Abstract

This research was carried out at a company adapter, data cables, gaming headsets, earphones, headphones, mice, mouse pads, etc. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of job insecurity and narcissism on counterproductive work behavior with negative emotions as mediators. This study employs quantitative techniques that are derived from purposive sampling on Generation Z workers at Company X, located in Kaliurang, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of respondents was 70 employees. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. This research used statistical analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that 1) Narcissism has a positive and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior, 2) Narcissism has a positive and significant effect on negative emotions, 3) Narcissism has a positive and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior mediated by negative emotions, 4) Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior significantly towards counterproductive work behavior, 5) Job insecurity has a positive and significant impact on negative emotions, 6) Job insecurity has a positive and significant impact on counterproductive work behavior mediated by negative emotions. Further research needs to be done related to other variables that affect CWB in the millennial generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the impact of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Sriharjo Preneur Village community. The analysis will focus on the relationship between trust and OCB. Leadership style is a complex phenomenon consisting of three components, namely followers, leaders, and situations. How leadership is exercised is an essential factor in the growth and success of an organization. This research uses a quantitative approach, and PLS-SEM analyzes the relationship between different variables. Data was collected using a technique called simple random sampling. During the data collection stage, 92 respondents were collected, all administrators and members of Sriharjo Preneur Village. After that, the questionnaire, the research instrument, was distributed to respondents. This study found that transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence on trust, and the same results were also found for the force between transformational leadership and OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and personal characteristics on the performance of salespeople who reduce the emotional intelligence of PT Multi Guna Nusantara. This study utilizes a quantitative approach by collecting facts and statistics through a survey conducted with a questionnaire. For this analysis, we only included sales staff in the department with a total of 53 employees. The sampling method used was census, i.e. surveying the population as a whole. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0. The following are the results of this study: 1). There is job stress that has a significant impact on performance 2). There is a significant positive effect of individual characteristics on performance, 3). Emotional intelligence plays a role in moderating the impact of job stress on employee performance and 4). Emotional intelligence also moderates the impact of individual characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Justice on Employee Engagement Mediated by Job Satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan (STTKD) Yogyakarta. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 159 employees, where the sample used was 114 employees. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research is Path Analysis and Paired Sample Test on Permanent Employees and Contract Employees. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Justice variable on employee engagement at the STTKD Yogyakarta. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Justice variable on Employee Engagement mediated by Job Satisfaction at the STTKD Yogyakarta. 3) There is a significant difference in employee engagement of permanent employees and non-permanent employees at the STTKD Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study was conducted on employees of Bahasakuinggris in Pare, Kediri. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of career development and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of all 150 employees of Bahasakuinggris. The sample was taken using a census method. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire via Google Forms, which was structured using a Likert scale, and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) techniques on SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study show that career development positively affects employee performance, organizational culture positively affects employee performance, and job satisfaction positively affects employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between career development and employee performance, as well as the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh narsisme dan beban kerja terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif pada guru PNS di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), dengan kepemimpinan autentik sebagai variabel moderasi. Guru secara strategis mendukung tujuan pendidikan nasional, termasuk merencanakan, mengajar, mengevaluasi, dan membimbing siswa. Namun, beban kerja yang tinggi dan kecenderungan narsistik berpotensi memicu perilaku kerja kontraproduktif, yang dapat mengganggu efektivitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei eksploratif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 83 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa narsisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif, sedangkan beban kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Kepemimpinan autentik terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara narsisme dan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif secara negatif tetapi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan perilaku tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan autentik dalam mengurangi dampak negatif narsisme pada perilaku kerja guru. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang perilaku kerja yang kontraproduktif dan memiliki implikasi praktis untuk manajemen beban kerja dan pengembangan kepemimpinan autentik di sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the 0069nfluence of employer branding and transformational leadership on employee retention. The research focuses on Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS,” with the population consisting of all employees of Waroeng SS in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with 85 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that employer branding has a significant impact on employee retention. Furthermore, the findings confirm that transformational leadership has a significant impact employee retention. The implications of this study suggest that Waroeng SS management should enhance the facilities and branding offered to employees, as what the company provides can significantly influence employees’ decision to remain with the organization

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of e-recruitment and job characteristics on the pursuit of job intention of graduated student University in Yogyakarta city and company reputation as moderating variable. The study uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) as a test tool. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling, and the number of samples was 87 graduated students from 2017 2018 at ABC University, especially in the Management Study Program. The result of this research indicates that e-recruitment and job characteristics have a positive effect and significance on job pursuit intention. Company reputation as a moderate variable can strengthen the relationship between e-recruitment and interest in applying for work and job characteristics with interest in applying for work. The novelty of this research is that the company's reputation is one of the important variables that can strengthen the influence of recruitment and job characteristics on the interest of job seekers, where the results of previous research are still minimal. This research has theoretical and practical implications that are important to discuss further
