Abstract

In globalization era as now, market competition getting strict especially in public transportation sector make Go-Ride have to establish strategy to compete the competitors. The problem in this research is decreased transaction and the transaction never achieve the target on Go-Ride service in 2015-2016 period. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality on the purchasing decision of Go-Ride service in South Tangerang City. The kind of this research is explanatory research, with the population of this researh is the user of GoRide service in South Tangerang City. While the sample is 100 respondents and the technique of sample using purposive sampling by using approach of sampling area. The analytical method using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and significance test (t test and f test) using SPSS for Windows version 20.0. The price variables included into good category. The value of t count (1.859) > t table (1.660). Coefficient correlation 0,185 and coefficient determination 3,4%. Service quality variables included into good category. The value of t count (7,191) > t table (1.660). Coefficient of correlation 0,588 and coefficient of determination 34,5%. The purchasing decision variables included into good category. The value of f count (25,993) > f table (3.09). This research concludes that price and service quality have positive and significant effect to purchase decision. The results of this research indicate that although the variable of price and variable of service quality are good, but there are other factors that affect the purchase decision of Go-Ride service in South Tangerang City, that is consumers do not make Go-Ride service as the main priority in using online ojek transportation. Researchers advise companies to add Go-Ride advantages, for example by adding some new features in Go-Jek application such as telephone feature so consumer privacy is more secure, select drivers fiture, and change destination location fiture. Go-Ride also needs to add facilities that can increase consumer comfort while driving with Go-Ride.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are goals that every company should achieve. To be able to reach a high purchase decision, Lazada need to pay attention to ease, quality of information, and trust. This research aims to determine the effect of ease, quality of information, and trust in purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research with 100 Lazada’s consumers by using purposive sampling technique and collected through the spread of questionnaires with Likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used is correlation, simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 21 program. The results of this research indicate that ease, quality of information, and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The trust variable has a greater influence than the others variable. From this research can be concluded that consumer perceptions of ease, quality of information, and trust are good. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions on  Lazada  is quite good. Thus, companies are advised to keep improving consumer purchasing decisions with giving more practically ease, better quality of information, and increased trust,that will improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research was distributed by growing companies in Indonesia namely manufacturing firm or company engaged in the service, one of these transport services. The growing demand for air transportation services in Indonesia. Along with the increased demand, human resources has a large role in determining the success of a service company. Thus required human resources that have a good performance so that it is able to serve the consumer well.The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) international airport of Adi Soemarmo of Surakarta. The population was employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) international airport of Adi Soemarmo of Surakarta. While the samples used as much as 51 respondents with sampling techniques used was proportionate random sampling The analysis of the data used in this study using the SPSS program 23.0, test validity, reliability, determination of the coefficient of the correlation coefficient, regression analysis, simple and double, and the test of significance (t-test and F-test). in advance. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and organizational culture partially simultaneous or affect the performance of the employees. Variable cultural organizations provide greater influence on performance of employees on organizational commitment variable.The suggestions can be submitted is for PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) can hold a character building on a sense of love for the company to enhances the understanding of the vision and mission of the company so that the Organization's commitment to every employee of the higher. In addition, the company should put up posters about cultural organizations at each corner that are often bypassed the employees. This is intended so that employees always read and understand the organizational culture which is applied as a guide in the works.

Abstract

Beauty cosmetics are one of women’s most important things and basic needs to beautify their appearances and also as a skincare treatment. PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation is the one of manufacturers that creates a beauty cosmetic product. One of its product, Wardah Kosmetik with the tagline “inspiring beauty”, has a market share numbered as 34,5% in 2016 at national level. Meanwhile, at the number of counters from year 2013-2017, Wardah Kosmetik counter numbers in Semarang have decreased in comparison with Kudus which is significantly increasing and developing. That is caused by competition in beauty cosmetics market which is getting tighter both in product quality and advertisement that is used to preserve the hearts of consumers. This research’s aim is to know the influence given by product quality and Youtube advertising to Wardah Kosmetik consumers’ loyalty in Semarang. The result of the research shows that product quality and Youtube advertisements variables have a strong and positive influence to Wardah Kosmetik consumers loyalty in Semarang. Product quality and Youtube Advertisement variable shown as 0,856; it shows that both variables and consumers loyalty have a strong relation. Product quality variable on determination test (R square) shows that 71,9% of it influences consumers loyalty, meanwhile the rest of 28,1% is influenced by another factors. Youtube advertisement variable at determination test (R square) shows a number of 64,1% is influencing consumers loyalty while another 35,9% is influenced by another factors.

Abstract

Public awareness of the importance of beauty care has been increasing, therefore there are many beauty clinics appear, one of them is Ella Skincare. In the last three years Ella Skincare hasn’t been able to reach Top Brand Market Share of beauty clinic in Indonesia. In addition, during the period of 2016-2018, there were complaints from customer regarding the quality of service and product. The quality of service and word of mouth communication are factors that influence consumers' decisions to use the services. This research aims to know the influence of service quality and word of mouth communication on service use decisions. The type of research is explanatory research and sampling tecnique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling and accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The data collection uses questionnaires and googleforms. This research uses kuantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple regression, multiple regression, t test and F test helped by Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that the quality of service variables and word of mouth communication have a strong, significant and positive influence on the decision to use. The advice given to company is to improve service quality and creating a good experience in order to make consumers want to communicate their experience to user candidates of Ella Skincare.

Abstract

Leadership and standard operating procedures are important factors for the achievement of employee performance. Hotel Crowne Plaza Semarang is a company engaged in the field of hospitality and strives to provide the best service, and therefore requires human resources with good performance.This type of research is explanatory research, with a population of 34 permanent employees in the department Housekeeping Hotel Crowne Plaza Semarang and everything sampled by census. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurement. Data analysis method used is correlation, simple and multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0.This study concluded SOP leadership and influence on employee performance partially or simultaneously. Variable leadership has a greater influence than the SOP.Suggestions can be submitted is the Hotel Crowne Plaza Semarang especially the Housekeeping department needs to update our SOP and leadership are implemented.

Abstract

Today's increasingly fierce business competition encourages companies to have the competence to grow and compete with other companies. To improve the quality, the company must be able to understand the desire of employees which to get employees who have high job satisfaction on their own. There is an increase of employees who come out every year during the last three years, it is assumed that there is a problem about job satisfaction within the employee in the production of PT SOLO MURNI. Implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) program is important because a safe working environment can affect employee job satisfaction (gilmer, 1996). In addition, the provision of compensation with fair and reasonable principles allows employees to meet all their needs so that will lead to job satisfaction (Hasibuhan, 2016). The purpose of this study is to know the effect of OHS variables and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The methods used to process the data are qualitative analysis method, quantitative analysis, data quality test, correlation test, regression test, and significance test with help from SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the test show that OHS and compensation affect partially and simultaneously to employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously OHS and compensation effect on employee job satisfaction equal to the coefficient of determination 33,1%. Based on the results of multiple linear tests OHS has the greatest influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance of 0.03. PT SOLO MURNI is expected to complete the personal protective equipment, renew personal protective equipment with the highest quality, and increase health insurance by establishing clinics within the company area, in order to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Every business requires any organization influential marketing strategy essential to achieve success. Marketing strategies have a role in improving purchasing decisions through the variables that affect itself, including the rearrangement and also the price. Based on the problems in this research, that is the decrease in purchase decisions at the flower market kalisari Semarang caused by consumer inconvenience when shopping at the flower market the kalisari slums and untidy. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of re-arrangement and the price . The type of this research is explanatory research, with 100 respondents in a kalisari flower market as the population. The technique of sampling using a purposive sampling. Using questionnaires as data collecting technique. The data analysis conducted quantitatively with SPSS. This research concluded that the rearrangement and price have positive effect on purchasing decisions. Rearrangement of variables has bigger effect that price variable. Based on the research result, the researchers suggested to traders to be able to think creatively to solve problems occurred with new kiosk-shaped shelter with adding a canopy to keep the flower fresh, and the seller are are also advised to a ornamental flower seller in flower market Kalisari Semarang to always talk the truth every time the ornamental flower price increase, so there is no misperception.

Abstract

Dayak Meratus is one of the tribes in Indonesia consisting about 633 ethnic groups in total. The Dayak Meratus tribe represents the majority of the tribe in Indonesia which tends to be isolated, has a low formal education, and lacks of public facilities. This research was aimed at describing the economic rationalities of Tribe Dayak Meratus, a Loksado Indigenous in the Regency of Hulu Sungai Selatan, Borneo Island in term of redenomination perspective. This research is important since redenomination has potential to create hyperinflation if it was not implemented properly, especially related to the inland community in Indonesia which is more than 13,000 islands. The data collecting applied focus group discussion which involved the chair and member of the Tribe, also survey as the data triangulation of method. This research applied explanation building and frequency distribution for the data analysis. The results show that the Loksado Indigenous has a  marginal economy and formal education,but the Tribe has high social capital for its gotong royong (mutual cooperation) spirit and has sufficiently good financial literacy that forms good economic rationalities. In the term of redenomination, the economic rationalities would be essential to maintain so that economic crashes would not be occured. Redenomination for indigenous people would be considered the same as the change in currency that has occurred several times in Indonesia, in wchich the socialization was through conventional media.
