Abstract

Tahap 2 didapatkan konsep modul yaitu konsep MAKP moduler, konsep produktivitas kerja perawat, dan penerapan model MAKP moduler berbasis produktivitas kerja perawat. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, MAKP Modular berbasis Produktivitas Kerja, Model AsuhanKeperawatan ABSTRACT Background: Patient satisfaction is one indicator of hospital success. Comprehensive nursing care is one of aspect that increase patient satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to develop a modular MAKP model based on nurse work productivity in increasing patient satisfaction . Methods: Stage 1 research used an explanatory design with a cross sectional approach. The samples were nurses and patients at Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital, with a total sample of 112 respondents based on the Rule of Thumb. The sampling technique is probability sampling type cluster sampling, and used PLS (Partial Least Square) test analysis. The variables are organizational characteristics, nurse characteristics, job characteristics, modular MAKP based on work productivity, patient satisfaction. Stage 2 researchers conducted expert discussions, starting with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) by the Head of the Education Coordination Committee, Head of Sub-Bid and Nursing Care and 6 heads of rooms and supervisors for the two researchers. Then continued proficient discussion, and recommendations. Results: Stage 1 obtained direct results of hypothesis testing with p-value <0.05, so that the variables of organizational characteristics, individual characteristics, job characteristics, and modular MAKP based on work productivity have a significant effect on patient satisfaction variables. The hypothesis test indirectly obtained p-value> 0.05, so that organizational characteristics were significantly related to the modular MAKP based on work productivity through individual characteristics, job characteristics were significantly related to the modular MAKP based on work productivity through individual characteristics, and individual characteristics were significantly related to patient satisfaction through work productivity-based modular MAKP. Stage 2 obtained module concepts, the concept of modular MAKP, the concept of nurse work productivity, and the application of the modular MAKP model based on nurse work productivity. Conclusion: The optimal patient satisfaction can be achieved through improving job’s characteristic.. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction ,Modular MAKP based on Work Productivity, Nursing Care Model,

Abstract

Toddlers need a sufficient diet to support their physical and mental development because they grow and develop quickly during this time. Children under five's nutritional status is crucial to their overall health. A child's nutritional health is also influenced by their parents' educational methods and parenting styles. While ineffective parenting can lead to nutritional issues, effective parenting can help children get the nutrition they need. This study investigates how parenting practices affect the nutritional status of children under five. A review of the literature from 2019 to 2020 was conducted as part of this research technique using Google Scholar and the keywords "parenting patterns," "under-five nutrition," and "nurses." The literature review findings indicate a substantial relationship between toddlers' health and nutritional status and how parents raise their offspring. Well-educated children under five typically have better nutritional conditions than those raised in unsuitable ways. Based on this research, their parents' parenting practices significantly influence toddlers' nutritional status. Thus, attempts to improve children's nutritional condition throughout the toddler years must prioritize enhancing the quality of parenting practices.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health problem with a very high incidence rate. SITB data in 2014 showed that the coverage of TB cases in children was 67%, with a prevalence of 91.2% in East Java and 80.5% in Ponorogo Regency. An interview at SDN 2 Suren, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency, revealed that there had been a student infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis. The symptoms that appear in children with TB are often overlooked and tend to resemble other common illnesses, while risk factors such as poor nutritional status and oral health problems further worsen the child’s immune condition. Limited access to information in remote areas has led to suboptimal education about TB and the importance of child health. The community service team carried out an interactive educational program called Edutainment SI GALANG (Balanced Nutrition and Bright Teeth). The activity involved 60 participants, grades I to VI. Pre-test results showed 50% of participants had sufficient knowledge, and 28.3% had insufficient knowledge. This situation illustrates that before the education, most participants did not understand the causes, symptoms, or prevention of TB. Furthermore, post-test results showed a significant increase, with 85% of participants having good knowledge, 11.7% having sufficient knowledge, and only 3.3% having insufficient knowledge. This improvement indicates that children who initially had difficulty answering questions about the causes and symptoms of TB were able to correctly explain how TB is transmitted, how to prevent transmission, and the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene after the activity. This demonstrates that the edutainment-based educational activity successfully increased participants' absorption of the material presented.
