Abstract

This research was motivated by fact that there’s a high demand of fund distribution for the purchase of a home. Bank Tabungan Negara Semarang one of the state banks that focus on lending in housing finance. To be able to compete with other banks, PT. Bank Bank Tabungan Negara Semarang will have to pay attention to the interest rate charged, the service provided and emphasize brand awareness of the mortgage product in order to attract customers. Type of this research is explanatory research. This study aims to determine the influence of interest rates, service and brand awareness has an influence on the decision making of mortgage. The sample in the research is 100 respondents who are mortgage customers. The results showed that Interest rates had the most impact of 10,7%, service have influence of 5,5% and brand awareness influence of 5,7%. Simultaneously interest rates, service and brand awareness have contributed 22,6% of the mortgage decision-making. Suggestions for companies are should lower the mortgage rates in order to compete, improve the quality of service and increase brand awareness mortgage of BTN product in the minds of consumers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Advances in technology demand that today's life is faster and more practical. Various types of applications are created as technology whose functions are able to replace various human activities. In recent years, the field of finance technology or Fintech has experienced significant developments. Online loan services connect lenders with borrowers online. This method provides convenience and speed in the credit application process that can attract public attention. However, people must be more careful in choosing online loan services because there are still many online loans that are illegal. Illegal online loans have characteristics, including not having a legal entity, not being registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), having high interest rates, and unpaid loan installments.This Community Service activity aims to provide financial literacy education on online loans to the Tunas Bangsa Youth Youth group. The large number of online loan offers means that knowledge of the characteristics and requirements of these online loans needs to be well understood.This community service activity concluded that education about online loans was very useful and increased knowledge for Tunas Bangsa Youth Youth. Keywords: Financial Teknology, Online Loan Services, Education ABSTRAKSI Kemajuan teknologi menuntut kehidupan masa kini semakin cepat dan praktis Bermacam jenis aplikasi diciptakan sebagai teknologi yang fungsinya mampu menggantikan berbagai aktivitas manusia. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini bidang finance technology atau Fintech mengalami perkebangan signifikan. Layanan pinjaman online menghubungkan pemberi pinjaman dengan peminjam secara online. Metode ini memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam proses pengajuan kredit yang dapat menarik perhatian masyarakat. Namun, masyarakat harus lebih berhati-hati dalam memilih jasa pinjaman online karena masih banyak pinjaman online yang bersifat illegal. Pinjaman online ilegal memiliki ciri-ciri antara lain tidak berbadan hukum, tidak terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), memiliki bunga yang tinggi, dan cicilan pinjaman yang tak terbayar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi literasi keuangan atas pinjaman online kepada kelompok Pemuda Karang Taruna Tunas Bangsa. Banyaknya tawaran pinjaman online mengakibatkan pengetahuan atas karakteristik dan persyaratan pinjaman online tersebut perlu dipahami dengan baik. Kegiatan PKM ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi mengenai pinjaman online sangat bermanfaat dan menambah pngetahuan bagi Pemuda Karang Taruna Tunas Bangsa.Kata Kunci :  Financial Teknology, Pinjaman Online, Edukasi.
