Abstract

AbstrakPada ahir tahun 2019 dunia dihebohkan dengan adanya virus Covid 19, virus ini terjadi secara masif sehingga pada tanggal 11 maret 2020 organisasi kesehatan dunia (WHO) resmi menyatakan virus covid 19 menjadi pandemi. Bandar Udara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang merupakan salah satu bandar udara yang serius dalam menangani penumpang pada masa pandemi, sehingga menciptakan sebuah strategi penganan penumpang berdasarkan gugus tugas yang telah di tetapkan oleh mentri perhubungan demi kelancaran, keamanan dan keselamatan penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bandar Udara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang dalam menangani penumpang pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat enam tahap strategi yang dilakukan oleh Bandar Udara yaitu Mengidentifikasi masalah, Brainstroming, Pemilihan, Pengembangan, Rencana tindakan dan Penilaian. Seluruh personel Bandar Udara telah melaksanakan kegiatan operasional sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh kementrian perhubungan.Kata Kunci: Covid 19, Strategi Perusahaan, Kebijakan Pemerintah AbstractAt the end of 2019 the world was shocked by the presence of the Covid 19 virus, this virus happened so massively that on March 11, 2020 the world health organization (WHO) officially declared the covid 19 virus to be a pandemic. Malang Abdulrachman Saleh Airport is one of the airports that is serious in handling passengers during the pandemic so as to create a passenger confectionery strategy based on the task force that has been set by the minister of transportation for the smooth, security and safety of passengers. This study aims to find out how the implementation that has been determined by Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang in handling passengers during the Covid 19 pandemic. This form of research uses qualitative methods with the type of case study research. While the data validity technique used triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection techniques used are Interview, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that there were six stages of strategy used by airport, namely Identifying problems, Brainstroming, Selecting, Developing, Action planing and Assesting. All Airport personnel have carried out operational activities in accordance with the rules set by the ministry of transportation.Keywords: Covid 19, Corporate Strategy, Government Policy

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety are all efforts and thoughts made in the context of preventing, overcoming and reducing the occurrence of accidents and their impacts through the steps of identifying, analyzing and controlling hazards by implementing an appropriate hazard control system and implementing legislation concerning occupational safety and health. . The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in cargo handling by PT. Mulio Citra Angkasa (MCA) at H. Asan Sampit airport. The method used in this study is using qualitative research methods where researchers conduct interviews, documentation, and direct observation in data collection. The interviews used were semi-structured interviews and the researchers conducted interviews with managers, supervisors and senior cargo executive staff at PT. Space Imagery Master. Researchers went directly to the field in conducting direct observations to see the activities of the cargo operational unit and observing the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) when handling cargo. Researchers also conducted documentation in the form of interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the Application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in cargo handling by PT. Mulio Citra Angkasa at H. Asan Sampit Airport that there is still a lack of application of K3 in cargo handling. The deficiencies in the implementation were due to the unavailability of K3 experts and there were several violations committed such as negligence in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by cargo personnel.

Abstract

The airport authority is surveillance, the surveillance process is three (3) kinds of observation, inspection and monitoring and subject of control in the air transport area, one of which is delayed management. Management control control is regulated by 2015 minister number 89 on handling flight delays, surveillance activities carried out by air freight inspectors. The aim of the study is how the management delay and treatment will be conducted by the v makassar regional airport authority office. The study uses qualitative research methods by using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Time and place on this study began on October 01, 2022 and April 20, 2023, it was carried out at the v makassar regional airport authority office. The data analysis techniques used are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The validity test of data on this study employed the method of technical triangulation and data source triangulation.The study shows that the management control activities of the airport authorities on delayed management by the air freight section of the air freight inspector, the monitoring is done on a schedule or monthly basis for all airlines operating. The study also found obstacles to the delay of compensating passengers and delay of data information delay to the air transit inspector. Handling of delay management will be reported to the central directorate through several processes and will be followed through with the 27year 2021 ministry regulation, on the monitoring and enforcement of administrative sanctions against infractions.

Abstract

At every airport there must be a limited security area (Security Restricted). areas). Security Restricted Areas are certain areas within the airport which are identified as a high risk area for use by aviation purposes, operation of airports, and other interests where the area is carried out supervision and to enter will be carried out a security check. Aviation officer Security must be able to act decisively in accordance with standard operating procedures inspection of anyone who enters the airside, as well as ensuring security and airport safety. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of standards operational procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Airport Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. The method used in this research is using the research method qualitative where researchers conduct interviews, documentation, and direct observation in data collection. The interview used is semi-interview structured and researchers conducted interviews with the Avsec supervisor, Avsec junior and Avsec basic. The results of the research describe the answers of the informants and the data obtained from the field. The results of this study include the application of operational standards procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Abstract

Raja Haji Fisabililah International Airport is an airport located in the city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. One of the work units that support the smoothness and safety of flights at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport is the Apron Movement Control (AMC). This research was conducted to find out how the regularity of the implementation of the tasks of the Apron Movement Control unit in the midst of limited personnel. This research uses qualitative research methods and was conducted from August to September 2022 at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly through observation and interviews while secondary data is data obtained through documents based on triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the discovery of problems in the form of no personnel who carry out supervision/controlling on a permanent basis on the air side during aircraft arrivals and there are no AMC personnel who have marshalling certification/guiding aircraft parking on the apron, because according to the applicable SOP, one of the AMC personnel at each branch office is required to have marshalling certification. Therefore, AMC personnel provide the results of the performance evaluation of each personnel and the weekly work draft periodically to PT Angkasa Pura II, that with the condition of limited personnel, the AMC unit gets a solution from the facilitator of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport, namely PT Angkasa Pura II.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen keselamatan dalam penanganan hewan liar merupakan hal penting yang harus diusahan untuk menjaga keselamatan dalam suatu penerbangan dari ancaman kecelakaan akibat hewan liar yang berada pada area bandar udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dalam Penanganan Hewan Liaroleh Petugas Di Bandar Udara Upbu Nabire Papua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualiatif. Jenis data pada penelitian Ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan Triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Teknik analisis data penelitian kualitatif pada penelitian ini digunakan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan yang diterapkan oleh petugas di Bandar Udara UPBU Nabire Papua mengenai penanganan hewan liar, dilakukan dengan melakukan pengusiran terhadap hewan liar yang memasuki area air side, melakukan inspeksi secara rutin terhadap area airside. dan mengupayakan untuk menutup area pagar yang mengalami kerusakan. Pengusiran dilakukan oleh petugas dengan menunggu instruksi dari pihak Airnav. Hewan liar yang memasuki area bandara diusir dengan menggunakan motor dan HT untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak Airnav.

Abstract

Penyisiran bagasi kabin dilakukan pada unit boarding gate dengan tujuan keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Dan penumpang harus mematuhi peraturan tersebut agar penumpang merasa nyaman saat berada di dalam kabin. Dimana penumpang hanya membawa satu buah bagasi seberat 7kg. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Citilink Indonesia di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner dan Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap penanganan sapuan bagasi kabin yang diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab terjadinya penyisiran bagasi kabin adalah penumpang yang tidak ingin barang bawaannya dibawa atau tidak mau membayar kelebihan bagasi, dan kendala pada saat penyisiran adalah kurangnya pemahaman penumpang. dengan peraturan bagasi kabin. Cara yang dilakukan petugas boarding gate dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi adalah dengan menjelaskan secara jelas dan sopan kepada penumpang yang bersangkutan mengenai tata cara pembersihan bagasi. Besarnya pengaruh sapuan penanganan bagasi kabin terhadap kepuasan penumpang adalah sebesar 56,1% dan sisanya sebesar 44,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang sebesar 46,7% dimana angka tersebut berada pada kriteria ke 3 yaitu cukup puas.

Abstract

This study aims at partially determining the influence of time management on the work perfomance of airport authority office employees in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach which the data collection technique was administered through questionnaires. This study sampled, as many as 100 respondents as the airport authority office employees Soekarno-Hatta. Based on the conducted survey, the result of T-test with ANOVA analysis on time management for employee’s work efficiency is 2.406 > 1.987 with significant value less than 0.05. These results indicate that time management had a positive although it was not too significantly affecting on employee performance at the Soekarno-Hatta Region I Airport Authority Office. According to the author's analysis, this is because the items presented in the questionnaire do not mention the use of technology since the author assumed that technology development allows workers to do several tasks at once
