Abstract

This study aims to analyze social and financial performance of microfinance institutions UED-SP Bakti Mulya. Social performance analyzed using Microfinance Information exchange (MIX) soscial performance standard report, and financial performance analyzed using 17 PEARLS ratio. Analysis of the UED-SP social peformance has reached the social mission and goals the cumulative volume of loans 19.42 percent, and the higher growth of loans volume is the agricultural sector 39.18 percent. The poor borrowers 23.33 percent and volume of loans increased 35.06 percent. Internal systems increased on a variety of loan products and increased incentives for staff. The output and outcome UED-SP was increasing in average annual, outreach of the women borrowers, the borrower of productive economic in the agricultural sector, poor borrowers, and the volume of saving. Monetary performance LKM UED-SP Talang Mulya show from 17 indicator ratio of PEARLS there are 8 indicator residing in condition is not ideal cover protection ratio ( protection) ( P1), and ( P2), lending ratio circulate ( E1), Share deposit ratio ( E7) and operating expenses ratio (R9),Rasio not yield ( L3), growth of share deposit ( S5), and growth of institute capital (S6) show condition is not ideal. Implication Policy of Social Performance that is organizer  require to follow training related to gender sensitivitas, Need the existence of development of product innovation, accepted incentive staff have to pursuant to performance. Implication policy of monetary performance have to cast aside risk reserve fund to avoid arrears risk. Keywords: Financial Peformance, UED-SP, Social Peformance

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari, East OKU Regency, it was found that the physical condition of students at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari, East OKU Regency during the post COVID-19 pandemic, they had not experienced physical decline, as seen from warming up, they had experienced fatigue even though they had not entered the core material of PJOK (Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatanlearning). So, I as a researcher am very enthusiastic to know the physical fitness of these students. With the state or condition after the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the physical fitness level of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is quantitative descriptive research, namely research by giving tests to students, so that physical fitness results are obtained and analysis is carried out. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia). The test items consisted of a 40-meter sprint, a bent elbow hanging test, a 30-second sitting lie test measured using a sit up test, an upright jump and 600-meter run. The data analysis used in this study calculated the physical fitness performance of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results state that the analysis of the physical fitness of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic is still lacking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan seluruh nilai moral yang terkandung dalam setiap carpon yang terdapat dalam kumpulan carpon Céntangbarang karya Asikin Hidayat untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar membaca carpon di kelas VII SMP/MTs. Namun sebelum membahas mengenai nilai moral, dalam penelitian ini mendeskripsikan struktural ceritanya terlebih dahulu, yang meliputi: téma, tokoh, alur, latar dan amanat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis struktur cerita, secara umum téma yang ada adalah tentang kehidupan sosial. Terdapat 121 tokoh, yang terbagi menjadi 12 tokoh utama, 32 tokoh kedua, dan 77 tokoh tambahan. Memiliki 7 alur maju, 4 alur campuran, dan satu alur mundur. Terdapat 225 latar yang terbagi menjadi 110 latar tempat, 55 latar waktu dan 60 latar sosial serta memiliki 20 amanat. Dari keseluruhan carpon terkandung 54 indikator nilai moral yang terdiri dari 14 nilai moral seperti, nilai kesetiaan, rasa sayang, kejujuran, menerima takdir, rendah hati, kesadaran, keberanian, kesopanan, kebijaksanaan, religi, saling menghargai, berbakti, dan saling tolong menolong. Dari 54 indikator ada 43 indikator positif (79,55%) dan 11 indikator negatif (20,35%). Dan berkaitan dengan kegiatannya terungkap 51 (94,35%) indikator horizontal, yang terbagi menjadi 41 (75,85%) indikator positif dan 10 (18,5%) indikator negatif, serta terungkap 3 (5,55%) indikator vertikal yang terbagi menjadi 2 (3,7%) indikator positif dan 1 (1.85%) indikator negatif. Dari seluruh hasil analisis serta kriteria memilih bahan ajar membaca carpon, buku kumpulan carpon Céntangbarang karya Asikin Hidayat cocok untuk dijadikan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar membaca carpon di kelas VII SMP/MTs.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle encourages the growth of the fitness industry in Indonesia, including in the city of Bandar Lampung. Babe Gym is one of the business actors in this field that needs to formulate a strategy to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in the midst of fierce competition. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that affect Babe Gym's customer satisfaction using a SWOT analysis approach. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with observation methods, in-depth interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to management and customers. Data analysis is carried out using IFE and EFE Matrices to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat factors, which are then incorporated into the SWOT Matrix to formulate the right development strategy. The results of the study show that Babe Gym has strength in terms of affordable price and the owner's commitment to customer comfort. However, the disadvantages include a less strategic location, lack of promotion, and limited facilities. The main opportunities come from the increasing public interest in healthy lifestyles and the potential for cooperation with supplement business partners. The threats faced are low customer loyalty and a lack of focus on service and equipment safety. Babe Gym's strategic position is in Quadrant I (Grow and Build), which recommends an aggressive strategy for expansion and service improvement. The strategy includes improving facilities, external cooperation, and strengthening promotions and customer loyalty. This research provides a strategic basis for the development of competitive and sustainable fitness services.

Abstract

This study discusses the Procedure for Handling Incoming and Outgoing Letters in the Administration Subdivision at the National Archives Service Center of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the procedures for handling incoming and outgoing mail at the National Archives Service Center of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the procedures for handling incoming mail at the Archives Service Center include receiving letters, recording letters into the incoming mail agenda book, giving disposition, duplicating, distributing to employees who receive the letter under the instructions on the disposition sheet, and archiving. While the procedures for outgoing letters include drafting letters, typing letters, signing, numbering, duplicating, recording letters into the agenda book for outgoing letters, sending letters, and archiving letters.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Prosedur Penanganan Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar pada Subbagian Tata Usaha di Pusat Jasa Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penanganan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Pusat Jasa Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa prosedur penanganan surat masuk di Pusat Jasa Kearsipan meliputi penerimaan surat, pencatatan surat ke dalam buku agenda surat masuk, pemberian disposisi, penggandaan, pendistribusian kepada pihak pegawai yang menerima surat tersebut sesuai dengan instruksi yang ada pada lembar disposisi, dan pengarsipan. Sedangkan prosedur surat keluar meliputi pengonsepan surat, pengetikan surat, penandatanganan, penomoran, penggandaan, pencatatan surat ke dalam buku agenda surat keluar, pengiriman surat, dan pengarsipan surat
