Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah menemukan resolusi fikhi lingkungan terhadap keadilan lingkungan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan diskriktif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fikhi ligkungan. Lingkungan yang selalu dieksplaotasi baik berskala besar maupun kecil lambat laung memberikan dampak buruk terhadap keberlangsungan kehidupan manusia. Meskipun secara institusional ada kementrian dan lembaga khusus yang menangani kegiatan terhadap lingkungan, namun masih sering terdapat oknum yang memenfaatkan kelalaian aparat terkait. Terlebih lagi konsep keadilan lingkungan masih dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit di wujudkan. Sehingga permasalahan lingkungan masih membutuhkan solusi dalam penanganannya. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan dalam penanganan eksploitasi lingkungan adalam fikhi lingkungan. Sehingga dirumuskan beberapa hal berikut; (1) pembahasan lingkungan adalan pembahasan yang urgen dalam supremasi hukum islam khususnya dalam fikhi lingkungan; (2) kedilan lingkungan adalah amanat syaariat yang harus diwujudkan dalam mencapai kemaslahatan manusia.

Abstract

Mathematics learning is one of the areas directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in all teaching and learning activities being carried out online, students and lecturers are forced to adapt to the new situation. The aim of this research is to describe the difficulties faced by students majoring in Mathematics Education in online learning, especially in Algebraic Structure courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research, the subjects of this research are 3rd semester students of Mathematics Education at Alauddin State Islamic University (UIN) Makassar who are taking the Algebraic Structure course. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data collection technique was carried out by giving questionnaires in the form of questionnaires and interviews to subjects to examine in more depth the difficulties of mathematics students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis show that students face several difficulties which are classified into technical difficulties, adaptation difficulties and teacher unpreparedness. To overcome these difficulties, it is necessary to develop learning strategies that are able to support the acceleration of student adaptation in online learning. Apart from that, teachers (lecturers) must also improve their ability to master technology in developing interactive learning media that can be used online and lecturers are also expected to be able to develop varied learning models so that students do not feel bored while studying.

Abstract

China has emerged as a soft power in the community of nations, mainly due to its economic development and influences of its humanistic spirit in other countries. By examining, impacts of Chinese humanistic spirit on Pakistani culture, economy and educational system, this paper discussed that how Pakistan culture, economy and educational system was shaped by these influences in different ways and what is the response of Pakistani students and overall nation.  The Chinese government has invested considerably to attract international students, including Pakistani students. This significant contribution of the Chinese government significantly affected Pakistani students in different ways. It allows them to raise their standard of education and to compete with the other nations of the world through their talent and hard work. The paper will discuss in detail the different areas which show improvement, like Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, fields of Technical education and last but not the least the Chinese language program. In Pakistan nowadays, the rising demand for learning the Chinese language is becoming a favourite trend in the younger generations, and this shows how Pakistani people valued Chinese Culture and traditions. This paper will also suggest ways and means how to improve this cultural and educational connectivity further. The main aim should be to use this contribution to strengthen the brotherly relations of the two countries further and to contribute and help the Chinese government in their dream project of One Belt one Road (OBR), which is the best practical example set by Chinese nation and government that they valued to serve the humanity.
