Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) components to growth profit banking industry in Indonesia. The sample consists of Banks which categorized as Bank Umum Kegiatan Usaha (BUKU) 4 or Banks with capital asset over 30 billion IDR. The data gathered include the period of 2011 until 2013. Technique of analysis used for this research is multiple linier regression. This research has been analyzed with EViews 7.1 program, and during the significance test it indicated that fixed effect was the most appropriate method. The result of this research shows that Non Performing Loan have a negative and significant effect to growth profit. Loan to Deposit Ratio, Good Corporate Governance, Net Interest Margin, Capital Adequacy Ratio have a positive but no significant effect to growth profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and financial compensation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and uses 30 statement indicators using a Likert scale of 1-6. The sample used in this study were 47 respondents of employees of the DKI Bank Service Office in the south Jakarta Mayor Cluster. Data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has no effect on employee performance. Financial compensation has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims the influence of social media, study from home, learning motivation, and learning dicipline on the college students who is actively using social media during study from home in South Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are Social Media and Study From Home. While, the dependent variables in study are Learning Motivation and Learning Dicipline. Hypothesis in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method, which is supported by SmartPLS 3.2.9 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application devices. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire with the Google Form application to collect the respondents’ informations, who were a college students who is actively using social media during study from home in South Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Study From Home; 2) Study From Home does not have an effect on Learning Motivation; 3) Study From Home does not have an effect on Learning Dicipline.
