Abstract

Metode terapi musik berbasis lagu Islami adalah; 1) memilih jenis lagu sesuai kelompok usia, 2) proses terapi/ intervensi, 3) mengidentifikasi perasaan dan pemikiran dengan diskusi terhadap tanggapan lagu, 4) tinjauan literatur, dan 5) analisis hasil. Pelaksanaan terapi musik berbasis lagu Islami bisa difasilitasi dengan alternatif lagu pilihan 1) Gangguan fisik dan emosional, 2) kematian atau bunuh diri dan kesedihan, 3) kesehatan mental dan perilaku anxiety, 4) optimis dan kebahagiaan, serta 5) harga diri dan konsep diri. Terapi musik berbasis lagu Islami bisa dijadikan sebagai bentuk pengembangan dalam pelayanan konseling trauma. Dengan model ini diharapkan dapat membantu klien mengembangkan wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, nilai dan sikap dalam mengoptimalkan potensinya dan mengentaskan masalahnya

Abstract

Bimbingan karir untuk pilihan studi lanjut sangat pentingdilakukan karena berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bimbingan karir melalui medialeaflet dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pilihan studi lanjut. Metodepenelitian ini menggunakan desain pre eksperimen dengan modelOne Group Pretest-Posttest Design dan penentuan subyek dilakukandengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmenggunakan angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan PairedSample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan karirmelalui media leaflet berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahamanpilihan studi lanjut. Pengaruh tersebut dibuktikan dengan siswa bisamemahami dan menentukan pilihan rencana studi lanjut. Datamenunjukkan p=0,001<0,05. Berdasarkan data tersebut berartibimbingan karir melalui media leaflet berpengaruh terhadappeningkatan pemahaman pilihan studi lanjut bagi siswa Kelas VIIIBuya Hamka SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Alternatif (SMP MUTUAL)Kota Magelang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling with the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach on reducing communication anxiety in students at SMP N 1 Kranggan Temanggung. This study uses the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The samples taken in this study were 8 students as the experimental group. The sampling approach used a purposive sampling approach because in accordance with the characteristics of the study, in this study students had high communication anxiety. The data analysis method used is Parametric analysis Paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS 24.0 The results showed that the REBT approach group counseling had an effect on students' communication anxiety. This is evidenced by the results of the Parametric Statistics Paired sample t-test with a significance value probability (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05. There is a difference in the average communication anxiety questionnaire score of 23% from the results of the communication anxiety questionnaire pretest and the communication anxiety posttest results. The results of this study can be concluded that the REBT approach group counseling has an effect on reducing students' communication anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling with the metaphor technique on increasing affective abilities in students' self-confidence. In this study, the research design used One Group Pretest - Posttest, the design used one group of subjects with one type of treatment, namely the experimental group. The population in this study were junior high school students in Sucen Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 6 students. The research subjects were selected by random sampling, which is a sampling technique in which all individuals in the population either individually or jointly are given the same opportunity to be selected as sample members. The data collection instrument used a self-confidence scale. The analytical method in this study uses a parametric paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that group counseling with the metaphor technique has a positive effect on increasing affective abilities in students' self-confidence. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with a probability value of sig.(2- tailed) 0.001 < 0.05. And with the difference in the average score of the self-confidence questionnaire 23.28% from the pretest and posttest results. This proves that group counseling with the metaphor technique can improve affective abilities in students' selfconfidence.

Abstract

Testing the effect of group counseling with behavioral rehearsal techniques on increasing student learning responsibilities in the era of the covid-19 pandemic is the purpose of this study, one group pretest and posttest designs were used in this study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the Sarbini Grabag Islamic Junior High School students who had low learning responsibility characteristics using a sample of 8 people. It is carried out by using a learning responsibility questionnaire on the data collection method. Parametric analysis of paired sample t-test was used in the data analysis method. This research has succeeded in proving that group counseling with behavioral rehabilitation techniques has an effect on increasing learning responsibilities in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the paired sample t test are proven by the probability value of sig(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.0005 There is a difference in the average score of the learning responsibility scale of 37.68% between the pretest and posttest on the results of the discussion and data analysis. The conclusion from the results of this research is that group counseling with behavioral rehearsal techniques has an effect on increasing student learning responsibilities in the Covid-19 pandemic era.
