Abstract

The growth of construction work requires human resources as a determining factor both in terms of quality of work. Of course, the quality of work is highly dependent on the skills of the workforce, so that labor is a major factor in the implementation of a job in order to achieve maximum results. Productivity good workforce is very influential for the success rate of a quality construction project in accordance with the quality planned. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Observation of workforce performance is carried out on pile cap work which consists of work items for fixing formwork and construction. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples taken is 9 pile caps. To find out the workforce performance is to look at their productivity. Observations are made directly by looking at the volume and number of workers every day until the job is completed. Where is said to perform well if the productivity index> 1. From the results of the calculation of data analysis, the work productivity index of the pile cap PAF1 = 1.59; PAF2 = 1.59; PAF3 = 1.59; PAF4 = 1.59; P34 = 1.57; P35 = 1.57; P36 = 1.57; P37 = 1.57; P39 = 1.57 and pile cap work of PAF1 = 1.51; PAF2 = 1.51; PAF3 = 1.51; PAF4 = 1.51; P34 = 1.27; P35 = 1.27; P36 = 1.29; P37 = 1.29; P39 = 1.29. This condition indicates that the productivity index of each pile cap work item is performing well.

Abstract

Perencanaan waktu yang baik sangat dibutuhkan dalam penjadwalan proyek agar dapat dipastikan bahwa perencanaan proyek yang ditetapkan dapat tercapai dengan kesalahan paling kecil namun dengan hasil maksimal dengan mendayagunakan apa yang ada. Sebab itu, periode menjadi salah satu hal penting selain biaya untuk menyelesaikan suatu proyek. Jaringan kerja atau Network Planning adalah suatu cara manajemen dalam perencanaan serta pengendalian suatu proyek, yang menyajiakn jangka waktu pekerjaan suatu aktivitas dan waktu proyek serta menunjukkan keterkaitan masing-masing pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan modeI PERT (Evaluasi Program dan Teknik Pengulasan). ModeI PERT adaIah cara yang mempunyai tujuan untuk memprediksi berapa Iama sebuah proyek serta menghitung perkiraan kemungkinan waktu yang digunakan. DaIam menghitung besar te (time expectted) dari modeI PERT, membutuhkan informasi a (kejadian optimistic), b (kejadian pesimistik), m (kejadian yang sangat memugkinkan ada). Penelitian dilapangan berguna untuk menghasilkan time schedule. Dengan durasi perhitungan cara PERT, didapatkan durasi pembangunan Bendungan Karalloe Paket II Kabupaten Gowa menggunakan cara PERT. Dari Time Schedule kontraktor didapatkan waktu membangun bendungan sekitar 120 minggu. Pada perhitungan metode PERT didapatkan durasi paling cepat dapat diselesaikan selama 88 Minggu, paling lambat diselesaikan selama 151 Minggu dan paling mungkin diselesaikan selama 128 Minggu.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the productivity capacity of the ceramic tile installation workforce at the Makassar New Port project, based on field data and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This research was conducted for ± 10 days in the Makassar New Port project. The objects to be studied as a source of data in this research are workmen who work on ceramic tile installation, regarding the factors that affect the performance of human resources in the field, especially on their work skills, speed, and accuracy. The observations were made per square meter of ceramic tile installation for each work item on 1 working day, while data recording was carried out per day for 6 working days. The research method used in this research is the work study method, which is a research conducted by collecting data directly from observations in the field. This research was conducted by collecting primary data which is directly examined in the field related to the research carried out as secondary data, which is called the work study method because the observational data is taken while conducting the field work. The result of this research is that the production capacity in the ceramic tile installation of the Makassar New Port project is bigger than the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), this shows that the hired workmen in the work of the retaining stone installation work is very productive.

Abstract

Pile cap as an important part used in construction engineering. Construction projects have a completion schedule, and pile caps as part of a construction project must not be delayed. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause delays in Pile cap work. The analysis method to calculate the results of questionnaire distribution is simple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are seven factors causing delays Pile cap work on the Trans Studio Mall Makassar upgrade project, namely: (1) Lack of manpower, (2) Late delivery of materials, (3) Rainfall intensity factor, (4) Lack of labor expertise, (5) equipment shortage, (6) equipment damage, (7) the factor of the change of design by the owner. From the results of the calculation of the product moment correlation factor of the lack of labor with the Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.821 has a very strong relationship.

Abstract

This study aims, to analyze, risk, project implementation, construction, building, pulmonary care and HIV BLUD general hospital Nabire area. Especially at the risk of implementation. Data collection in the form of interviews and questionnaires to staff is projected. The result of analysis of 20 risk factors for project implementation stated that material loss was 30%, material damage was 32.5%, material scarcity in the market 30%, delays in delivery of materials from suppliers 82.5%, material price increase of 32.5%, change order 70%, lack of inventory control 77.5%, lack of control and construction in the team 30%, lack of labor 32.5%, indiscipline of workers 35%, theft of materials 77.5%, unexpected cost 82.5%, high frequency of job changes 32.5%, frequent job delays of 32.5%, uncontrollable financial control 77.5%, under-controlled reporting system 87.5%, frequent changes in economic conditions 37.5%, bad weather out of control 80%, the number of jobs that have to be replaced due to defects or wrong 40%, frequent occurrences of unexpected things during the implementation of construction 82.5%. The average value above 50% in the range is influential until it is very influential. Thus it can be concluded that the risk is very influential in the implementation of construction projects.

Abstract

The construction world there are still many projects whose implementation does not match the specified time. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the application of time management in the construction project of the Ciputra School of Business building which experienced delays in several sub-sections of work. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. From the results of the study, it can be seen that in the implementation of the S-curve project it is used as a time schedule in monitoring progress and scheduling work, contractors need to do work in parallel with the fast tracking acceleration method and apply overtime so that weekly and monthly targets are met. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the control uses the S-curve where the baseline is carried out every three months for 1 year during the implementation period.

Abstract

The implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015 in construction services at this time is a very appropriate momentum because it can provide added value for companies that apply. Basically, the purpose of this research aims to conduct a study and find out the benefits obtained from the implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 on the Ciputra school of business Makassar development project. There is also a method used is the Qualitative Descriptive method which is expected to be able to provide a systematic and factual description and description of the facts, nature, and relationships of phenomena studied in this project. As for some of the clauses contained in IS0 9001:2015, which are references in this research, namely (1) Scope, (2) Normative reference, (3) Terms and Definition, (4) Organizational context, (5) Leadership, (6) Planning, (7) Support, (8) Operational, (9) Work evaluation and (10) Improvement. Based on the data obtained from this study, there are 15 respondents who are based on the results of direct observations and strengthened by the data obtained such as quality control and material testing. The results of this study show that PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring has implemented the clauses contained in ISO 9001:2015 as evidenced by quality control of the materials used.

Abstract

A construction project is a series of interrelated activities to achieve certain goals within a certain time, cost and quality limit. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that occur in overtime work and affect the quality of work on casting beams and plates on the second floor of the Trans Studio Makassar New Developmentproject. There are main factors that occur in overtime and affect the quality of work that can be concluded, namely: Factors of strict supervision at work, Factors of lack of labor expertise, Factors of worker inefficiencies due to too much work to be completed, Factors of lack of workers' rest time, Lighting factors when doing overtime work at night and Factors The existence of job guarantees can increase the morale of workers.

Abstract

Problems occur in construction projects that arise from inconsistencies in plans that have been made with actual facts, so that the impact that often occurs is a matter of project implementation time. The construction project of the 31 Sudirman Suites Apartment Building, located in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi, will be underway starting March 24, 2020 and the contract completion plan is July 2021 with an initial schedule of 16 months. In the process of structural work has occurred, the project (project schedule delay) is approximately 10 months drawn from July 2020 to April 2021, where the final condition at the review stage of the S-curve data is known that the planned development (planned progress) is 82.695% of the actual progress (actual progress) of 47.449% so there was a project incidence of 35.246%, namely the difference between the actual / realization time schedule and the initial plan. This study aims to determine the factors causing the implementation of the 31 Sudirman Suites Makassar Apartment building project. The method used in this research is by means of a questionnaire to the relevant agencies as many as 20 responsibilities. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, validation and reliability tests, Relative Rank Index (RRI). From the research results, the dominant factor that caused the implementation of the 31 Sudirman Suites Apartment Building construction project was unexpected events (force majeure), such as the corona virus pandemic (COVID 19) with an RRI value of 0.892.

Abstract

The supply chain system is the relationship between the parties from the vertical structure to the horizontal structure in the system of a project being implemented. In the supply chain system, there may be uncertainties that pose risks. Construction project risk management needs to be implemented in the supply chain system to determine the success and objectives of project procurement. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the risks that occur in the supply chain system in the Makassar Trans Studio Mall upgrade project. Data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to be filled out by the parties to the project according to their respective work experiences. Respondents amounted to 13 people. Data analysis for this study used the Likert scale method using the severity index (SI) formula. From the results of this study after collecting data, it can be concluded that there are 22 risk factors identified. These risks occur with various types of risks, namely 2 risks that are categorized as high, 19 risks that are categorized as moderate, and 1 risk that is categorized as low.
