Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the productivity capacity of the ceramic tile installation workforce at the Makassar New Port project, based on field data and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This research was conducted for ± 10 days in the Makassar New Port project. The objects to be studied as a source of data in this research are workmen who work on ceramic tile installation, regarding the factors that affect the performance of human resources in the field, especially on their work skills, speed, and accuracy. The observations were made per square meter of ceramic tile installation for each work item on 1 working day, while data recording was carried out per day for 6 working days. The research method used in this research is the work study method, which is a research conducted by collecting data directly from observations in the field. This research was conducted by collecting primary data which is directly examined in the field related to the research carried out as secondary data, which is called the work study method because the observational data is taken while conducting the field work. The result of this research is that the production capacity in the ceramic tile installation of the Makassar New Port project is bigger than the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), this shows that the hired workmen in the work of the retaining stone installation work is very productive.

Abstract

This study aims to find out productivity Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) tool in Delft Apartment construction project and also to find out the impact of productivity pilling tool Hydraulic Static Pile Driver on the duration of pilling activities in the Delft Apartement construction project. This study was conducted by direct observation method on project area to get data depth of pilling and duration of work. Then analyzed to get productivity value on Hydraulic Static Pile Driver. The result of this study is the productivity resulting from pilling with Hydraulic Static Pile Driver 15,732 m/hour and the highest productivity value is 21,631 m/hour and the lowest productivity value is 14,933 m/hour. Productivity of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver tool is very impactful to the duration of work pilling. The higher the production value, the shorter the pilling duration, conversely the lower the production value, the longer the pilling duration.

Abstract

Problems occur in construction projects that arise from inconsistencies in plans that have been made with actual facts, so that the impact that often occurs is a matter of project implementation time. The construction project of the 31 Sudirman Suites Apartment Building, located in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi, will be underway starting March 24, 2020 and the contract completion plan is July 2021 with an initial schedule of 16 months. In the process of structural work has occurred, the project (project schedule delay) is approximately 10 months drawn from July 2020 to April 2021, where the final condition at the review stage of the S-curve data is known that the planned development (planned progress) is 82.695% of the actual progress (actual progress) of 47.449% so there was a project incidence of 35.246%, namely the difference between the actual / realization time schedule and the initial plan. This study aims to determine the factors causing the implementation of the 31 Sudirman Suites Makassar Apartment building project. The method used in this research is by means of a questionnaire to the relevant agencies as many as 20 responsibilities. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, validation and reliability tests, Relative Rank Index (RRI). From the research results, the dominant factor that caused the implementation of the 31 Sudirman Suites Apartment Building construction project was unexpected events (force majeure), such as the corona virus pandemic (COVID 19) with an RRI value of 0.892.

Abstract

The supply chain system is the relationship between the parties from the vertical structure to the horizontal structure in the system of a project being implemented. In the supply chain system, there may be uncertainties that pose risks. Construction project risk management needs to be implemented in the supply chain system to determine the success and objectives of project procurement. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the risks that occur in the supply chain system in the Makassar Trans Studio Mall upgrade project. Data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to be filled out by the parties to the project according to their respective work experiences. Respondents amounted to 13 people. Data analysis for this study used the Likert scale method using the severity index (SI) formula. From the results of this study after collecting data, it can be concluded that there are 22 risk factors identified. These risks occur with various types of risks, namely 2 risks that are categorized as high, 19 risks that are categorized as moderate, and 1 risk that is categorized as low.
