Abstract

This study is purpose to examine and to verify empirically the influence of underwriter reputation, fiancial leverage, return on asset, earning per share, price earning ratio to underpricing. The analysis is based on the 41 initial public offerings firms during the period of 2002-2006. Regression analysis is used in testing the data in this study. Using a sample of Jakarta Stock Exchange, we provide evidence of statistically significant influence of financial leverage and price earnig ratio to underpricing. The fundings also indicate that the factors accounted for 43,50 pecent of the variance associated with underpricing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of accounting standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) in presenting financial reports at Lollipop Candy Shop MSMEs in Lowokwaru sub-district. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a field study type of research while the research subjects are MSME Lollipop Shop business actors using primary data sources in the form of interviews and observations as well as secondary data sources in the form of documentation and several financial records of Lollipop Shop MSMEs as well as data analysis carried out through stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research stated that Lollipop Shop MSMEs had recorded several simple financial reports including recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure, but Lollipop Shop MSMEs in Lowokwaru District as a whole stated that they were not aware of the existence of the new financial accounting standard, namely SAK-EMKM.Keywords : Financial report, SAK EMKM, micro business

Abstract

Banjir bandang merupakan salah satu bencana hidrometeorologi yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Ternate. Kelompok usia sekolah dasar tergolong rentan terhadap dampak bencana tersebut sehingga diperlukan edukasi mitigasi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SDN 66 Kota Ternate dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa mengenai bahaya, tanda peringatan, serta langkah mitigasi sebelum, saat, dan sesudah banjir bandang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi mitigasi bencana, serta pemutaran video edukasi visual. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui uji pengetahuan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 10 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata skor siswa meningkat dari 66% pada pre-test menjadi 92% pada post-test, atau terjadi peningkatan sebesar 39,4%. Peningkatan tersebut membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukasi berbasis multimodal dan partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesiapsiagaan siswa terhadap bencana banjir bandang. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dan diperluas pada sekolah-sekolah lain di wilayah rawan bencana guna membentuk budaya sadar bencana yang berkelanjutan.
