Abstract

The total population of Kenteng Village is 4680 people, of which in the 02 and 03 pillarsthere are 1048 people (22.39%) of the 7 community units. Given the high mobility andstill in a state of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to look at preventing the spreadof Covid. Seeing these results, the researchers used Betty Neuman's nursing theory withthe Community as Partner approach. With the aim of looking at core data on age, safetyand transportation such as wearing masks, maintaining distance, and washing hands forhealth services that have been vaccinated against Covid 19. The sample is all residents ofthe 02 and 03 Kenteng Village Community Units totaling 1048 people. From the resultsof the core data study, it was found that the majority of people aged over 18 years were798 people (88.5%), safety and transportation using masks were sometimes used by 507people (48%), doing hand washing sometimes there were 665 people (58). %) and keepinga distance the result is never keeping a distance there are 604 people (58%). The numberof people who have been vaccinated is 735 people (70.1%). That Betty Neuman's Nursingtheory uses the Community as Partner approach in community nursing to see how toprevent covid 19. Thus, Betty Neuman's nursing theory can be used in the prevention ofCovid 19 in the community.

Abstract

The problem of accidents in children at school often occurs. At pre-school age, accidents contribute to morbidity and mortality in children, which are caused by traffic accidents, choking, drowning, falls and burns. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of PAUD teachers about emergencies in PAUD children. Lecture and discussion methods were used in this activity, using LCD media by measuring participants' knowledge before and after the activity took place. The participants were 26 PAUD teachers who were representatives of schools under the working area of the Sempor 1 Public Health Center. The results of the counseling showed an increase in the knowledge of PAUD teachers by 40%. Emergency counseling to early childhood has a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of PAUD teachers in the working area of the Sempor 1 Health Center

Abstract

he highest prevalence of non-communicable diseases in the elderly is hypertension. Riskesdas 2018 states that the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in Central Java based on routine blood pressure measurements is 37.57%. Public understanding of hypertension, prevention and management of hypertension, especially in the elderly is still limited. Participants in this activity amounted to 15 elderly and 2 health cadres. Education is carried out by providing material about hypertension, elderly health, and demonstrations of hypertension exercise. Hypertension exercise demonstration through video and demonstrated by the facilitator. Evaluation of education about hypertension and the health of the elderly was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments with the result that there was an increase in knowledge of 25%. The education and demonstrations provided are proven to increase knowledge of hypertension and the ability of the elderly in hypertension exercise. It is hoped that the elderly will be able to apply a healthy lifestyle by applying hypertension exercise as an intervention to physical exercise to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
