Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and find out how the review of deportation in international law perspective as a enforcing law against immigration violations. As for this discussion, it is important because msny foreigners who come to Indonesia as tourist which in this case can have a positive effect and can also have a negative impact. The circumstances that have caused the adverse effects are certainly adverse to Indonesia’s national position. Even such would endanger the security of the state. So this discussion can reinforce the current deportation act. The problem raised in this study is how a review of deportation as administrative actions of immigration on an international of law perspective. The results of this study indicate that deportation can be made by arbitrary compilance with certain provisions. This is because foreigners who are subject to deportation also have rights that are required to be respected by the countries they visit. Deportation may be executed if it is known that the foreigner can harm or even have committed acts that endanger public security and order.
