 and, 2021 was included in the fairly efficient category, while in 2020 there was an increase so that it was included in the efficient category.

Abstract

The use of diction and language style used on the Instagram accounts @kumpulan_puisi and @prestigeholics, which share content about life motivation, happiness, love, and relationships, is the subject of this study. The data collected from the captions posted by the two accounts were collected through qualitative research methodology supplemented by documentation techniques. While language style was studied through the application of majas such as personification and metaphor, diction analysis focused on connotation and denotation meanings. The results showed that the use of diction in both accounts with deep and meaningful word choices reflected feelings, warnings, and advice to readers. Whether through direct comparison (metaphor) or giving human nature to inanimate objects (personification), the language style used enriches the meaning of the message to be conveyed. According to this study, diction and style play an important role in the formation of inspirational and emotional messages. They also have the ability to encourage readers to reflect on their lives and their relationships.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak kelas 3 sekolah dasar merupakan proses yang kompleks dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, khususnya lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah. Pada usia 8–9 tahun, anak berada pada fase transisi menuju masa kanak-kanak madya yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan kognitif, sosial, emosional, dan moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perkembangan anak kelas 3 SD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan di SD IT Al-Hijrah. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang siswa kelas 3 beserta orang tua dan guru sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berperan sebagai fondasi utama dalam pembentukan emosi, kemandirian, kebiasaan belajar, dan kepercayaan diri anak melalui pola asuh yang hangat dan dukungan belajar yang konsisten. Sementara itu, lingkungan sekolah berperan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif, sosial, moral, dan kreativitas anak melalui interaksi dengan guru, teman sebaya, serta pembiasaan kegiatan sekolah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah sangat penting dalam mendukung perkembangan anak kelas 3 SD secara optimal dan holistik.
