Abstract

The rapid competition of business, it is necessary to implement the right strategies to support its business processes, one of which is through customer relationship management, with the aim of creating customer loyalty. Loyalty is expected to be done, ranging from customers who are looking for information to finish getting the service. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the right alternative solution to realize customer loyalty. Implement an e-CRM system by applying scrum methods and SWOT analysis. The SCRUM method is software that includes agile development that uses an object-oriented approach and includes planning, design, coding, and testing activities. Implementation of Scrum Modeling with three phases: pregame, scrum phase, post-game. After the application is evaluated with the SWOT method maximizes strengths and opportunities, but can simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats, from the sprint process that has been completed reviewed, and changes are needed. Website-based e-CRM system application that facilitates customer service and mamou affects customer loyalty and can support business processes on S2 Trans Karawang service. Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to design a smart home using IoT where the technology is to automate various activities at home such as turning off and turning on the lights, television, air conditioner, fan sound system and opening the gate. All devices are connected to the internet via a router, to allow remote monitoring and control of various household appliances. In this paper, I implemented a smart home using the newly released cisco tracer package simulation software, because different IoT devices used for home automation are included in this new version of the simulator. The previous software only had network devices, but in the newly released IoT simulator devices are included sensors, boards, IoT devices. To smartly design the house I use different devices that are used for home security, safety and well-being of the home environment. Keywords: IoT, Smart home, packer tracer, sensor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the business world in the company's time that applies information technology because technology is needed in the world of work to facilitate in completing a job so that it is more effective and efficient. One example of the development of information technology in the world of work or the business world is data processing systems. In case studies in cad business units still use manual recording, the management and input process is still manual so it is less effective, efficient, and there are errors in recording inaccurately. Peneliti designed a web-based paint sales and purchase application where this application can facilitate the sale and purchase of paint without location limitations. This method in design uses the Agile method with its continuous development in a process called Scrum that overcomes complexity in the work by making it easier to understand and transparent, allowing teams to examine and adapt depending on current conditions, not the predicted scenario. The implementation of the scrum method is built with framework and MySQL databases. Hasil from research system sales and purchase of web-based paints facilitates purchases, so that customers can make purchases through the website indefinitely, where customers can buy and transact and make it easier for admins to make sales, with this paint sales and purchase system to support a wider market reach without location limitations. Abstract

ABSTRACT Providing sales, maintenance, repair and car parts services, the management system at Honda Megatama Kapuk, y where the system already uses information management but not yet ada Booking service booking system that uses a web-based application. The web-based application aims to make it easier for customers to book vehicle services. With this application, an appropriate method is needed in designing the information system. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was chosen as a rapid design method with 5 steps of business modeling, data modeling, application design, and application deployment, testing. This method of RAD has the advantage of reducingthe overall development time so that it is suitable for the information system needed by the urgent company si. The results of the design of the booking servise application information system which is designed to have a saving time to make it easier for customers are proven by the test results with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method toget a value of 75 which is between the B-C (good-exellent) graphs. It can be concluded that the vehicle service booking application can provide convenience for admins, owners to control system management and customers for vehicle booking services. Abstract

Abstract The supervisory function of lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University is inseparable from teaching, research and community service activities. The increasing number of lecturers and the increasing complexity of the problems they face, demands organizational performance to be further improved. Monitored organizational performance is intended to ensure the achievement of the goals that have been set. Dashboard is a measurement instrument that provides Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information at a glance and in real-time. The dashboard is used as an instrument for monitoring performance, in supporting management needs at both the tactical and operational levels. KPI information is tailored to the needs of its users. The characteristic of this planned dashboard lies in the type of information displayed, as well as the way it is presented, even if only at a glance. Organizational KPI identification is obtained by mapping each KPI in the organization from the viewpoint of the displayed KPI priorities. The method used in designing the dashboard is the Noetix and Rasmussen method, the results of which are the main KPIs of the organization, the information hierarchy and the addition of alerts for the dashboard. Abstract

Abstract One of the BPRs that is currently developing in South Tangerang is BPR Sehat Sejahtera. BPR Sehat Sejahtera is part of the Pamulang University Sasmita Group, whose function as a bank is to channel financing to community businesses so that they are able to support the country's economy. To distribute financing, BPR managers are expected to be able to conduct financing analysis to reduce the risk of financing failure. Until now, financing analysis carried out by BPRs tends to be manual and requires quite a long time to make financing decisions. One method that can be used to assist in financing analysis is the credit scoring model. To facilitate decision making, an SPK was formed with a credit scoring model to provide several choices regarding customer financing applications. The DSS development process follows the traditional software development stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) analysis, (3) design and (4) implementation. SPK is developed using a spreadsheet model with a dialog display that supports user needs. The credit scoring model developed uses several methods, namely discriminant analysis, multiple linear regression, logistic regression, and decision trees. Each method will produce a different credit scoring model to be included in the SPK model base. The SPK prototype developed resulted in several financing analyzes according to the credit scoring model used. The prediction accuracy shown by credit scoring models ranges from 70% -80%. This method is capable of producing a model that provides a fairly high predictive accuracy. Meanwhile, the decision tree method is still not optimal in producing a credit scoring model. Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system that supports the appointment process of permanent employees from contract employees using the TOPSIS method. Given the importance of having quality human resources, an objective and efficient selection process is needed to ensure the quality of employees. The criteria used in this research include attendance, performance, discipline, loyalty, offense, length of service, and last level of education. The TOPSIS method was chosen due to its ability to analyze alternatives based on distance to positive and negative ideal solutions. The evaluation results show that this system can provide appropriate recommendations in determining employees who are eligible to be appointed as permanent employees, with a high level of accuracy. This research concludes that the application of a TOPSIS-based decision support system is very effective and recommended for use in the employee selection process in a corporate environment.

Abstract

In today's digital era, selecting the best employees in this case effective Customer Service is one of the key factors in increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This article discusses the analysis of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Produ ct (WP) methods in the context of selecting new employees. The SAW method is a decision-making technique that prioritizes the sum of the weights of predetermined criteria, while WP gives weight to each alternative based on the multiplication of relevant criteria . In this research, we conducted a case study on a company engaged in Customer Service. We identified several important criteria for customer service assessment, such as response speed, communication quality, and problem-solving rate. The results of the analysis show that the SAW method is simpler and easier for managers to understand in the decision-making process, while WP provides more comprehensive results by considering interactions between criteria. Although both methods show consistent results in the selection of the best Customer Service, the use of the WP method provides an advantage in situations where the interdependence between criteria is very significant. The conclusion of this article emphasizes the importance of choosing the right analysis method in making decisions regarding the best customer service. By understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each method, companies can be more effective in improving service quality and meeting customer expectations.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat di era Industri 4.0 telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor ekonomi. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami perubahan drastis adalah sektor e-commerce. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sejak masa pandemi Covid-19 pada Maret 2020 lalu jumlah UMKM berbasis e-commerce di Kota Malang meningkat drastis hingga 123 persen. Hal ini, tentu saja dinilai cukup membanggakan sejalan dengan upaya Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang untuk terus mengoptimalkan digitalisasi di semua sektor ekonomi kreatif (Ekraf).(Firdausi, n.d.) Kemudahan akses internet dan perangkat mobile telah mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce secara eksponensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana transformasi teknologi e-commerce dapat menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha di era Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi teknologi e-commerce memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan e-commerce menawarkan berbagai kemudahan bagi para wirausahawan pemula, seperti biaya operasional yang relatif rendah, jangkauan pasar yang luas, dan fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat dalam menjalankan bisnis. Selain itu, e-commerce juga memungkinkan para wirausahawan untuk mengakses berbagai sumber daya, seperti platform marketplace, layanan pembayaran online, dan logistik. Namun, di sisi lain, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para wirausahawan e-commerce, seperti persaingan yang ketat, risiko penipuan, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperhitungkan untuk sepenuhnya memanfaatkan e-commercekarena menyadari peran pentingnya dalam pembangunan ekonomi negara. Penyelesaian Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PMSE) yang memuat nilai-nilai perlindungan konsumen, peningkatan pelaku usaha dan produk lokal, serta pemerataan perlakuan merupakan salah satu upaya tersebut(Sofyaningrum and Maulana 2022) Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas bagi para wirausahawan, serta penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mendukung pertumbuhan e-commerce.
