Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini menjadi sebuah isu dimasyarakat adalah Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender (LGBT). LGBT telah menjadi permasalahan yang sangat serius diseluruh negara di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia khususnya Bukittinggi. Orientasi seksual terkadang merupakan sesuatu yang sulit diterima pada sebagian masyarakat. Padahal sebagai manusia, mereka sama dengan manusia biasa pada umumnya yang butuh berinteraksi dan mengekspresikan gender. Pengendalian sosial dan sikap masyarakat terhadap satu sama lain lebih kepada kepentingan masing-masing sehingga muncul berbagai wujud penerimaan atau penolakan terhadap hadirnya LGBT di Bukittinggi. Pemerintah Daerah Bukittinggi harus mempunyai suatu rencana yang matang guna menyikapi kondisi hadirnya LGBT sebagai bagian dari masyarakat Bukittinggi. Rencana-rencana tersebut disusun secara seksama dalam bentuk program kerja yang akan dipakai sebagai pedoman dalam setiap langkah pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan strategi Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengatasi Perkembangan LGBT di Kota Bukittinggi

Abstract

Economic activities oriented to the Islamic Economic system are increasingly widespread invarious countries, including Indonesia. Speaking of Islamic Economic theory, it cannot be separated fromthe thoughts of figures who have contributed to the foundation and principles of Islamic economics. IbnKhaldun is one of the greatest scholars who have made a significant contribution to economic development.This figure cannot be separated from the Islamic values. Through deep and critical discussion of his work,it will be seen in the ethical view of religion that accommodates the teachings of Islamic economics, andthe other side of the human family to recognize nature to pursue economic activities.This type of researchis library research. Data were analyzed through a philosophical approach and described deductively. Thisstudy aims to reveal the contribution of Ibn Khaldun’s thoughts on the development of Islamic Economicslike market mechanisms, profits, division of labor and international trade, public finance, state wealthstandards, the concept of money and welfare the community.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the use of video media reading the beginning of topic 1, My Family, for elementary school students, in language learning content of recognizing words of praise, invitation, apology, and thanks. This research and development are carried out through the Sugiyono development process, which consists of 10 steps, namely: potential problem phase, data collection phase, product design phase, design validation phase, design review phase, product trial phase, product verification phase, user trial phase, product release phase, and mass production phase (first video reading). The subjects in this study were grade I students of SD Ar-Rahman Darul Ilmi. The assessment results of the media, material and language analysis aides reached an overall figure of 92.4% meaning that the first reading video developed falls under the criteria of "very valid". The results of the student survey showed a percentage of 90.99% which indicates that the pre-read videos developed fall under the criteria of "very practical". The results of the student survey showed a percentage of 90.99%, which indicates that the pre-read videos developed fall under the criteria of "very practical". The results of the student's learning due diligence reached an average of 90.8%, indicating that the developed introductory reading video falls under the "very effective" criteria. It is makes possible to use read-aloud video development during learning.
