Abstract

Berbicara tentang pembiayaan bermasalah, pembiayaan dalam Bank syariah adalah penyediaan uang dan tagihan berdasarkan persetujuan ataupun kesepakatan antara Bank dengan nasabah yang mewajibkan pihak nasabahatau yang dibiayai untuk mengembalikan uang atau tagihan tersebut setelah jangka waktu tertentu dengan bagi hasil atau imbalan. Sedangkan pembiayaan bermasalah sendiri yaitu pembiayaan yang macet atau tidak lancar dll. Sehingga seorang nasabah tidak bisa membayar atau menjadikan pembiayaan tidak lancar dan tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah diberikan oleh Bank kepada nasabah dan menjadikan pembiayaan tersebut menjadi macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan. Danuntuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan.Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu metode studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasalah satu yang terdapat pembiayaan bermasalah terhadap kinerja keuangan adalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan. Yang mana BPRS ini, juga mengalami alurpembiayaan yang bermasalah yaitu sesuatu pembayaran angsuran tetapi yang bersangkutan tidak dapat mengangsur cicilan tersebut.Dengan demikian untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang telah disebutkan di atas maka saya akan meneliti di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan.

Abstract

Metode bermain peran merupakan metode pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan beberapa aspek yang meliputi nilai agama, moral, kognitif, bahasa, fisik motorik, serta aspek perkembangan sosial emosional yang berakaitan langsung dengan kepercayaan diri. Dengan implementasi metode bermain peran, anak akan menunjukkan sikap yang mencerminkan diri, misalnya dengan tampil di depan teman-temannya.Penelitian ini akan mengkaji dua permasalahan. Pertama, apakah metode bermain peran dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri anak di TK Al-Azhar Pagendingan? Kedua, bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode bermain peran dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri anak di TK Al-Azhar Pagendingan?Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pendidikan. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, dan siswa. Dengan menggnakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal. Pertama, metode bermain peran merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat menumbuhkan segala aspek perkembangan, khususnya dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri yang berhubungan langsung dengan aspek sosial emosional, kepercayaan diri dapat terlihat ketika anak memainkan sebuah peran, mereka berani maju ke depan, berbicara dan berekspresi tanpa rasa takut dan malu, mereka dapat bereksplorasi sesuai dengan keinginannya tanpa rasa takut dan tertekan, dan bermain peran juga memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk menginterpretasikan pengalaman langsung anak. Kedua, dalam penerapan metode bermain peran guru bergerak menjadi pengamat dan fasilatator diantara anak saat bermain, guru juga bisa ikut terlibat dalam bermain sebagai contoh bagi anak.

Abstract

The economic status of parents has an important role in influencing children's education. Higher education for children is very urgent, especially in responding to the challenges of this era. As a parent, there is not much that can be done except by providing the best education.The purpose of this study is to identify and describe. First, how is the perception of the palm farmers towards the higher education of their children in Batu Jaran Hamlet, Pragaan Daya Village, Pragaan Sub-District. Second, what factors motivate parents to continue their children's education to college? This study uses a qualitative field research approach, while the methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods.As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that the perception of palm farmers towards their children's higher education still assumes that the cost of higher education for their children is still expensive while their average income is low. so that the palm farmers, must really take into account the income and expenditure. This is done so that their children can still go to school to the highest level of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of customer interest in barokah savings at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Barokah savings are savings or customer funds deposits in the form of rupiah savings with a wadhi'ah yadh dhamanah contract, namely as a pure deposit that will help manage your funds to be more blessed. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, the results of observations with case study designs from interviews with related and responsible parties that optimizing customer interest in barokah savings at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan Branch are quite good, where from From year to year, the number of customers has increased, with the assistance of the marketing department and very good socialization and door-to-door marketing strategies, so that they are helped and influential. The optimization has also been carried out carefully with caution both in terms of service, especially in friendliness in communicating with customers and always competent and consistent in determining the schedule that has been determined between the customer and the marketing party.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence given by the profit sharing ratio on the number of musharaka financing customers. This research is a quantitative field research (field research) using a simple linear regression test, with a research sample of 36 respondents from several staff at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar using probability sampling method with cluster random sampling type. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS software version 20.0. The results of this study indicate the profit-sharing ratio variable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable and Tcount (5.343) > from Ttable (2.03452), so it can be concluded partially (t-test) there is a significant positive effect. from the profit-sharing ratio to the number of musyarakah financing customers and based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), a value of 0.456 is obtained, which means the effect of the profit-sharing ratio on the number of musyarakah financing customers is 45.6%, while 54.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The marketing strategy between sharia and conventional is very different in the process, but has the same goal, namely how to increase the number of customers. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of sharia pawn products in attracting customers at the BMT Nu Pragaan Sumenep branch. This study uses qualitative methods, namely case studies and using techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for rahn products implemented by the BMT NU Pragaan Branch uses face-to-face communication via online, grebek pasar / field trips, supporting factors or facilities that assist managers in conducting marketing at BMT NU Pragaan Branch are Brochures and Website The official website contains complete information about all the products available at BMT NU. Marketing constraints for BMT NU Pragaan Sumenep branch in attracting customer interest, namely the number of competitors/competitors, but this does not affect customer interest because the number of customers continues to increase every year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah explanatory research. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 karyawan PT Marinal Indo Prima, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah aksidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Kecerdasan Emosionalberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Social inequalities often occur among people, differences in income, employment and the needs of each community are different factors that differentiate. Corporate social responsibility is one of the social responsibilities in giving a little or even a lot to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. The existence of Corporate social responsibility can have a positive impact on society and the environment. PT. Sharia pawnshops are present in the midst of Indonesian society with the slogan "overcoming problems without problems" is very concerned about social image. CSR itself arises as a result of the public's distrust of the company. There are various kinds of problems that underlie the emergence of CSR such as industrial dehumanization, equalization of public rights, aquariumization of the industrial world and feminization of the world of work. So this CSR is here to provide solutions to problems faced by society and can build a good image for the company. In order for research to produce good knowledge, the method used is a qualitative field research approach. Interview, observation and documentation methods are used to obtain accurate facts. The results of this study, Corporate social responsibility carried out by PT. The Prenduan Branch Sharia Pawnshop has been well implemented. CSR PT. The Prenduan Branch Sharia Pawnshop started in 2018 and continues to this day. The assistance distributed by PT. The Prenduan Branch Sharia Pegadaian is in the form of funds or goods and is distributed without expecting anything in return for the funds provided. PT. CSR Implementation Mechanism. Sharia pawnshops can be done either by submitting proposals or initiatives from companies that need them.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep is the first sub-branch office to be pioneered on Madura Island, the sharia marketing strategy has become the basis for its growth, it has been proven that there are many products, both savings, deposits and financing, with a total number of customers reaching 7,000 to date. The iB Hijrah Hajj Savings is one of the idol products for customers who wish to perform Hajj. The researcher describes the Islamic marketing strategy used by Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep in increasing the number of customers of the iB hijrah haji savings product, and describes the obstacles that occur in marketing the iB hijrah haji savings product. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data with observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, using data triangulation. The results of this study explain that the Islamic marketing strategy in increasing the number of customers of the iB Hijrah Haji Savings Product of Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep uses a promotion strategy and marketing mix with the performance of Siddiq and Amanah traits taught by Rasulullah. Optimization of segmenting, targeting and positioning becomes a driving force in every product. The obstacles faced were the high level of competition, the co-19 pandemic, and the lack of technological knowledge from customers. Therefore, the existence of an Islamic marketing strategy spurred a sense of enthusiasm on the part of the Muamalat KCP bank. Sumenp to continue to provide the latest innovations so that the products they have remain the choice of customers.
