Abstract

The plastic resin coloring industry has a very important role in the molder supply chain. Materials must be imported from abroad with a long enough lead time, so material purchases are made based on the forecast provided by the molder. The constraints that occur are forecast inaccuracies which result in an increase in inventory level of material and a potential shortage of material at the customer. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach, where the research method is carried out by interviews and literature studies. This research is aimed at measuring the extent to which forecast accuracy is carried out by molders using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) method, the results of the study show whether or not a forecast is feasible. The results of this study show an average MAPE of 36.5% so that it can be categorized as feasible. Even though the forecast is categorized as feasible, PT X must respond properly to this forecasting inaccuracy so that the supply to the molder is not disrupted. In this study, PT X had to make adjustments to the material arrival planaccording to the current month's material needs. On the other hand, it is no less important to carry out active communication and provide education to molders about the importance of forecast accuracy, so that it can provide benefits for the company itself and the molder.Keywords: Forecasting; MAPE; Molder

Abstract

A manufacturing company is a company that carries out a production process to produce a product. The company was founded with the purpose of making a profit or profit, to achieve profit, need to take steps to maximize equipment/machinery so that efficiency increases, quality improvement so that it has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Product quality and engine efficiency/OEE have a relationship, if product quality is low, it results in low OEE. To determine the performance of a machine in an injection company, it is necessary to measure the OEE value. The results of the analysis show that OEE has not yet reached the target. The most influential factors are the low availability value due to dandori process, material change, mould repair, and damage to the robot that requires long repair time. Improvements were made not only on availability, but to maintain and improve, improvements were made to the OEE component, namely the performance and Quality ratio. The improvement results show a reduction in availability time, a decrease in silver defects in the quality ratio and an increase in performance with improved cycle time. Abstract

JKLM is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive industry. This company produces several automotive components from Japan. The higher market demand demands the conditions of operator safety and health who must always be healthy and fit to achieve maximum production results. Humans as labour resources have a very influential and significant role in carrying out the production process. Referring to this problem, an analysis was carried out on 2 final inspection operators using the Nordic body map, which is the questionnaire that is most often used to find out discomfort or pain in the body and can identify Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) from workers. The first thing to do in this research is to conduct a preliminary analysis, identify ergonomic risks experienced by final inspection operators and provide questionnaires to 2 operator respondents, namely the Nordic body map questionnaire. After the questionnaire was converted to a likert scale, the operator scores 1 (60 points) and operator 2 (51 points) which means that on that scale the level of risk that will occur is in the moderate category according to literature sources, which means that corrective action to the problem may be taken. Action at a later date. Furthermore, to add further cause analysis, the researcher added an interview to the operator and it was found that the body was influenced by non-ergonomic work area settings so that the worker's body positions in activities felt limited, causing problems in the body such as the worker's body often bending over resulting in back pain of workers. Abstract

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah Teori pengukuran menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dan mengandalkan penilaian ahli untuk mendapatkan skala prioritas. Banyak penelitian menggunakan metode AHP dalam mengambil keputusan, berjalannya perkembangan jaman membuat metode ini dikalahkan dengan aplikasi atau software untuk mempercepat pengolahan data dan menghasilkan data secara cepat salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi Super Decision V.3.2.0. Pada penelitian kali ini kita menggunakan data dari salah satu peneliti dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu penelitian pemilihan supplier umkm nadhyva ice cream, sehingga pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin menganalisis penggunaan software tersebut sudah sesuai atau belum dengan metode AHP yang sudah teruji. Perhitungan alternatif supplier yang diprioritaskan untuk dipilih pada UMKM Nadhyva Ice Cream berdasarkan perhitungan manual AHP adalah PT.Aice dengan skor tertinggi yaitu 0.53 sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan otomatis dengan aplikasi Super Decision v.3.2.0. adalah PT.Aice dengan skor tertinggi yaitu dan skor 0.53611. Perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh software Super Decision v.3.2.0 memiliki kemiripan 93% dengan metode AHP, sehingga bisa di simpulkan abahwa software tersebut bisa digunakan untuk mengolah data dalam pengambilan keputusan.
