Abstract

abstract:This study aims to determine whether the minimum wages and education level have an impact on Labor absorbtion on Manufacturing industry in Sumatera Island year on year  2012- 2015. The research method used in this study is shaped Time Series of the 2012-2015 and the cross section amounts to 10 provinces in Sumatera Island, with ex post facto method. The data presented each year obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) and Ministry of  Labour. This study uses panel data regression model Fixed effect. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis, minimum wages and education level significantly affect Labor Absorbtion on Manufacturing industry in Sumatera Island. Based on the results of the analysis Minimum wages have negative coefficient but minimum wages is not giving impact partially and not significant to labor absorbtion. the education level giving impact significantly positive on Labor Absorbtion. Keywords: Minimum Wages, Education Level, Labor Absorbtion. abstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah upah minimum dan tingkat pendidikan berdampak pada penyerapan tenaga kerja di Industri manufaktur di Pulau sumatera tahun 2012- 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Time Series dari 2012-2015 yang terdiri dari 10 provinsi di Pulau Sumatera, dengan metode ex post facto. Data yang disajikan setiap tahun yang diperoleh dari BPS (Biro Pusat Statistik) dan Departemen Tenaga Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi data panel efek tetap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan, upah minimum dan tingkat pendidikan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Industri manufaktur di Pulau Sumatera. Berdasarkan hasil analisis upah minimum memiliki koefisien negatif tapi upah minimum tidak memberikan dampak secara parsial dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. tingkat pendidikan pemberian dampak signifikan positif pada Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja.Kata kunci: Upah Minimum, Tingkat Pendidikan, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the Principle of Transfer Of Undertaking Protection Of Employment (TUPE) in Outsourcing Companies in Indonesia, the Concept of a Specific Time Work Agreement in outsourcing companies and to know the implementation of the TUPE principle on the rights of outsourcing workers with status Fixed time work agreement (PKWT). The method used in this research is the method of normative legal research which is a legal concept written in statutory regulations (law in books) or human norms. The results of the study in this journal are to protect the rights of agency workers with the status of a Fixed Time Work Agreement (PKWT), the company providing worker services is obliged to include a work continuity guarantee clause, guarantee the fulfillment of workers' rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as guarantee for calculating the working period in the event of a change of service provider companies for workers / laborers to determine wages. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Prinsip Transfer Of Undertaking Protection Of Employment (TUPE) pada Perusahaan Alihdaya (Outsourching) di Indonesia, Konsep Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu pada perusahaan alihdaya (Outsourching) serta mengetahui Implementasi prinsip TUPE pada Hak-Hak pekerja Outsourching dengan status Perjanjian Kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian hukum normatif yang merupakan konsep hukum yang tertulis dalam peraturan perundang-undangan (law in books) atau kaidah/norma manusia. Hasil kajian dalam jurnal ini yaitu untuk melindungi hak-hak pekerja outsouching dengan status Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT), Perusahaan penyedia jasa pekerja berkewajiban untuk mencantumkan klausul jaminan kelangsungan bekerja, jaminan terpenuhinya hak-hak pekerja sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta serta jaminan perhitungan masa kerja apabila terjadi pergantian perusahaan penyedia jasa pekerja/buruh untuk menetapkan upah.

Abstract

Many business people in underdeveloped villages have difficulty getting business capital. The biggest problem that arises is that there are business people who do not have collateral so it is difficult to get business capital. The existence of PNM Mekaar Syariah in the village community with a business capital distribution service without collateral is very helpful. This research is important to carry out with the aim of analyzing the business capital service system provided by PNM Mekaar Syariah to customers in Ganding District, Sumenep. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research outline the data that in providing business capital funding assistance, the Ganding branch of PNM Mekaar Syariah does not use collateral but uses a joint responsibility system and provides village communities with business training and supervision of business growth. The impact is that village communities feel served by the government in matters of business capital and hope that services will be optimized and the results will be cheaper.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of BAZNAS KCP Sumenep’s role in zakat management for local community empowerment. Using a qualitative research method, this study examines strategies for zakat collection, distribution, and utilization in addressing geographical challenges, low zakat literacy, and limited infrastructure. The findings indicate that digitalization innovation, increased transparency, and strengthened stakeholder collaboration are key to optimizing zakat management. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for more effective zakat policies in poverty alleviation.
