Abstract

Sebelum PTK ini dilaksanakan, hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V rendah. Kondisi ini disebabkan karena model pembelajaran masih konvensional, siswa hanya mendengarkan materi tanpa ada pengalaman belajar secara langsung. Model Problem Solving menekankan aktivitas siswa dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar yang nyata sebagai media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Gambar dipilih sebagai media pembelajaran karena sifatnya universal, tidak terikat oleh keterbatasan bahasa. Kondisi awal pretes menunjukkan hanya 50% siswa yang mencapai KKM, dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 73,5. Hasil PTK menunjukan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Siklus I rerata persentase keterampilan guru 80% dengan kategori baik, meningkat 7% pada siklus II sebanyak 87% dengan kategori sangat baik. Persentase aktivitas siswa siklus I sebanyak 78% dalam kategori baik meningkat 13% pada siklus II sebanyak 91% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar siswa siklus I mencapai 75% (9 dari 12 siswa mencapai KKM) dalam kategori baik, meningkat 16,7% menjadi 91,7% (11 dari 12 siswa mencapai KKM) dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan indikator keberhasilannya adalah 75% siswa mencapai KKM.

Abstract

The research article discussed the utilization of organic waste that always increases every year in line with the rate of population growth, therefore the article was prepared to review the utilization of organic waste as a form of conservation of electrical energy. The method in the research used is in the form of literature studies by collecting data from various sources or references relevant to the research conducted. The results of the literature study from several studies show that efforts to use organic waste derived from household waste, landfill waste, and organic waste in the market have the ability to be used for electrical energy sources and can be done energy conservation. The conclusion is that organic waste as an alternative to fossil fuels can be used as electrical energy, and that it can be used for energy conservation.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki dampak perencanaan pajak, keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, penahanan kas, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dalam sektor manufaktur barang konsumen di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan menganalisis data dari 228 perusahaan yang terdaftar, terungkap bahwa sementara perencanaan pajak tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara mengejutkan, penahanan kas dan struktur modal tidak menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dengan nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa dalam sektor ini, manajemen yang bijaksana terhadap strategi investasi dan kebijakan dividen sangat penting untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sementara perencanaan pajak, cadangan kas, dan struktur modal memainkan peran yang relatif minor.Kata Kunci: Cash Holding; Keputusan Investasi; Kebijakan Dividen; Perencanaan Pajak; Struktur Modal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the role of ex officio judges in the process of finding the law through their knowledge, especially as part of the consideration of evidence in civil procedural law. The problems studied include the position of judges' knowledge in the civil evidence system and the extent to which its use can be legally justified. The background of this study is based on the still widespread practice of using judges' personal knowledge in deciding cases, although normatively the evidence in civil procedural law has been determined in a limited manner in article 164 HIR. Judges' knowledge is often used unwritten as a basis for consideration, which has the potential to cause legal uncertainty. The method used is a juridical-normative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies of legal literature and court decisions. The results of the study show that although it is no longer explicitly regulated in positive law, judges' knowledge is still used as a basis for assessing legal facts. This shows the need for an update to civil procedural law in order to provide clear limitations on the use of judges' victories in the ex officio context.

Abstract

In conflicts and struggles, women are both actively involved and affected, as discussed in various studies. However,research on the lives of women farmers in land conflicts in Pakel village, Banyuwangi Regency, is still limited. Thisstudy aims to describe the lives of women farmers in land conflicts that occur in Pakel village, BanyuwangiRegency. Pakel Village was chosen as the research location because the women had been abandoned by the men toavoid police arrest during a land conflict, leaving them to survive on their own. This qualitative research approachuses ethnographic methods with ecofeminism theory from Vandana Shiva. Primary data was collected throughparticipant observation, informal interviews, and in-depth interviews. The technique of determining informants inthis study used snowball sampling with a total of five female informants to be interviewed in depth. The resultsshowed that women farmers in Pakel village, Banyuwangi Regency, played an active role in the struggle. From theirdual roles as heads of households and housewives in the pre-land reclamation period to their active participation androles in various aspects of their daily activities after the land reclamation—such as farming, cooking, caring forchildren and/or grandchildren, istighosah, mediating conflicts, participating in night patrols, and fighting back. Theviolence in this land conflict also had a traumatic impact on one of the women farmers, so psychological serviceswere provided. Further research is needed to better understand the role of women in land conflicts in Pakel village,Banyuwangi Regency, with different themes and from various disciplines.
