Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used in this study is a survey method, namely research in which data is collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The sample in the study was 40 respondents. Sources of data use primary and secondary data, namely literature and from the Internet. In comparison, the data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative analysis using analysis through the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis with the F test (simultaneous) show that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous influence. The results of the t-test analysis can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a partial influence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of craftsmen and the community in maintaining the sustainability of the small bead industry in improving the welfare of the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the center of the beading industry. The data collection technique is based on observation and interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis with the steps of the Miles and Huberman model. Test validity with Triangulation. The results of this study are 1. Efforts made by craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of the beading industry, namely by maintaining aspects: marketing, maintaining quality and quality, consumer trust, regeneration of bead craftsmen, surrender and trust in the one who makes God Almighty. . 2. Contributions for craftsmen (entrepreneurs and workers) of Gudo beads are in the form of increasing welfare, namely sufficient income, so that craftsmen are able to meet their daily needs (clothing, food and boards) and send their children to higher education, facilitated health. .

Abstract

Lecturers have a big influence on the standard of education in the country. A lecturer should enhance their skills outside of the classroom with the intention of improving themselves. The writing of scientific papers is a talent that educators can develop by taking part in writing workshops. This article's goal is to look into the beliefs and actions of the professors at Darul Ulum University. The lecturers are more receptive and excited about leading this scientific writing workshop as a result of this training. In addition, 25 of the 46 academics were able to proceed with further in-depth research since they had developed a good writing structure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational politics towards career motivation with the Career Motivation variable based on (London, 1989) and Based on the variable Perception of Organizational Politics (Ferris and Kacmar; 1996). The method used was a descriptive analysis method with a sample of 76 employeesusing Proportional Random Sampling and analyzed with a model AMOS structural equation. Research findings prove that there is a relationship which varies positively and significantly between organizational politics and Career Motivation political perceptions based on multi-dimensional career motivation in the career identity domain,and career insight domain
