Abstract

Sumber Tangkil Village, Tirtoyudi District, Malang Regency, East Java is one of the villages that has abundant natural wealth, among its natural wealth There are many golden banana trees found. In this area the Golden Banana is a source of eyes the life of the local community in fulfilling their daily needs, will but the golden bananas that are abundantly don't get the maximum treatment not even accepted in the market. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research method. The results and benefits that can be drawn from this research are: maximizing the natural potential possessed by conducting coaching society through changes in social movements towards actions and mindsets productive and innovative based on the role of the community in improving the level of the economy Public

Abstract

Wealth is something that humans want to have for various purposes and needs, be it basic needs, shopping, bus iness and social needs. The sense of belonging to the wealth that affects whether the property will have a positive or negative impact on the surrounding area. The concept of zuhud which is often known in Sufistic knowledge can also be very good if used in wealth ownership. Because someone who uses the concept of zuhud in wealth ownership will be more oriented to the world, not to the world. So that the purpose of finding and owning property is only as a means to achieve its ultimate goal in the world, namely to add goodness to Allah, carry out Islamic Shari'ah and worship Allah.

Abstract

This research aims to answer marketing strategy problems in improving gold savings products at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch. This type of qualitative research uses descriptive analysis methods. Research data collection techniques from field research were obtained through interviews and documentation sourced from library research in the form of reading books. The results of this research indicate that the marketing strategy in increasing gold savings products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch, provides quite satisfactory information, carries out segmentation in the form of outreach to all levels of society with the target market, carries out literacy (introduction) of gold installment savings products to the community, offices and schools, as well as relating to the marketing mix including product, price, promotion and place. And carry out promotions via social media. The best marketing strategy is literacy (introduction) of gold savings products to the public, so that they are in great demand among housewives (IRT) and non-PNS employees, PKK women.
