Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan hidup akan semakin tinggi. Terlebih lagi saat rasa ingin memiliki membuat seseorang membutuhkan dan ingin untuk membeli suatu produk tertentu. Bank memberikan fasilitas untuk mempermudah proses tersebut. Banyak bank bekerja keras untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan agar nasabah tetap loyal kepada bank. Hal ini menimbulkan persaingan antar bank dengan melakukan berbagai inovasi untuk mencuri hati nasabah. Persaingan menjadi peran penting untuk bank karena membuat bank menjadi berkembang dan berpengaruh kepada pendapatan milik bank. Persaingan juga memberikan akibat yaitu nasabah yang berpindah ke bank lainnya. Beralihnya nasabah ke bank lainnya ini disebut dengan Churn karena nasabah memutuskan untuk meninggalkan bank untuk bank yang lainnya. Customer Churn harus ditangani dengan segera untuk menghindari dampak besar untuk bank. Semakin banyak nasabah melakukan churn, maka bank harus mengevaluasi layanan yang diberikan. Sangat jelas bahwa memasukkan nasabah baru akan memakan lebih banyak biaya daripada mempertahankan nasabah yang sudah ada. Upaya mempertahankan nasabah tersebut, manajer bank ingin mengetahui pengaruh apa yang membuat nasabah memutuskan untuk meninggalkan bank, sehingga dibutuhkan prediksi churn untuk mengetahui hal tersebut. Seperti yang kita ketahui di dalam data mining terdapat beberapa metode diantaranya Asosiasi, Klasifikasi, dan Clustering. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, jenis data mining yang diterapkan adalah klasifikasi karena penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memprediksi nasabah mana yang akan melakukan churn dilihat dari atribut yang telah disesuaikan. Algoritma yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Naïve Bayes dan ID3. Pada penelitian ini algoritma yang mendapatkan hasil terbaik adalah algoritma Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

Yogyakarta as a tourist destination has a cultural heritage in the form of an imaginary Philosophical Axis consisting of the Golong-Gilig Monument, Kraton, and Krapyak Stage which are in a straight line. Patehan Village is one of the areas in the Keraton area. Patehan is the part of the palace which is responsible for preparing drinks, especially tea, along with all the equipment for Yogyakarta Palace activities, starting from traditional ceremonies to meeting daily routine needs. Patehan is supported by the existence of various businesses, namely culinary, transportation, trade, and the creative economy. However, no special place sells and serves palace-style brewed tea. A change in mindset is needed to become an entrepreneur with a far-sighted vision. Apart from that, they also do not realize the importance of product branding as a competitive advantage. The aim of Community Service is the importance of changing the entrepreneurial mindset and the importance of product branding. The form of activity is training and business assistance. The outcomes of community service activities are the importance of MSME actors changing their entrepreneurial mindset, having product brands, and promoting products through social media for them to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourist visits

Abstract

Children living in orphanages also have diverse problems that require guidance and counseling services. The implementation of services cannot be separated from the management of guidance and counseling. This research aims to identify the management system and basic principles of management in place, as well as the guidance and counseling service system, and the facilities and infrastructure available at the orphanage. This research employs quantitative research methods, based on descriptive methods, including observations, interviews, and documentation, as well as interviews with the resource person, namely a staff member or caregiver at the Samsah Orphanage. The data obtained was then analyzed. This research was conducted at the Muhamadiyyah Samsah Kudus Orphanage, Singocandi village, Kota Kudus District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. This research demonstrates that service and guidance activities are running smoothly, as a well-structured management system and practical management principles support them. According to the research, it is evident that the guidance and counseling service system in this orphanage still has shortcomings. In addition, the orphanage also provides caregivers who serve as teachers and supervisors to help solve the problems faced by the children there. Anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan juga memiliki masalah yang beragam yang memerlukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Pelaksanaan layanan tidak bisa terlepas dari manajemen bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen dan prinsip dasar manajemen yang ditetapkan, sistem pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling, serta sarana dan prasarana yang ada di panti asuhan. Penelian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, berdasarkan metode deskriptif, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. wawancara dengan narasumber yaitu salah satu staf atau pengasuh Panti Asuhan Samsah. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dilakukan analisis data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Muhamadiyyah Samsah Kudus, desa Singocandi, Kecamatan Kota Kudus, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelayanan dan bimbingan berjalan dengan baik, karena dibarengi dengan sistem manajemen dan prinsip manajemen yang baik dan terstruktur. Dari penilitian, dapat diketahui bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan pada bagian sistem layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang ada di panti asuhan ini. Selain itu, pihak panti asuhan juga memberikan pengasuh yang bertugas sebagai guru maupun pembimbing dengan tujuan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi anak-anak disana.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the potential biodiversity of Jombang Regency that can be integrated into biology learning to equip students with sustainability values. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data sources consisted of: (1) biodiversity data from Jombang obtained from 18 articles resulting from student research projects selected using a purposive sampling technique; (2) biology learning profile data collected from 25 senior high school biology teachers from 13 schools in Jombang using snowball sampling; and (3) data from 20 articles obtained through a systematic literature review from Google Scholar and the SINTA portal using the keywords “biodiversity”, “environmental utilization”, and “biology learning”. The results showed that seven types of invertebrates and one type of vertebrate were found in various ecosystems, such as surrounding environments, gardens, parks, residential areas, rice fields, fields, ponds, and forests. These biodiversity resources have the potential to be utilized as learning resources and teaching materials, such as modules and booklets, to improve students’ knowledge, reading interest, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, biological literacy, and environmental awareness. In addition, biodiversity-based learning can also foster sustainability values, including critical thinking, systems thinking, self-awareness, collaboration, anticipatory competence, normative competence, strategic competence, and problem-solving skills in biology learning. The conclusion of this study indicates that biodiversity in Jombang has the potential to be utilized in biology learning as learning resources and teaching materials that enhance students’ skills while instilling sustainability values. This effort also supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 14 and 15.   Keywords: Biodiversity, Biology Learning, Jombang, Sustainability Values

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the role of spiritual guidance in fostering the spiritual strength of beneficiaries at the Pati “Margo Laras” Center. Spiritual guidance is one of the services provided to help beneficiaries to have inner peace, discipline in worship, and better behavioral changes in independence in carrying out activities. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that spiritual guidance has a positive impact in shaping a stronger spiritual attitude, such as increased motivation to worship, the emergence of a sense of calm and patience, and self-awareness in living life Activities such as congregational prayer, reading the Qur'an, and religious tausiyah are effective media in fostering mental and emotional beneficiaries This guidance also helps them in the process of social adaptation and instills moral and religious values as a provision for life after the rehabilitation period. Thus, spiritual guidance plays an important role in supporting the recovery process and overall spiritual strengthening of beneficiaries. Keywords: Spiritual Guidance; Spiritual; Beneficiaries; Social Rehabilitation.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran bimbingan rohani dalam menumbuhkan kekuatan spiritual penerima manfaat di Sentra "Margo Laras" Pati. Bimbingan rohani merupakan salah satu layanan yang diberikan untuk membantu penerima manfaat agar memiliki ketenangan batin, kedisiplinan beribadah, dan perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik dalam kemandirian melakukan aktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentası. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan rohani memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk sikap spiritual yang lebih kuat, seperti meningkatnya motivasi untuk beribadah, munculnya rasa tenang dan sabar, serta kesadaran diri dalam menjalanı kehidupan Kegiatan seperti shalat berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur'an, dan tausiyah agama menjadi media efektif dalam membina mental dan emosional penerima manfaat Bimbingan ini juga membantu mereka dalam proses adaptası sosial serta menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan religus sebagai bekal hidup setelah masa rehabilitası. Dengan demikian, bimbingan rohani berperan penting dalam mendukung proses pemulihan dan penguatan spiritual penerima manfaat secara menyeluruh Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Rohani; Spiritual; Penerima Manfaat; Rehabilitasi Sosial.

Abstract

Pancasila education at MI Al-Falah still relies on printed modules that are less interactive and engaging, causing the learning process to be mostly one-way. This condition makes students passive in exploring the meaning of Pancasila values and less trained in analyzing, evaluating, and drawing conclusions about moral issues around them, which are essential components of critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop a Google Sites-based e-module integrated with Blooket on the topic “Pancasila in Myself: The Meaning of Pancasila Principles in Society,” and to examine its outcomes and effectiveness in improving the critical thinking dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile Rahmatan lil Alamin (P5PPRA), which is an Indonesian character education framework emphasizing faith-based morality and civic values, among fourth grade students at MI Al-Falah. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The findings revealed an increase in the students’ average scores from 67 to 90, with an N-Gain of 0.70, categorized as high, indicating a significant improvement in students’ critical thinking skills. Student responses reached 92%, indicating a very positive perception. Based on these results, the e-module is considered feasible, valid, and effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking through an interactive digital approach. This e-module serves as a relevant alternative learning resource that supports the development of the critical thinking dimension of the P5PPRA character in the era of modern education.
