Abstract

Data yang akurat serta penyediaan infomasi yang cepat, merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang kinerja pelayanan laboratorium. Penyediaan dan pengelolaan data ini dapat dirancang, dibangun dan dikembangkan dalam sebuah sistem informasi laboratorium. Sistem informasi yang tepat bagi laboratorium hendaknya dapat mengikuti pola dinamika laboratorium yang dapat menjaga integritas data dan aman. Beberapa faktor penyebab sistem informasi dalam sebuah laboratorium tidak berjalan antara lain sistem manual yang tidak memadai, sistem dokumentasi yang sulit ditelusuri, dan pola komunikasi data yang masih konvensional. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak UPTD dalam mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Laboratorium untuk beberapa memecahkan masalah di atas. Hal ini diawali dengan dengan pembuatan sistem pendaftaran secara daring dan tanda tangan digital. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, pelayanan pendaftaran mencajadi lebih cepat dan mengurangi tindak kecurangan pemalsuan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Abstract

ABSTACT. The objective of this study was to develop an approach for incorporating titanium oxide or titania into oil palm leaves ash (OPLA) using a simple procedure. The study process comprised the mixing of oil palm leaves (OPL) powder and titanium tetraisopropoxide in chloroform solvent, followed by the elimination of the solvent to obtain a solid residue. Subsequently, the residue obtained was calcined at 500 °C for 5 hours, leading to the production of a yellow-light powder. The results of product characterization using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy analysis showed the presence of titanium oxide in OPLA. In addition, the wide diffractogram detected in XRD analysis revealed the presence of a silica peak. The un-sharp peaks in the regions of 25.6°, 38.2°, 47.9°, 54.5°, and 62.9° showed that the TiO2 particles were pure anatase, and no peaks of other TiO2-anatase phases were detected. Analysis using SEM showed that the surface of the material obtained was irregular and tended to have a hollow shape, while energy dispersive X-ray analysis revealed a SiO2 content of approximately 73%. However, the titanium element or titania was not detected possibly due to its small concentration. The material obtained also had a good catalytic activity for safranin-O dye elimination under sunlight irradiation, which served as the activation energy source. Based on these findings, the use of OPLA (a side product of oil palm plantations) could be evaluated economically due to its effective role in the catalytic process despite the addition of a small amount of titania catalyst. Abstract

Body health is something that must always be maintained by everybody, because each activity carried out will be influenced by health conditions. In order for the body's health to always be in optimal condition, it is necessary to do several things including, adequate rest, consumption of healthy food and moving the body (exercise) which can be done by walking, running, exercising and cycling regularly. Cycling is a very good sport in moving the body and also gives users a different atmosphere because they can move from one area to another. However, some people do not have enough time and space to exercise bicycle outdoors. In this research, a cycling sports simulation software will be designed and built. This study aims to facilitate static bicycle users (static cycling) that can be used at home but can still enjoy the atmosphere when riding an outdoor bicycle, the atmosphere is created with virtual 3D consisting of buildings and parks on the side of the road that can be passed by virtual riders. This bicycle simulator software receives data from the microcontroller installed in the virtual bicycle to read the angular speed of the bicycle wheel which is then sent via Bluetooth communication and processed to move the virtual bicycle wheel to move around virtual roads. The method used in designing and implementing this software is the AGILE Software Development method. The obtained results indicate that the software can work well both in frame speed and system functionality

Abstract

Twin Rotor Multi Input Multi Output System (TRMS) is an aerial vehicle prototype which is used to test the control system in controlling the air vehicle. TRMS has characteristics similar to helicopters which are non-linear and multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems. The design of the control system is a challenge for researchers with the aim of the vehicle being able to move according to the specified target, including the rotational movement that maintains the stability of the vehicle when navigating. Based on these problems, this paper will design a TRMS movement control system on the pitch axis. The method used in this research is the linear pole placement state feedback control system method which is obtained by placing the plant poles to the desired poles. The results obtained show that the pitch movement can be controlled without steady state error but there is an overshoot in the opposite direction to the target during the rise time, based on the three tests, the best settling time value is 0.46s with an overshoot rise time of 0.19rad.

Abstract

Character recognition technology has been carried out using various artificial intelligence methods. In this paper, one of the artificial intelligence methods, namely K-nearest Neighbor (K-NN), will be proposed to recognize the kaganga script, which is the Lampung province script. The Lampung kaganga script is one of the Indonesian cultural assets from the native Lampung tribe. Currently, only a few people understand this Lampung kaganga script. Therefore, an effort is needed to preserve this character, one of which is through this research so that a computer application can be produced that helps in learning the Lampung kaganga script. In this paper, the recognition of the Kaganga Lampung script using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) will measure performance in terms of the recognition processing time and the recognition accuracy of this Lampung kaganga script. From the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained by using the K-NN method are able to recognize the kaganga Lampung character with an accuracy of 70% and the average time of the character recognition process is 1.1412 seconds.

Abstract

Health is a very important need for humans, health can be obtained by doing sports. the development of technology makes Virtual Reality can be used as a medium to do sports from home. Through this research has been designed and implemented data acquisition and power regulation devices on virtual reality controller systems for sports. the system will be mounted on the bike as a controller. Waterfall research method consists of several stages, namely review, design, verification of components, implementation and testing. Sensor readings will be sent via a series of bluetooth communications in a data packet. The test results can be concluded that the infrared sensor reading has an error of 0.011%, a potentiometer of 0.047%, and a voltage sensor of 0.002% and has a system average current value of 0.93A.

Abstract

Quadcopter is an unmanned, remote-controlled aircraft. This quadcopter has various types, in this study, the DJI Tello is used. The aim is to create a DJI Tello quadcopter flying control interface with Processing IDE, where the DJI Tello quadcopter will be controlled via a keyboard, joystick, and Graphical User Interface (GUI). Programmed through the Processing IDE, so the quadcopter can be controlled via the keyboard. The functions of some keys on the keyboard and joystick will be used to control the quadcopter's flying. To control these flying, several libraries available in the Processing IDE are required, while the GUI will function to read how the conditions of the quadcopter when the quadcopter and processing IDE are connected. The testing results show that the GUI can display the same position as the actual DJI Tello based on the data communication.

Abstract

Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor(CSTR) merupakan salah satu sistem penting dalam bidang industri kimia. Perangkat ini membutuhkan pengendalian yang handal dan adaptif agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan target yang diberikan. Umumnya pngendalian yang dilakukan pada sistem CSTR adalah pengendalian suhu reaktor. Pengendalian suhu reactor penting untuk dilakukan dan diharapkan memiliki selisih sekecil-kecilnya dengan suhu target, hal ini karena jika berada pada suhu yang tidak sesuai, produk zat kimia yang dihasilkan dapat berbeda atau tidak sesuai target spesifikasi. Namun, dinamika suhu pada CSTR memiliki kompleksitas dan nonlinearitas yang tinggi, karena suhu pada CSTR tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pemanas tetapi juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh larutan yang terdapat pada CSTR tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, metode kendali Proportional Integral (PI) Adaptif diusulkan untuk mengatasi kompleksitas pengendalian suhu CSTR. mekanisme adaptif pada kontroler ini berfungsi untuk mengatur gain PI agar menyesuaikan terhadap kebutuhan sistem CSTR, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan, metode PI Adaptif yang diusulkan mampu menyesuaikan nilai penguat kendali PI secara cepat meskipun terjadi perubahan pada sistem. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk sistem agar dapat menyesuaikan nilai penguat PI yang baru adalah sekitar 1 detik.
