Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui upaya dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia melalui aspek pendidikan dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pancasila. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif, dengan metode kepustakaan/library research yang bersumber dari jurnal dan artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa pendidikan merupakan aspek yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia harus ditingkatkan. Sistem Pendidikan dalam metode belajar mengajar harus didasarkan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila agar teratur dan tearah prosesnya sehingga mewujudkan tujuan Pendidikan yang sebenarnya dan membentuk moral anak bangsa yang memiliki karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila.Kata kunci: Nilai-Nilai Pancasila, Sumber Daya Manusia, Pendidikan. AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the efforts to improve Indonesia's human resources through educational aspects by implementing Pancasila values. This research method is carried out using a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis, with the method of library research which is sourced from journals and articles. The results of this study indicate that education is an aspect that is very influential on human resources. Therefore, the quality of education in Indonesia must be improved. The education system in the teaching and learning method must be based on the values of Pancasila so that the process is regular and unorganized so as to realize the true goals of education and form the moral of the nation's children who have character based on the values of Pancasila.Keywords: Pancasila Values, Human Resources, Education.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberitahu betapa pentingnya peran pendidik dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Dan ketika ingin mengelola pembelajaran akan erat kaitannya dengan pendidik. Guru atau pendidik harus memiliki moral yang baik agar menjadi role model bagi anak didik. Dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran guru memegang peran yang sangat penting. Hasil kajian teoretis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembelajaran dalam tugas-tugas fungsional guru akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien apabila guru mampu melakukan perannya sebagai manajer of instruction Kata Kunci:  Peran guru, pengelolaan, pembelajaran AbstractThis research was conducted to inform the importance of the role of educators in learning management. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan atau membahas tentang inovasi pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang dapat dan harus dilakukan dalam kondisi Negara Indonesia bahkan dunia yang masih mengalami pandemi Covid-19. Segala sumber teori dan bahan pembahasan diperoleh dengan metode studi pustaka dari berbagai literatur yang relevan, diantaranya yaitu artikel, jurnal, dan buku mengenai materi yang mendukung dan berkaitan dengan tema pembahasan yang diteliti. Dari hasil kajian studi pustaka didapat bahwa solusi atau inovasi agar tetap berjalannya pendidikan di masa Covid-19 adalah dengan  melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring dan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai inovasi pembelajarannya. Kebijakan dan inovasi dilakukan untuk membatasi penularan dan penyebaran virus. Adanya kebijakan pemerintah terkait pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19 tersebut, maka diperlukan peran serta dan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak agar pelaksanaan pendidikan tetap berjalan dengan baik dan efektif selama pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci: Inovasi pendidikan, inovasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran daring AbstrakThis study aims to describe or discuss educational and learning innovations that can and should be carried out in the conditions of the State of Indonesia and even the world which is still experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic. All sources of theory and discussion materials were obtained by using a literature study method from various relevant literatures, including articles, journals, and books on materials that support and relate to the topic of discussion under study. From the results of the literature review, it was found that the solution or innovation to keep education going during the Covid-19 period was to carry out online learning and use technology as a learning innovation. Policies and innovations are made to limit the transmission and spread of the virus. With government policies related to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, participation and cooperation from various parties is needed so that the implementation of education continues to run well and effectively.Keywords: Educational innovation, learning innovation, online learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether student achievement can be improved by using a globe in social studies. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. In analyzing the data, it was carried out using descriptive analysis with the library research method, namely collecting research data on theories related to the problems discussed in this study, the source of the data obtained as a reference to support this research comes from several relevant articles and journals. and in line with research related to the use of globe media in social studies learning in elementary schools. The results showed that the learning achievement of subjects taught with maps and globes was better than those who did not use and globes.
