Abstract

Abstract. In a company or organization, the most important thing is manpower or human resources. Human resources are the most important asset as a driving force for company dynamics. Every human being wants to excel in everything, especially in the field of work. Success in work is not only supported by intellectual ability, but is also supported by the ability to manage emotions that indicate whether or not how to interact well with other people. This study aims to determine, namely 1) To determine the emotional intelligence of teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung, 2) To find out how the performance of teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung, 3) To find out how much influence emotional intelligence teachers have on teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung.The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive analysis method. In operating it using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The variables in this study are Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Performance. Collecting data obtained through observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Respondents of this study were SMA Tamansiswa Bandung teachers who found 32 teachers.The results of this study conclude that: 1) The emotional intelligence of teachers at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung is strong. 2) Teacher performance at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung is strong. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance at SMA Tamansiswa Bandung with a contribution of 35.4%. Abstract. Dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi, yang terpenting adalah tenaga kerja atau sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting sebagai penggerak dinamika perusahaan. Setiap manusia ingin unggul dalam segala hal, terutama dalam bidang pekerjaan. Keberhasilan dalam bekerja tidak hanya didukung oleh kemampuan intelektual, tetapi juga didukung oleh kemampuan mengelola emosi yang menunjukkan baik tidaknya cara berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional guru di SMA Tamansiswa Bandung, 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru pada SMA Tamansiswa Bandung, 3) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Tamansiswa Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis desktiptif. Dalam mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kinerja Guru. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah Guru SMA Tamansiswa Bandung yang berjumlah 32 orang guru. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kecerdasan emosional guru di SMA Tamansiswa Bandung kuat. 2) Kinerja guru di SMA Tamansiswa Bandung kuat. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Tamansiswa Bandung dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 35,4%.

Abstract

This activity will be directed at meatball businesses in Rende. This activity is carried out to assist businesmen in making improvements production process, procuring materials, namely purchasing meat which must be purchased from butchers who have a halal certificate. The process of making meatballs must also be done in a clean place, clean equipment, clean hands and body, enough water, using special gloves. This activity method consists of several stages, namely a workshop where the trainer already has a certificate accompanying halal products. The second stage is assistance in improving the production process. The third stage is assistance in making the NIB. If the business actor already has an NIB, the next stage is to apply for a halal certificate. The results of this activity only produced 3 NIB due to technical problems with the application and cellphone numbers that could not be followed up.
