Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : menganalisis model dan ingin mengetahui besar pengaruh dampak Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Manusia UD Mitra Makmur Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Kecamatan Sukorame Kabupaten Lamongan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, objek penelitian adalah pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia UD Mitra Makmur dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Wedoro Kecamatan Sukorame Kabupaten Lamongan. Waktu penelitian dimulai bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2022. Dengan teknik sampling secara nonprobabilitas jenis judgmental sampling dengantenik pengumpulan data observasi, intervies dan dokumentasi. Di hasilkan bahwa UD. Mitra Makmur dalam melakukan aktivitas operasionalnya telah menerapkan fungsi manajemen yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian dan pengawasandan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berkaitan dengan pembuatan strategi sumber daya manusia, perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekruitmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kompensasi, evaluasi kinerja, dan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan adanya industri penggilingan padi UD Mitra Makmur, memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat desa Wedoro kecamatan Sukorame dan sekitarnya. Peran yang diberikan dengan berdirinya industri ini adalah dengan tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan, mengurangi jumlah pengangguran, meningkatkan pendapatan serta meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used in this study is a survey method, namely research in which data is collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The sample in the study was 40 respondents. Sources of data use primary and secondary data, namely literature and from the Internet. In comparison, the data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative analysis using analysis through the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis with the F test (simultaneous) show that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous influence. The results of the t-test analysis can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a partial influence

Abstract

Lecturers have a big influence on the standard of education in the country. A lecturer should enhance their skills outside of the classroom with the intention of improving themselves. The writing of scientific papers is a talent that educators can develop by taking part in writing workshops. This article's goal is to look into the beliefs and actions of the professors at Darul Ulum University. The lecturers are more receptive and excited about leading this scientific writing workshop as a result of this training. In addition, 25 of the 46 academics were able to proceed with further in-depth research since they had developed a good writing structure.

Abstract

As a result, the goal of this article is to examine the marketing mix used by Antam's Padjadjaran Branch Group to market gold savings products, to evaluate the limitations and challenges faced by the marketing mix within the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch, and to develop marketing strategy recommendations to address both internal and external challenges encountered during the process of marketing gold savings products at the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch. Data for this study was acquired through interviews, observations, and recording using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The Antam Pajajaran Group Branch Managers, the Antam Pajajaran Branch Group Marketing Department, and the Gold Savings Products Pajajaran Bandung Branch's clients served as the study's informants. This study used the marketing mix theory as a guide. The study's conclusions include the marketing tactics used by Antam Group's Pajajaran Branch, which apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning principles, as well as the marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, processes, and facilities.

Abstract

One of the regencies in West Java Province with a sizable number of MSMEs is Sumedang. In the village of Kutamandiri, there is one prospective SMEs. According to the survey results, one MSME actor producer named Basreng Masrifah has never used social media marketing to grow his company. Remembering that social media marketing has a favourable association with future business continuity, MSMEs need to implement it immediately. Students from and the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises of Sumedang Regency worked together to complete this act of community service. By making the Tokopedia marketplace one of the marketplaces that is heavily used by the larger community, this community service project aims to help address problems while also offering aid to MSME players connected to the vicinity of social media marketing. The process of putting this activity into action is broken down into three stages: outreach, training, and mentorship of the MSME in question. The desired outcome of this activity is that MSME actors will be able to comprehend the significance of social media marketing and be able to apply it to their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product innovation, inventory, and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at UD. Combi Prima Grafika Babat - Lamongan. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey method. Data were obtained through a questionnaire published to 100 consumer respondents of UD. Combi Prima Grafika who have shopped more than once, with selection using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study indicate that product innovation and word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, inventory does not show a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Overall, product innovation, inventory, and word of mouth have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at UD. Combi Prima Grafika. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that it is important for UD. Combi Prima Grafika to continue to improve product innovation, especially in terms of relevant designs in accordance with existing trends, as well as improving inventory management to ensure sufficient stock. These improvements are expected to increase customer satisfaction, strengthen positive word of mouth promotions, and ultimately encourage increased purchasing decisions and sales.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terciptanya kesadaran pentingnya fitur artificial intelligence di Canva dalam meningkatan kreativitas bagi pekerja kreatif. Sasaran pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah pekerja kreatif yang berpotensi memanfaatkan fitur artificial intelligence di Canva. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini disampaikan dalam bentuk sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa fitur artificial intelligence di Canva bagi pekerja kreatif memberikan manfaat dalam hal kreativitas seperti magic media, magic grab, magic expand, magic edit, dan magic design.
