Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, 2010-2019 Period. The research method is using the associative method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The population in this study is 16 years old and the sample used is 10 years which is the annual report of the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the t test and f test showed that partially Net Interest Margin (NIM), had a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Non-Performing Loans (NPL) are partially significant and have a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). And simultaneously Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This seaweed management activity as a regional specialty was carried out during the MBKM KKN-T activity for the Creative Business Business planning course in Panda Village. The aim of this service activity is to help create product innovations from local potential to help increase the income of the Panda Village community. Seaweed itself is one of the superior products of the local area which still lacks processing and knowledge of the benefits of seaweed itself. Seeing the existing opportunities, we developed seaweed such as seaweed sticks and conducted training on making attractive packaging with the aim of helping develop regional potential and increasing community creative businesses. collaborate with various parties.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Cafe Teman Cerita. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of all customers who had made purchases at Cafe Teman Cerita, while the sample included 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 2.401 and a significance value of 0.018 < 0.05. Meanwhile, price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of -1.568 and a significance value of 0.120 > 0.05. Simultaneously, service quality and price significantly affect customer satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 3.359 and a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05. The study concludes that improving service quality is the main factor in enhancing customer satisfaction at Cafe Teman Cerita.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector that contributes to economic growth and community welfare. However, MSME development often faces challenges due to the limited availability of accurate data on business characteristics, business locations, and the income levels of business owners. Similar conditions were found in Karijawa Subdistrict, Dompu Regency, where MSME data had not been systematically organized, making it difficult to plan community economic empowerment programs. This community service activity aims to describe the potential of local MSMEs as an effort to strengthen the community's economy through a data-driven approach. The implementation methods included identifying the conditions of the target community, collecting MSME data, mapping business potential based on business type, location, and monthly income, compiling a baseline MSME database, and conducting activity monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate that the culinary sector is the most dominant business category, followed by trade, services, and handicrafts. Most MSMEs are located near main roads and organizational areas, while the majority of business owners earn between IDR 2,000,000 and IDR 5,000,000 per month. The resulting database provides more structured information on MSME conditions and can serve as a basis for developing community empowerment programs and local economic development initiatives. Therefore, MSME mapping has proven effective in providing accurate data and supporting data-driven decision-making to strengthen the local economy in Karijawa Subdistrict, Dompu Regency.
