Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis adalah sistem informasi yang mampu mengelola data yang memiliki informasi spasial[1]. Penggunaannya saat ini, sistem informasi geografis tidak hanya terbatas pada kecepatannya dalam memberikan informasi spasial. Namun lebih dari itu, sistem informasi geografis dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu kasus baik itu dalam bidang sosial, politik, ekonomi, kemanusiaan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencoba memanfaatkan sistem informasi geografis untuk memberikan kemudahan palam pengelolaan data pada suatu perumahan. Dengan kemampuan sistem informasi geografis, diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat dengan mudah menunjukan lokasi kavling yang masih kosong hanya dengan meng-klik objek pada gambar, dapat menunjukan dengan mudah lokasi-lokasi rumah yang masih kosong, rumah yang akan dikontrakan, rumah yang akan di jual, ataupun menemukan pemilik rumah berdasarkan nama-nama pemilik yang tersimpan di database. Selai itu pihak manajemen juga dapat dengan mudah menambahkan objek-objek vital fasilitas umum yang sudah terealisasi pada perumahan tersebut, yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan efek berupa peningkatan layanan mutu pihak manajemen dalam mengelola perumahan. Pembangunan sistem informasi geografis sendiri akan dibangun berbasis web dengan bantuan Game maker sebagai software pembuatan peta.

Abstract

Kabupaten Majalengka merupakan wilayah yang mengalami perkembangan pesat yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang beraneka ragam yang dapat diolah menjadi bentuk berbagai produk. Dengan berkembangnya Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Majalengka dapat menggerakan perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya di sektor bawah, yaitu untuk usaha mikro kecil menengah. Pada saat ini, di Kabupaten Majalengka belum memiliki sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi yang ditampilkan secara spasial mengenai persebaran lokasi UMKM, dimana nantinya sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan yang tepat dalam menentukan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Majalengka, seperti pengadaan pelatihan usaha, pemberian modal usaha dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu untuk membantu mengawasi pertumbuhan UMKM tersebut, diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem yang berbasis geografis yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi  pertumbuhan UMKM secara spasial bagi Dinas terkait, yang direpresentasikan dengan sistem koordinat ditunjukan melalui penyimpanan titik longitude (long) dan latitude (lat)  dalam database pada setiap lokasinya sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam menentukan kebijakan Pemerintah di Kabupaten Majalengka. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), sistem ini akan dirancang dengan berbasis Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) yang  menggunakan fasilitas dari Google Maps dan sistem ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini, maka informasi mengenai titik lokasi serta data UMKM yang sesuai dengan kegiatan usahanya dapat ditampilkan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi geografis, dimana sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM di Kabupaten Majalengka mengenai informasi lokasi penyebaran UMKM secara spasial yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan dan pengawasan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha berdasarkan lokasi dan jenis UMKM tersebut. AbstractMajalengka Regency is a region that is experiencing rapid development that has diverse natural resources that can be processed into various forms of products. With the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majalengka Regency, it can move the community's economy, especially in the lower sector, namely for micro small and medium businesses. At present, Majalengka Regency does not yet have a system capable of providing information that is displayed spatially about the distribution of MSME locations, where later this system aims to provide information that can be used as appropriate consideration in determining policies relating to the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Majalengka Regency, such as procurement of business training, provision of venture capital and so on. Therefore to help oversee the growth of MSMEs, a geographic based system is needed that can provide spatial information on MSME growth locations for the relevant Dinas, represented by a coordinate system shown through storing longitude and latitude points at each location as a basis for consideration in determining Government policy in Majalengka Regency. In this study, the method used in the construction of this system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this system will be designed with a Web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) that uses facilities from Google Maps and the system is tested using the blackbox method. With the construction of this system, information about the location points as well as MSME data in accordance with their business activities can be displayed. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system, in which this system can provide information to the Cooperative and MSME Service Offices in Majalengka Regency regarding spatial information on MSME distribution locations that can assist in the management and supervision of business growth based on the location and type of MSME.

Abstract

ISPA atau Infeksi saluran pernapasan akut adalah infeksi di saluran pernapasan yang menyerang saluran pernafasan atas ataupun bawah yang mana biasanya penyakit ini dapat menular, yang menimbulkan gejala awal seperti batuk, pilek, disertai dengan demam. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ISPA menggunakan metode certainty factor sebagai pengambil keputusan yang disajikan dengan presentasi tingkat keyakinan dari hasil diagnosisnya dan peran metode forward chaining digunakan sebagai penalarannya dengan melakukan pelacakan ke depan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh user. Sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit ISPA ini akan deployment menjadi sebuah aplikasi pakar berbasis web yang dapat dapat memberikan informasi penyakit, penanganan, terapi obat dan saran-saran medis lainnya. Selain membantu dalam mendiagnosa, aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan dalam hal penyajian laporan hasil diagnosa pasien yang telah dilakukan untuk diberikan dan divalidasi lebih lanjut kepada dokter yang bersangkutan dengan jelas guna memastikan bahwa dari hasil diagnosa tersebut sudah benar kemudian menyetujui laporan hasil diagnosanya, sehingga pelayanan dalam menangani pasien lebih cepat dan tetap optimal.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosa penyakit ISPA yang dapat menyimpan knowledge/basis pengetahuan layaknya seorang dokter sebagai pakar dalam pengetahuan ini dengan mengukur tingkat keyakinannya menggunakan certainty factor.Aplikasi sistem pakar ini dioperasikan oleh perawat/asisten dokter sebagai user untuk mendiagnosis awal sebelum diperiksa dan divalidasi oleh Dokter yang bersangkutan, sehingga menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract

The findings of this study indicate that the combination of intrinsic motivation and compensation has a notable impact on the performance of employees in a fashion firm located in Bandung. Consequently, these two elements can enhance employee performance concurrently. However, more factors impact employee performance that should have been investigated in this study. Additional elements may encompass work discipline, leadership, job stress, competency, and organizational culture. Our research underscores the pivotal role of intrinsic motivation in boosting employee performance, surpassing the influence of compensation. Employees with a strong sense of intrinsic motivation, including job satisfaction, commitment to the organization, and a drive to succeed, consistently demonstrate superior performance. However, compensation continues to be a significant issue that affects employee performance. Employees who see the company's income, benefits, and incentives as equitable and commensurate with their workload are more likely to be motivated to perform at a higher level. The importance of equitable and competitive remuneration cannot be overstated, as it enhances employee well-being, potentially boosting productivity and job excellence. Ultimately, both internal motivation and financial rewards significantly impact employee performance. However, it's crucial for management to take the lead in prioritizing strategies that enhance employee intrinsic motivation. This can be achieved through proactive implementation of programs and policies that boost job satisfaction, foster devotion to the organization, and cultivate a strong drive to achieve. Regular evaluation and modification of compensation schemes to ensure equity and competitiveness are also essential. By focusing on these two factors, firms can achieve maximum staff performance, leading to enhanced overall productivity and success.

Abstract

The waqf asset management system is essential for maximizing and optimizing the managed assets to achieve the highest and most favorable outcomes. A professional waqf institution in Bandung possesses waqf assets dispersed throughout several regions in Indonesia, and its management has successfully reached the level of optimizing productive waqf. Nevertheless, waqf assets are managed manually, leading to slower and worse management practices. This research aims to address the issue of managing waqf assets by applying ISO 55001 to the waqf asset management system in a selected professional waqf institution in Bandung. The research approach employs descriptive analysis with the Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) system development process.The results reveal eight functions based on 8 and 9 criteria that should be present in the asset management system according to ISO 55001. The program incorporates these eight functionalities and achieves a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84.6, signifying a B grade and outstanding acceptance. The ISO 55001 certification readiness level is 57.14%, as determined by the ISO 55001 Self-assessment conducted by the British Standard Institute (BSI). The researcher utilized Black Box testing to evaluate the program's functionality, and the findings indicate that all operations are functioning as anticipated

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects on the material of fraction story problems in the form of ordinary fractions and mixed fractions.The research method used was classroom action research. The study was conducted in class 5B SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan by implementing the Small Group Discussion method. The study was conducted in two cycles through the stages: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. In this study, the level of success was seen based on individual criteria and classical criteria.The results showed that the use of the Small Group Discussion method on the material of ordinary fraction story problems and mixed fractions can significantly improve student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the learning outcome completion was only 21.74% with an average value of 59.86. In cycle I, although it had not reached the desired completion criteria (75%), the implementation in cycle II increased the learning outcome completion to 69.57% with an average value of 71.08. In Cycle II, the completion of students' learning outcomes reached 91.30% or met the established completion criteria. Thus, the application of the Small Group Discussion method has proven effective in improving students' learning outcomes in fraction material.

Abstract

This study seeks to enhance the information system for resource management at Masjid Al-Qomar by implementing an application focused on financial and activity management. The applied research method is descriptive, applying an object-oriented system development approach (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, OOAD). The developed system focuses on two main aspects: recording and reporting donations, including zakat and other financial activities, and managing schedules and communication with congregants. The research findings demonstrate that the suggested information system streamlines financial recording and reporting processes, improves transparency in fund utilization, and aids in financial reporting. This technology enhances the mosque's administrative efficiency through features including automated recording, readily available financial reports, and integrated activity schedule management. Furthermore, it guarantees that activity information is available to all congregants, including those not regularly attend the mosque, via an integrated platform and efficient communication tools. This research concludes that the effective implementation of an information system can augment financial transparency, promote operational efficiency, and elevate congregant participation. This study advocates for the ongoing enhancement and upkeep of the system to guarantee its performance aligns with the mosque's and its users' requirements.

Abstract

Superior public service is an essential component of community life. Pasirkaliki Village faces considerable hurdles in managing public grievances, including inefficiencies and complications in prioritizing complaints according to their urgency. This research proposes the creation of a Public Complaint Management Information System utilising the Naive Bayes method within the CodeIgniter Framework to address these challenges. The Naive Bayes method is selected for its efficacy in classifying data, enabling the identification of patterns and trends in incoming complaints. This system aims to enhance the efficiency and precision of complaint management, deliver swifter and more accurate responses, and ultimately improve public satisfaction with the services. The findings of this research are anticipated to enhance the provision of responsive and high-quality public services in Pasirkaliki Village.
