Abstract

This study aims to describe how the duties and functions of the police in overcoming criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Bone Regency. How are the obstacles to overcoming and eradicating narcotics crimes in the jurisdiction of the Bone District Police. This research was conducted at the Bone Resort Police Office. The types of data are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained through direct interviews with competent respondents, in this case the Bone Police Investigator of the Narcotics Unit, as well as the perpetrators of the Crime of Narcotics Abuse in Bone Regency. Secondary data was obtained through literature from various books, legal regulations, documents and other written data which were considered related to this research. The results of the study indicate that (1) the duties and functions of the Police in overcoming criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Bone Regency have been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, namely the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2002 concerning the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia and Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics. (2) Barriers to overcoming and eradicating narcotics crime in the jurisdiction of the Bone District Police are in addition to the limited number of personnel in the Bone Resort Narcotics unit, as well as the lack of human resource capabilities possessed by the apparatus in the Information Technology (IT) field, so that it affects the making of files. cases and and collection of evidence. as well as the lack of funds for the police in conducting outreach to the community.

Abstract

Buying interest in marketing is an interesting thing to know. Moreover, related to the perception of price and the attractiveness of advertising through social media. This study aims to determine the relationship between price perceptions and the attractiveness of online shop advertisements with interest in buying fashion products through social media after the COVID-19 pandemic.. The problem is whether there is an onlineshop ad attraction relationship with the interest of buying fashion products through social media. Subjects in this study were students who have done fashion onlineshopping through social media as much as 186 students using incidental sampling. The instruments used in this study consisted of price perceptions, the attractiveness of onlineshop advertisements, and buying interest. The research was conducted with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of analysis shows that there is relation between perception of price and attractiveness of onlineshop advertisement with buying interest of fashion product through social media with correlation coefficient R = 0,554, F = 40,532 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05). The analysis proves that the perception of price and attractiveness of onlineshop advertisement have adjusted R square equal to 30,7% with buying interest and the rest equal to 69,3% contributed by other variable not examined in this research.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is extra-role behavior displayed by employees beyond their formal job descriptions, carried out voluntarily without considering certain awards or rewards, with indicators: (1) altruism (helping others), (2) conscientiousness (role is more than the minimum standard), (3 ) sportsmanship (sportsmanship), (4) courtesy (respect for others), (5) civic virtue (responsibility). The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of reward and job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers at Panca Sakti University (UPS) Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method at Panca Sakti University (UPS) Bekasi. This research was conducted to all lecturers at Panca Sakti University Bekasi using a survey method with path analysis used in hypothesis testing. A sample of 83 people was selected using the Slovin formula. The results of the study conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of reward on OCB. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on OCB. (3) There is a direct positive effect of reward on job satisfaction.
