Abstract

The rapid development of Makassar City increases the needs of the community. Makassar City has developed into a metropolitan city which has an area of ​​175.77 km2 with a population of 1,427,630 million people (BPS, 2022). As the capital of South Sulawesi Province, Makassar City has quite high transportation activities. The increase in the number of private vehicles causes several transportation problems such as congestion, longer travel times, delays and queues (Saputra, 2021). This study aims to determine the characteristics of the population and determine the variables that affect travel time and to model the travel time of residents at the Governor's Office Employee Housing Foundation. the survey in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to residents in housing. data analysis in this study using the method of correlation test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study can be seen that the factor that affects travel time is distance (X7). The travel time equation model for the population obtained is Y 0.578 + 0.181X6 + 0.526X7, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 39.1% and the correlation coefficient (R) is 62.5%

Abstract

Makassar is one of the cities with a dense population level and the movement of people from one city to another. One of the factors that support the occurrence of mobility is the passenger terminal function as a vehicle stopover to raise and lower passengers. One of the terminals located in Makassar City is the Daya Regional Terminal, which is a type A terminal. This research aims to determine the level of service and user satisfaction in the application of facilities and infrastructure at the Daya Regional Terminal. The research method used in this research is primary data collection directly in the field in the form of distributing questionnaire sheets to terminal visitors which will be processed in the Importance and Permormance Analysis (IPA) method. The result of this research is that the facilities at the Daya terminal fulfill the application for terminal visitors, and the overall result of the facilities in the Daya terminal is the level of visitor satisfaction or Customer Satisfaction Index obtained 74.12%, this figure is included in the satisfied category.

Abstract

Kemacetan yang terjadi di persimpangan jalan Toddopuli Raya dan Pengayoman umumnya disebabkan oleh adanya pengendara yang kurang taat yaitu melanggar lampu lalu lintas dan parkir liar di jam puncak. Studi ini dirancang untuk mengetahui volume lalulintas di Toddopuli Raya dan jalan Pengayoman dan Untuk mengetahui kinerja pada persimpangannya Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 hari: Rabu, Jumat, dan Sabtu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode PKJI 2014. Volume lalu lintas sebesar 3707,9 skr/jam pada jam puncak hari Rabu, pada jam puncak pada hari Jumat 2727,8 skr/jam, dan pada jam puncak pada hari Sabtu 2950,2 skr/jam. Derajat kejenuhan (DJ), pagi 0,4317, siang 0,4458, sore 0,6016 . Untuk nilai panjang antrian pada jam puncak pagi yaitu 50,51 m, pada jam puncak siang yaitu 57,72 m, sedangkan pada jam puncak sore yaitu 62,05 m.
