Abstract

Metodologi Penelitian merupakan bagian terpenting dalam suatu pelaksanaan penulisan karya ilmiah, yang mana pemahaman akan metodologi penelitian ini sudah harus diperkenalkan sejak awal. Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan Pelatihan untuk mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang melaksanakan penelitian sebagai proyek akhir perkuliahannya. Hal ini dilakukan karena kurangnya tingkat pemahaman terhadap metodologi penelitian dan minimnya pengetahuan serta keahlian dalam proses analisis data. Dengan memanfaatkan metode direct action, kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan serta pendampingan penulisan dan metodologi penelitian. Adapun Luaran yang diperoleh mahasiswa yaitu dalam bentuk proposal penelitian serta laporan penelitian yang menjadi bukti pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap metodologi penelitian serta analisis data.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the most effective crisis communication and marketing communication strategies for B2B companies dealing with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The post-positivism paradigm was used in this study using the aggregation meta-synthesis method. According to the findings of this meta-synthesis study, the power of social networks, collaboration and partnerships, and the beginning of a transition to a digital communication system becomes an effective means of carrying out crisis management in uncertain conditions. B2B companies that are already capable of implementing this crisis communication strategy can concurrently or gradually begin implementing a marketing communication strategy through online marketing, virtual/online exhibitions, social media marketing, and price discounting or price reductions. All of these processes must be carried out due to the limitations of social meetings/interactions between individuals in the Covid-19 crisis situation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the steps or efforts of the public relations team from SMA Al-Kamal in increasing interest in learning, image and public trust in the school. Given the condition of the school which has been facing land disputes for quite a long time. This study used the case study method with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the research show that there are several efforts that have been made by schools through the public relations team, these efforts are by using word of mouth techniques and providing additional or extracurricular activities at school. These two efforts have had a positive impact on increasing student interest in learning, the quantity of prospective new students and public enthusiasm for enrolling their children at Al-Kamal High School. In conclusion, the public relations team at Al-Kamal High School implemented several efforts to increase student learning interest, image and audience trust in Al-Kamal High School, these efforts included the application of word of mouth and the provision of extracurricular activities at school. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts, processes, and patterns of interaction carried out in the formation of personal branding by two content creators and travel bloggers, namely Canisisus Andrew and Veronika Desi through social media. The research method used is a case study with a single case research type and a unit of analysis with multiple case analysis. The theory that is used as a reference in analyzing efforts, processes, and patterns of interaction carried out in the formation of personal branding is Rampersad's theory, which is known as Authentic personal branding and EWOM. The results showed that the two research subjects succeeded in applying the ten criteria and the Authentic personal branding concept by Rampersad and applying the EWOM concept in their interactions by utilizing every feature and relationship they have on social media to continue to interact positively in building a positive image on each account. Abstract

From the results of the location survey, there are still many residents of Belimbing Village who throw garbage in any place. To anticipate this, counseling activities were carried out regarding the importance of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Counseling activities carried out using lecture methods, demonstrations and question and answer. PHBS counseling participants are early childhood who are residents of Belimbing Village with ages between 4-7 years. The stages in the implementation consist of the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The participants in the extension activities were very enthusiastic about participating in the extension activities. The results obtained from this counseling activity are children as participants being able to understand, know and demonstrate the importance of clean and healthy living behavior in the family and community environment.

Abstract

Bibliometrik berasal dari bahasa Yunani yang berupa gabungan kata biblion (buku) dan kata metron (pengukuran). Istilah ini pertama kali diperkenalkan Raisig (1942) dan dipopulerkan oleh Alan Pritchard (1969) dalam artikelnya yang berjudul “Statistical Bibliography or Bibliometrics”. Analisis secara bibliometrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan data (csv dan ris/bib) dan penulis dalam mempublikasikan ilmiah serta artikel dan kutipan bertujuan untuk mengukur luaran individu atau tim peneliti, institusi, dan negara, mengidentifikasi jaringan nasional dan internasional serta memetakan pengembangan (visualisasasi) bidang ilmu sains dan teknologi baru (multidisiplin). Dimensions merupakan portal yang beroperasi secara daring yang mempunyai sebanyak 20 field of research, dalam pengenalan untuk menggunakan platform ini hanya jumlah kutipan dan negara di dunia (kuantitatif). Dengan mengambil asumsi tema atau topik “social, economic, communications and technology”, diperoleh keterkaitan dengan bidang kajian (35) Commerce, Management, Tourism and Services, (3507) Strategy Management and Organisational Behaviour, (44) Human Society, (46) Information and Computing Sciences dan (47) Language, Communication and Culture. Total data kuantitatif diperoleh 7.353 documents, 9.796 total link strength dan 130.232 citations untuk cakupan seluruh dunia (5 benua). Negara Indonesia di portal dimensions terdapat 52 documents 96 total link strength 655 citations, serta nomor urut 14 dari 24 negara di benua Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of Service Quality through Interpersonal Communication on Customer Satisfaction in the manufacture of E-KTP in the Sukamulya sub-district, Tangerang. This study involved 240 respondents, analysis of the data using Path Analysis with SEM LISREL data analysis of the customer satisfaction variable as an endogenous variable, interpersonal communication as an intervening variable, service quality variable as an exogenous variable. Sources of data in this study use primary data and secondary data. The study results indicate that the service quality variable directly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Interpersonal communication directly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality directly has a significant effect on interpersonal communication. Service quality indirectly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through interpersonal communication. This research implies that Sukamulya Village, Tangerang, in general, needs efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Through interpersonal communication, efforts to increase customer satisfaction can be made with service quality. Efforts to improve service quality in Sukamulya, Tangerang will strengthen customer satisfaction. Improved interpersonal communication of Sukamulya Sub-district Tangerang employees will be effective in strengthening customer satisfaction if the information provided to the community is appropriate and acceptable Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, E-KTP Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Service Quality melalui Communication Interpersonal terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada pembuatan E-KTP di kelurahan sukamulya tangerang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 240 responden, analisis terhadap data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan analisis data SEM LISREL terhadap variable customer satisfaction sebagai variable endogen, communication interpersonal sebagai variable intervening, variabel service quality sebagai variable eksogen. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable service quality secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Commonuciation interpersonal secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Service quality secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap communication interpersonal. Service quality secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction melalui communication interpersonal. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, Kelurahan sukamulya Tangerang secara umum perlu upaya memelihara dan meningkatkan customer satisfaction. Upaya meningkatkan customer satisfaction dapat dilakukan dengan service quality melalui communication interpersonal. Upaya peningkatan service quality di kelurahan sukamulya tangerang akan efektif memperkuat customer satisfaction. Peningkatan communication interpersonal karyawan kelurahan sukamulya Tangerang akan efektif memperkuat customer satisfaction jika informasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat sesuai dan dapat diterima. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality on the reuse decision of PrivyID on apps through e-trust as an intervening variable. The analytical method used is SEM and PLS, with 150 respondents for application users in South Jakarta. The sample in this study used the non-probability sampling method. This study has several problems, such as difficulty accessing personal to enterprise accounts, the absence of a direct document repair feature, the lack of customer service responsiveness to customer inquiries, weak validity of digitally signed documents using manual stamps, and user difficulties when verifying data. This study indicates that e-service quality has a significant effect on reuse decisions. Meanwhile, e-trust has a substantial impact on reuse decisions, and e-service quality considerably impacts e-trust. Finally, this study shows that e-service quality indirectly affects reuse decision e-trust. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Reuse Decision, E-Trust Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality aplikasi PrivyID terhadap reuse decision melalui e-trust sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dan Partial Least Square (PLS), sebanyak 150 responden pada pengguna aplikasi yang berada di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa masalah seperti kesulitannya akses dari akun personal ke akun enterprise, tidak adanya fitur perbaikan dokumen secara langsung, kurang responsifnya customer service terhadap pertanyaan pelanggan, lemahnya keabsahan dokumen yang ditandatangan digital dengan penggunaan materai manual, dan terdapat kesulitan pengguna saat melakukan verifikasi data (swafoto). Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reuse decision. Sementara itu e-trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reuse decision dan e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-trust. Terakhir e-service quality berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap reuse decision melalui e-trust. Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Reuse Decision, E-Trust

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus jenis baru yang belum pernah teridentifikasi pada manusia. Berdasarkan data nasional dibulan mei (8/52020) tercatat 13112 kasus pasien positif covid-19 di Indonesia. Sementara itu, Jawa Barat merupakan wilayah terbesar kedua setelah DKI Jakarta yaitu sebesar 1404 pasien positif Covid-19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan gizi dan imunitas pada saat pandemic Covid-19 dilingkungan kampus Unsika, Karawang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi dilakukan melalui online yang diikuti oleh 169 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Singaperbangsa (UNISKA) Karawang, selama 2 jam. Dimana terdiri dari pemaparan 40 menit dan diskusi tanya jawab 80 menit. Sebagian besar subjek berasal dari mahasiswa yang tinggal di luar daerah Karawang, berjenis kelamin perempuan 88.2%, dan rerata usia 20.1±2.8 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi grup, sebesar 50.3% mahasiswa masih belum banyak memahami kaitan imunitas dan gizi. 52.1% mahasiswa bersikap negatif terhadap asupan gizi dan imunitas. Setelah dilakukan edukasi secara online dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi lebih lanjut, didapat bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan sikap terhadap asupan gizi dan imunitas masing-masing sebesar 78.1% dan 71.6%. Olehkarenanya, edukasi gizi secara online perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan intensif dilingkungan Kampus dalam upaya perbaikan kesehatan khususnya di masa pandemic Covid-19

Abstract

Pada Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dan strategis bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi negara, baik negara berkembang maupun negara maju. Pada saat krisis ekonomi berlangsung di Indonesia, kemampuan UMKM untuk tetap bertahan di masa krisis ekonomi adalah bukti bahwa sektor UMKM merupakan bagian dari sektor usaha yang cukup Tangguh. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau UMKM merupakan bisnis yang juga memerlukan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Setiap bisnis akan membutuhkan pengelolaan keuanga yang tepat agar bisnis tetap bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Pengelolaan keuangan usaha penting untuk diterapkan pemilik UMKM.  Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan sederhana dalam bentuk paparan dan diskusi  terkait komponen-komponen dalam mengelola keuangan disertai contoh-contoh. Mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Pelaku usaha UMKM Ciledug Prima di Kecamatan Ciledug Kota Tangerang, Banten. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diselenggarakan dari bulan Juli 2021 Sampai bulan Januari 2022. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman mengelola keuangan sederhana dalam rangka mengelola uang pribadi dan uang usaha agar bisa lebih berdaya saing kedepannya. Keberhasilan ini ditunjukkan antara lain oleh adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mengelola keuangan, serta adanya semangat dari peserta pelatihan dalam mengikuti kegiatan serta dapat mengimplementasikan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan ke produk yang dihasilkan peserta.  Science and Technology Simple Financial Management Training At SMEs Ciledug Prima in Ciledug DistrictTangerang Banten Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role in the country's economic growth, both developing and developed countries. During the economic crisis in Indonesia, the ability of MSMEs to survive during the economic crisis is proof that the MSME sector is part of a fairly resilient business sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are businesses that also require good financial management. Every business will need proper financial management to keep the business running smoothly. Business financial management is important for MSME owners to implement. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on simple financial management in the form of exposure and discussion regarding the components in managing finances with examples. Community service partners are Ciledug Prima SMEs in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, Banten. Community service activities are held from July 2021 to January 2022. The result of this activity is an increase in understanding of managing simple finances in order to manage personal money and business money so that they can be more competitive in the future. This success is shown, among others, by an increase in knowledge and ability to manage finances, as well as the enthusiasm of the training participants in participating in activities and being able to implement the training carried out to the products produced by the participants.
