Abstract

In general the upper structure includes beams, columns, floor plates and roofs that serve to support the loads that work on a building. The calculations that will be carried out on the construction of Building / New Room of Served Medicine Puskesmas District Mandiangin Bukittinggi in 2021 are floor plates, beams and columns. Structural expenses (dead loads, life loads) are guided by SNI 03-2847:2002 and earthquake loads are guided by SNI 03-1726:2012, where portals are calculated and modeled using the ETABS 2018 program. The purpose of this calculation is to get an idea of the basic principles of planning and reviewing the structure of the building, comparing the results of the calculation of the author with the results of the calculation of the planner consultant. From the calculation results obtained the largest moment on the B1 beam of 131.8420 kN-m and the largest moment in column K1 (50 x 30 cm) of 194,827 kN-m. For floor plates there is a repeating difference: 120 mm thick floor plate, ø 10- 160 mm for direction x and direction y author, floor plate 120 mm, ø 10- 250 mm for direction x and direction y planner, column K1 (50 x 30 cm) 16 D 19 and planner has 16 D 16, for column K2 there are differences in dimensions and bones i.e. : Column K2 (45 x 25 cm) 16 D 19 author, column K2(50 x 30cm) 16D 16 planner. For B1 and B2 blocks there are differences in dimensions and bones namely: beam B1 (45 x 25 cm) 6 D 19 authors, B1 beam (50 x 30 cm) 5 D 19 planner, B2 beam (40 x 25 cm) 6 D 19 author, B2 beam (45 x20 cm) 4 D 19 planner. Keywords : Column Structure, Beam, Floor Plate, Charging, ETABS2018, Reinforcement

Abstract

Sedimentation is the process of forming sedimentary material deposits or fragments of rocks, minerals and organic materials that drift and move in the direction of the flow of river water.  There are various ways of holding it, such as being pushed, carried by jumping up and down and some are dissolved. Sedimentation in the Talang River which occurred at 185,764 m³/year resulted in silting, thereby reducing the water holding capacity of the Talang River. The construction of the Sabo Dam is one solution that can be done to control sedimentation in the river. The purpose of this study is to design a sediment control weir that is safe for stability with the largest sediment storage volume. The method used in this research is to compare the hydraulic design of the Sabo building at two specified locations (STA 0+200 and STA 201+400), then stability analysis is carried out based on the forces that occur and the volume of sediment that can be accommodated. Based on the results of stability analysis at two locations, it was found that the STA 201+400 weir was safe against shearing, overturning, bearing capacity and piping. The sediment volume that can be retained is 156,206.85 m³ and Sabo will be full of sediment after 8 months. Meanwhile, at the location of STA 0+200 the sediment that can be retained is 7,913,787 m and will be full after 4 months. The construction of the Sabo Dam at STA 201+400 is expected to reduce sedimentation that occurs in the Talang River.

Abstract

Peningkatan pembangunan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia khususnya di Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dhamasraya Provinsi Sumatera Barat membuat banyak kontaktor saling bersaing dalam melaksanakan sebuah proyek. Mulai dari kecepatan, mutu, dan biaya mereka sangat bersaing dalam 3 hal tersebut. Namun sekarang masih banyak kontraktor yang mengesampingkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek bangunan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proyek  konstruksi serta mengetahui bagaiman kelengkapan fasilitas K3 di proyek yang diteliti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara observasi, metode ini lebih cenderung pada hasil yang deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen yang berasal dari Peraturan Menteri PU No. 9 tahun 2008. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek konstruksi di Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dhamasraya, yang mana pekerjaan proyek ini termasuk kedalam pekerjaan proyek resiko sedang. Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat pelaksanaan SMK3 pada proyek konstruksi resiko sedang sebesar  59,57% yang termasuk kedalam kategori “KURANG” dan untuk kelengkapan faslitas K3 juga termasuk kedalam “KURANG”. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada tingkat pelaksanaan SMK3 pada proyek konstruksi risiko sedang termasuk pada kategori buruk. Untuk kelengkapan fasilitas-fasilitas pada proyek risiko sedang termasuk dalam kategori buruk. Kata kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Proyek Konstruksi.

Abstract

A traffic accident is an event that cannot be avoided, an event where a motorized or non-motorized vehicle comes into contact with each other and causes both material and non-material losses and loss of life. Some of the factors that have the potential to cause accidents are the indiscipline factor in using the vehicle and disobeying existing traffic signs. Jalan Raya Bukittinggi-Payakumnbuh is a class III collector road with a width of ± 9 meters with a sidewalk. Along the audited road are shops and Ford De Kock University. This contributes greatly to attracting the number of people traveling and the high volume of vehicles crossing the Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh highway. Therefore, research was carried out starting from STA 0+100 – STA 1+500, this study aims to analyze road safety by using inspections with the AKJ (Road Safety Audit) checklist table with Y/N answers, such as general condition items, alignment roads, intersections, turning lanes, street lighting and road signs and markings. From the results obtained, the stopping sight distance for an operational speed of 50.07 km/sec in the calculation of the stopping sight distance, the distance of 52.88 meters is still below the design standard and for the ready sight distance of 161.45 meters, the maximum viewing distance of the plan is 350 meters. Based on the AKJ table (road safety audit) for the Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh highway, the highest feasible is from the aspect of signs and road markings of 68.75%, the lowest feasible value is general condition of 50%. The driver factor is the factor causing the highest traffic accidents, namely 26 accidents out of 38 accidents (68.43%), the rest is the vehicle factor, namely 12 accidents out of 38 accidents (31.57%). In order to overcome the problems on the audited roads, it is necessary to repair and complete the signs that are lacking and the maintenance of other complementary facilities in order to reduce traffic accidents. Keywords: Road safety audit, Accident, Stopping visibility, Ready visibility, Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh Highway

Abstract

Sungai mempunyai peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya adalah sebagai sumber air yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan irigasi, penyediaan air bersih, kebutuhan industri dan lain-lain, agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dan efisien, yaitu dengan membangun sebuah Embung. Dengan memanfaatkan data peta Topografi, data curah hujan, dan data-data lain yang dibutuhkan, dari perhitungan ini didapatkan luas Catchment Area seluas 56,80 km². Dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Embung daerah irigasi Batang Maek, Kecamatan Bukit Barisan, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dengan luas Wilayah 122,06 km², telah dilakukan perhitungan curah hujan dengan tiga metode, Hespers, Gumbel, Log Pearson Type III. Didapatkan debit banjir rencana () = 277,2 m³/dtk dengan memakai dua metode yaitu metode Rasional dan metode Haspers dengan jumlah data hujan selama 10 tahun. Menggunakan data hujan Stasiun Suliki sebagai data utama, dengan pembanding Stasiun Sarilamak dan Stasiun Canduang. Lebar efektif Embung 52,48 m, tinggi mercu 6,00 m, Menggunakan mercu bulat dengan dua jari-jari, kolam olakan USBR tipe III, dengan dua buah pilar. Perhitungan stabilitas embung terhadap guling sebesar 1,23 > 1,20, geser sebesar 2,11 > 1,20, eksentrisitas sebesar 0,89 < 1,63 dan daya dukung tanah sebesar  =  < 40.000 t/m², =  < 40.000 t/m² telah dilaksanakan dan aman terhadap semua gaya yang terjadi tersebut. Jadi hasil perencanaan Embung Batang Singon, Kecamatan Bukit Barisan, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, yang telah terlaksana, telah memenuhi syarat.  Kata kunci : Embung, Curah Hujan, Mercu, Pilar, Debit Banjir
