Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of sharia competencies, Islamic compensation and Islamic Spiritual Intelligence of personal work performance at Bank Muamalat Branch Ternate. The data obtained in the research is primary data taken from questionnare were distributed to employees at Bank Muamalat Branch Ternate. Data analysis technique in this research using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0.The result of this research shows from all of three variables, Islamic spiritual intelligence is the only one that have significant effect on personal work performance of Bank Muamalat Branch Ternate

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perbandingan kualitas pelayanan bank konvensional dan bank syariah dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan atara nilai rata-rata kualitas pelayanan pada bank konvensional dengan bank syariah, dimana nilai rata-rata kualitas pelayanan bank konvensional lebih tinggi dibandingkan bank syariah dan berdasarkan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh Market Research Indonesia (MRI)terdapat 5 bank syariah peraih penghargaan Banking Service Excellence Awards dan BNI Syariah merupakan bank kedua yang meraih penghargaan dari Banking ServiceExcellence Awards dimana penilaian yang dinilai dari penentuan peringkat ini yaitu dengan pengukuran aspek kinerja dari staff, satpam, costumer service, dan teller. Sedangkan penilaian aspek fisik dinilai dari banking hall, kenyamanan, kinerja ATM, dan layanan e-channel (sms, mobile, internet banking).Paper ini menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan melalui kualitas pelayanan Bank BNI Syariah KCP. Ciputat. Ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Tingkat kepuasan diukur dengan menggunakanImportance Performance Analysis (IPA)dan Costumers Statisfaction Index (CSI).Adapun responden pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BNI Syariah KCP. Ciputat yang pernah mendapatkan layanan pada Bank BNI Syariah KCP. Ciputat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan puas dengan layanan dari Bank BNI Syariah KCP. Ciputat dengan tingkat CSI sebesar 79,34%. Berdasarkan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), 5 atribut dikategorikan sebagai “prioritas perbaikan”, dan 13 atribut dikategorikan sebagai “pertahankan prestasi”. Selanjutnya, ada 3 atribut yang dikategorikan “berlebihan” dan 9 atribut adalah sebagai “prioritas rendah”. Kemudian rata-rata nilai kesesuaian/selisih dari seluruh atribut pelayanan Bank Bank BNI Syariah KCP. Ciputat adalah minus 0,14.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe differences in the administration of the taxation system and assess the level of taxpayer compliance and the impact on administration of the taxation and taxpayer compliance level at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta before and after applying the system of Public Service Agency. This research is a case study conducted using descriptive method with qualitative approach. These results indicate the general impact there are differences in the administration of the taxation system and taxpayer compliance level from the application of Public Service Agency positive impact on the administration of the tax administration and taxpaye compliance level.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v4i2.1958

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the influence of information technology, perceived ease of users of, and satisfaction of users to use e-Filing for Taxpayers. Data obtained by survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection staple. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. This study is causal, and the study site was Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta by taking a sample of respondents from the unit faculty and the rector. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption, as well as using the t test for partial hypothesis testing, and test to examine the influence f simultaneously, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that partial information technology, and user satisfaction significantly influence the use of e-Filing Taxpayers, whereas perceived ease of users of not striving against the use of e-Filing for Taxpayers. Simultaneously, information technology, perceived ease of use of, and user satisfaction effect on the use of e-Filing for Taxpayers.

Abstract

This study describes the religious behavior of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta students. The variables used are internal and external environment as independent variable and religious behavior as dependent variable. The internal environment variable consists of gender factor, (male and female). The external environmental variables comprise the faculty environment, the present resident and the place to grow. The present resident consist of dormitories, boarding houses and parents' homes and the place to grow consist of urban and rural environment. Religious behavior variables consist of habluminallah behavior and habluminannas behavior. Habluminallah's behavior measured by (1) knowledge of faith and worship, (2) attitudes toward faith and worship, and (3) practice of faith and worship. The habluminannas variable measured by (1) Islamic behavior for them self, like honest, discipline and good work / studyethics, trust and concern on legality, (2) Islamic behavior with others, like generous, cooperation, caring, respect to the people's rights and tolerance and (3) Islamic behavior for the natural surroundings, like love of nature and nature conservation efforts. The methodology used was (1) Statistical descriptive, (2) MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) and (3) Independent sample t-test. The results showed the religious behavior UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta students has a very good category. This is indicated by the mean values for the behavior of haluminallah and habluminannas of 158.85 and 178.76, espectively. The average value of habluminallah behaviour in the range of values "145-180" with the category of "very good" and habluminannas behavior in the range value "165-205" with the category "very good. Habluminallah and habluminannas behavior are different for each faculty. This is indicated by the significance level of Pillai Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling Trace, Roy's Largest Root of 0.00 (<0.05). Habluminallah and habluminannas behavior are the same for respondents who live in dormitories, boarding houses, and parents' homes. This is indicated by the value of F test and significance at Wilk's Lambda respectively for 2.055 and 0.085 (>0.05). Habluminallah and habluminannas behaviors are similar for urban and rural respondents. This is known from the sig level. (2-tailed) for habluminallah and habluminannas behavior of 0.317 and 0.245 (> 0.05), respectively. Habluminallah and habluminannas behaviors are similar for male and female. This is known from the sig level. (2-tailed) for habluminallah and habluminannas behavior of 0.950 and 0.307 (> 0.05),respectively. The results of this study are expected to be used to develop university policies that can enhance the Islamic values of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of peer banks on Islamic banks financial leverage decisions. The empirical model was tested using fixed-effect panel data regression with robust standard error and the data of Islamic banks in Indonesia for the years 2007-2020. The results of this study show that peer banks have a significant positive effect on Islamic bank financial leverage decisions, and it is robust during the global financial crisis. The positive impact of peer banks on Islamic bank financial leverage shows that the higher the financial leverage of the peer banks will make the Islamic bank raises its financial leverage. This research contributes to the literature and policymakers on the presence of peer banks effect, especially in Islamic bank financial leverage decisions. Islamic bank financial leverage decisions are not only affected by the circumstances of the Islamic bank itself but are also influenced by other Islamic banks' behavior.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan Uang Kuliah Tunggal, pendidikan tinggi dihadapkan pada permasalahan serius mengenai penggolongan yang tak tepat sasaran. Tak terkecuali di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta mensyaratkan semua calon mahasiswa baru wajib melengkapi persyaratan atau dokumen pendukung yang ditetapkan, yang nantinya, dokumen tersebut menjadi landasan untuk menetapkan kelompok Uang Kuliah Tunggal. Namun, apakah mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta puas terhadap syarat dan mekanisme tersebut? Atau justru sebaliknya? Fenomena ini yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta terhadap kebijakan Uang Kuliah Tunggal dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian dengan metode IPA menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kuadran 2 (mempertahankan kinerja yang bagus) dan kuadran 3 (prioritas rendah). Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode CSI, tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada di level puas dengan skor 66%.

Abstract
