Abstract

Sariayu Martha Tilaar is the first cosmetic product brand manufactured by PT. Martina Berto Tbk. which is based on natural ingredients or spices of Indonesia's wealth and has once dominated the cosmetics industry market in Indonesia.However, in the midst of a very tight cosmetic product competition this cause Sariayu Martha Tilaar cosmetic products no longer dominate the cosmetics market in Indonesia. Sariayu cosmetics affordable price is not comparable with the quality of Sariayu products in the skin of the consumer face, causing consumers to buy only a little cosmetics, and with a nominal or total value of small shopping and seldom buy cosmetics Sariayu. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of price and product quality to buying decision making of cosmetic product Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Martha Tilaar Counter, Ada Supermarket. This type of research is an explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents Sariayu Martha Tilaar’s consumer.The sampling technique used is accidental sampling and purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents aged over 15 years, the respondent is female, and has been using Sariayu cosmetics at least 1 month of usage. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient (R), simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test using SPSS for Windows program. The results of this study conclude that Sariayu's price has a low (weak) influence on the purchase of Sariayu Martha Tilaar both partially and simultaneously. Meanwhile, the quality of Sariayu cosmetic products has no results from the purchase decision of Sariayu Martha Tilaar, either partially or simultaneously. Two variables have been tested in stages or together showing that the price variable (0.127) and product quality (-0.066) simultaneously have a relationship at a low level and very low on the variable purchase decision. The amount of the contribution from the price variable is greater than the contribution of the product quality variable, the coefficient of determination (R2) for the variable price of 12.4% and the product quality of only 2%. To improve purchasing decisions in relation to prices, the advice of researchers is that discounting should be done for consumers who pay in cash as well as often held and give product bonuses with attractive items, while the quality of the product is recommended. to be more durable, multiply products that are waterproof and improve product packaging to be more robust.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on several policies including on learning patterns. E-Learning can be an alternative solution to learning problems. Motivation is considered an important factor for learning success, including in the online learning environment, so it is necessary to reconsider the motivation to learn in learning environments that use technology. However, the academic community is not yet accustomed to using a blended and fully online learning system. The research objective was to determine the relationship between perceptions of online learning methods and motivation of students at the Majapahit College of Health Sciences. This research was a quantitative study, using a correlation analytic design, with a sample size of 153 respondents. The bivariate analytical test in this study used the technical rank correlation or often called the Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed a positive perception of the respondents, namely the aspects of teaching and learning in online learning, 68.6% positive, 74.6% of students' perceptions of aspects of positive lecturers' abilities, and 72.7% of students' perceptions of the aspects of facilities and infrastructure in online learning is positive. Based on the results of the study showed that most of the respondents had strong motivation (35.7%). With the statistical test of the Spearman Rank Test, the results obtained p value 0.00002 <α 0.05 with Correlation Coeffient (correlation coefficient) of 0.639, it was found that there was a strong relationship between perceptions of online learning methods and the motivation of STIKes Majapahit students. The teaching and learning process will run effectively and efficiently if it is supported by the availability of supporting media. Provision of media and educational methodologies that are dynamic, conducive and dialogic are needed for the optimal development of the potential of students

Abstract

Regional government financial performance is a strategic indicator for assessing the success of regional autonomy implementation, particularly in managing public finances in an effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable manner. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Government of West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) during the 2018–2022 period using a regional financial ratio analysis approach. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method utilizing secondary data obtained from the Budget Realization Reports (LRA) and the Regional Government Financial Statements (LKPD) that have been audited by the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK). The analysis is conducted by calculating regional financial ratios, including the financial independence ratio, the effectiveness ratio of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), the efficiency ratio of regional finances, the activity ratio (expenditure harmony), and the revenue growth ratio. The results indicate that the financial performance of the Government of West Nusa Tenggara Province has generally improved. The regional financial independence ratio falls within the participatory category with an average value of 57.81%, reflecting a gradual reduction in dependence on central government transfer revenues, particularly in 2022. The effectiveness ratio of PAD is categorized as moderately effective, with an average of 92.84%, although it fluctuates due to increases in revenue targets that were not fully matched by actual revenue realization. The regional financial efficiency ratio consistently remains in the efficient category, indicating the local government’s ability to control expenditures relative to revenues. Furthermore, the activity ratio analysis shows a shift in expenditure composition from operating expenditure toward capital expenditure, indicating an increased orientation toward development and long-term investment. The growth ratio reveals a significant increase in PAD in 2022, accompanied by a decline in transfer revenue growth.

Abstract

The Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative (KPRI) plays an important role in enhancing member welfare and supporting the national economy. Nevertheless, increases in business volume and own capital do not necessarily translate into higher profitability, while the number of members an essential characteristic of cooperatives is also assumed to influence financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of business volume and own capital on cooperative profitability, with the number of members acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data derived from the financial statements of KPRI in Bogor City during the 2020–2024 period. Purposive sampling was applied, resulting in 12 cooperatives with a total of 60 observations. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using EViews software, and mediation effects were tested using the Sobel test. The results indicate that business volume has a positive and significant effect on cooperative profitability, whereas own capital does not show a significant influence. The number of members has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Furthermore, the Sobel test confirms that the number of members does not mediate the relationship between business volume or own capital and cooperative profitability. These findings suggest that enhancing business activities and improving the quality of member participation are more critical for increasing cooperative profitability than merely expanding capital or membership size.
