Abstract

Website is one of the main components of the Internet, therefore those who are able to create website may able to influence, share, sell, advertise their or their company/organization content or products. Especially during the Covid-19 era everything information or business has become available online. This community service aimed to teach and bring awareness of CMS, a non coding method and system that can help user to create website quite fast. One of the advantages of WordPress is that it can be used for various websites and applications. For example, you can use WordPress to create a simple website, to a business website. For business websites, one of the plugin modules provided by WordPress is Woocommerce. With Woocommerce users can make WordPress display into an online store or online store quite easily. According to the questionnaire the training gave user a new perspective that creating and publishing website is isn’t that complicated after all when using Wordpress.

Abstract

Students are individuals who pursue higher educcation, have an important role as agents of change and future leaders in various sectors. They are required to actively learn, participate in academic and social activities, and develop critical and innovative thinking. Interactions between students, both with peers and lecturers, play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience on campus. Student interactions with lecturers also have an impact on learning motivation and the lecture experience. The importance of these interactions prompted the researcher to design an application specifically for the campus environment. The app features chat, add friend, and find mate to expand students' social interactions. The find mate feature allows students to find friends randomly, while the maps feature makes it easier for them to find the location of their lecturers and friends in real-time. By integrating the concept of Location-Based Social Network (LBSN), this application is expected to reduce the level of academic stress and improve the quality of interaction among students and with lecturers. Through this application, students can more easily find friends and lecturers, and share locations in real-time. The questionnaire results from Klabat University students showed the need for this kind of application

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease with an increasing global prevalence, posing a serious threat to public health. This study aims to compare the performance of three classification algorithms—Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Support Vector Machine (SVM)—in predicting diabetes risk using secondary data from Kaggle. A quantitative approach was used, with model performance evaluated based on accuracy. Results show that SVM achieved the highest accuracy at 74.46%, followed by Logistic Regression at 73.59%, and Decision Tree at 70.56%. SVM excels in handling high-dimensional data and variability, while Logistic Regression is easier to interpret. Although Decision Tree is intuitive and easy to visualize, it is more prone to overfitting. These findings suggest that SVM is the most suitable algorithm for data-driven diabetes prediction, supporting the development of early detection systems that are fast, efficient, and cost-effective.

Abstract

Keberadaan pendidikan vokasi bernilai strategis terutama dalam menghadapi era globalisasi sebagai pendidikan yang mempersiapkan tenaga terampil dan terdidik untuk menjawab kebutuhan pasar yang sangat kompetitif. Sektor industri yang bertumpu pada otomasi menjadikan perkantoran harus dilengkapi dengan berbagai instrumen yang beroperasi secara otomatis. Untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal, diperlukan peralatan otomatis dengan jaringan kerja yang terintegrasi. Menanggapi kebutuhan tersebut maka para peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding yang merupakan sekolah vokasi, diperlengkapi dengan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan untuk memahami bagaimana cara kerja dan pengelolaan perkantoran dengan prasarana dan sarana yang memungkinkan diberlakukannya otomasi melalui daya dukung kerja yang terintegrasi dengan menggunakan jaringan komputer. Melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan di saat pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pemberian materi, maka terlihat hasil dari pembekalan serta pelatihan menunjukkan adanya pemahaman yang sangat baik setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Evaluasi di awal pelatihan menunjukkan 74% peserta pelatihan belum pernah menggunakan media simulasi dalam pembelajaran otomasi dan jaringan komputer. Setelah sesi pelatihan selesai, dilakukan evaluasi dan hasil data akhir menunjukkan angka 100% sebagai indikasi tingginya tingkat pemahaman peserta dan kesediaan menggunakan tools yang diajarkan pada proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan telah membawa dampak positif serta manfaat yang membekali peserta pelatihan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal otomasi perkantoran berbasis IT didukung oleh jaringan komputer yang dapat diaplikasikan secara praktis di sekolah maupun di dunia kerja.
